本发明涉及一种医疗器械,尤其适合长期接受机械通气气管软化患者使用的一种气管切开导管。 
背景技术
目前,气管切开接受机械通气的患者,呼吸机管路与患者之间由气管切开导管连接,长期接受机械通气的患者,后期因气管局部长期受导管气囊压迫软骨软化,管壁张力下降,导管气囊需逐渐增大来代偿满足机械通气需要,出现气囊反复胀破漏气,频繁更换导管,局部受创增加患者痛苦,中断机械通气给患者生命安全带来很大风险,同时相关感染机会增多,医疗费用随之升高,患者经济负担加重,所以亦成为临床医生一大困惑。 
发明内容
为了克服长期接受机械通气气管软化患者后期导管气囊反复胀破漏气,频繁更换的不足,本发明提供一种就地取材,制作简单,结构巧妙,经济实用的气管切开导管,使该类患者能更安全有效接受机械通气治疗。 
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:就地准备适当型号经口气管导管和气管切开导管各一根,分别作相应剪切处理,经口气管导管穿入气管切开导管中固定,使经口气管导管气囊位于已切除的气管切开导管气囊位置远端。 
本发明的有益效果是:气管导管气囊位于原使用的气管切开导管气囊位置下方,使用时避开已软化的气管区域,气囊常规充气即能与气管内侧壁紧密结合,使通气管路密闭,保证正常有效机械通气。

具体实施方式
根据附图所示,首先去除经口气管导管4和气管切开导管1各自多余部分,然后两者互为贯穿有机组合,气管切开导管1在外侧,经口气管导管4在内侧,固定管3固定在两者外侧口之间防止两者相互滑移,常规方法将该气管导管置换至患者气管内,组合体中气管切开导管外固定支架2在气管切开处起固定作用,经口气管导管气囊充气管5充气,经口气管导管气囊6膨开,位于原使用的气管切开导管气囊位置下方,囊外侧壁与已软化气管下方正常气管内侧壁紧密结合,使通气管路密闭,保证正常有效机械通气。
