技术领域
本发明涉及一种自动干燥的香皂盒。
背景技术
香皂是消费量大，使用广泛的日化产品，香皂使用后我们一般放进香皂盒里存放，但现有的香皂盒存在盒体较密闭，水分无法汽化干燥，容易将香皂泡胀、泡烂的缺陷，或者虽然通风量大，容易使香皂干燥，但容易漏水污染其它物品。
如果能设计一种香皂盒，既具有较大的通风量，能将香皂进行较快的干燥，又能滞留香皂盒内的水分，不会由于香皂盒漏水而污染其他物品，并且香皂盒内滞留的水分也不会将香皂泡胀、泡烂，将具有十分重要的实际应用价值和市场前景。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题就是克服现有技术的不足，提供一种结构简单、通风量大、能滞留水分不流出和不易将香皂泡胀、泡烂的自干燥香皂盒。
为克服现有技术的不足，本发明采取以下技术方案：
一种自干燥香皂盒，包括底盒和盒盖，其特征在于：底盒设有垫脚使底盒悬空，底盒上布满向上突起的圆柱形筒孔，筒孔上方设有弹性网，弹性网固定在网托框上，网托框卡在底盒的网托台内；盒盖上布满向下突起的圆柱形筒孔，筒孔下方设有弹性网，弹性网固定在网托框上，网托框卡在盒盖的网托台内，盒盖上设有扣边将底盒盖上。
所述圆柱形筒孔的孔径为3-5mm，高度为4-6mm，经发明人实验证明，在这样的孔径和高度条件下，圆柱形筒孔透气和滞留水分的功能最佳，能保证在日常的使用条件下，香皂盒既不漏水污染盒外的物品，又能保持空气流畅，使香皂较快干燥。
所述垫脚高度为3-10mm，有利于在保持美观、协调的情况下使香皂盒底部的空气流动，带走水汽。
所述香皂盒的形状为圆形或方形或椭圆形或扇形等适合存放香皂的形状。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果在于：
本香皂盒使用时，香皂悬空放置在底盒和盒盖的弹性网之间，不接触圆柱型的筒孔，可以保证香皂总处于悬兜状，使每个香皂面都处于透气状较快干燥，同时也不容易被滞留在香皂盒内的水泡胀、泡烂；盒底有脚，使盒体悬离台面，保证空气流动；上下盒体都有圆柱筒孔，保证气流通畅可靠，就算有少量水，因为是突起的圆柱筒孔水也不会漏出盒体，并且透气性好，水分会较快干燥，其它形状的筒孔就没有这么好的效果；网托可以从网托台拆卸出来，便于清洗整个盒体内外。
本设计简洁实用，具有显著的实用价值和市场应用前景。

如图1、图2、图3、图4、图5和图6所示，自干燥香皂盒包括底盒和盒盖，其特征在于：底盒设有垫脚4使底盒悬空，底盒上布满向上突起的圆柱形筒孔2，筒孔2上方设有弹性网8，弹性网8固定在网托框7上，网托框7卡在底盒的网托台3内；盒盖6上布满向下突起的圆柱形筒孔2，筒孔2下方设有弹性网8，弹性网8固定在网托框7上，网托框7卡在盒盖的网托台3内，盒盖上设有扣边5将底盒盖上。
所述圆柱形筒孔2的孔径为4.9mm，高度为4.1mm。
所述垫脚4高度为9.3mm。
所述香皂盒的主体为方型，棱角为圆弧形的适合存放香皂的形状。
实施例2：
如图1、图2、图3、图4、图5和图6所示，自干燥香皂盒包括底盒和盒盖，其特征在于：底盒设有垫脚4使底盒悬空，底盒上布满向上突起的圆柱形筒孔2，筒孔2上方设有弹性网8，弹性网8固定在网托框7上，网托框7卡在底盒的网托台3内；盒盖6上布满向下突起的圆柱形筒孔2，筒孔2下方设有弹性网8，弹性网8固定在网托框7上，网托框7卡在盒盖的网托台3内，盒盖上设有扣边5将底盒盖上。
所述圆柱形筒孔2的孔径为3.1mm，高度为5.7mm。
所述垫脚4高度为3.5mm。
所述香皂盒的主体为方型，棱角为圆弧形的适合存放香皂的形状。

1.一种自干燥香皂盒，包括底盒和盒盖，其特征在于：底盒设有垫脚使底盒悬空，底盒上布满向上突起的圆柱形筒孔，筒孔上方设有弹性网，弹性网固定在网托框上，网托框卡在底盒的网托台内；盒盖上布满向下突起的圆柱形筒孔，筒孔下方设有弹性网，弹性网固定在网托框上，网托框卡在盒盖的网托台内，盒盖上设有扣边将底盒盖上。
