Abstract
一种支架结构,用于固定于一支撑台上,该支架结构包括一支撑杆、一枢接于支撑杆的固定杆、一固定于支撑台的第一固定件及一固定于支撑台的第二固定件,支撑杆的远离固定杆的一端设有一轴杆,第一固定件包括一设有卡槽的主体部,支撑杆的轴杆卡入第一固定件的卡槽内,固定杆的远离支撑杆的一端锁固于第二固定件。相较现有技术,本发明支架结构在储存或运输过程中可以收缩成支撑杆的尺寸,减小空间,便于储存或运输;使用时,只需将轴杆卡入第一固定件的卡槽内,并将固定杆的远离支撑杆的一端固定于第二固定件即可,组装方便。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种支架,特别是一种用于支撑太阳能模组的支架。
背景技术
现有技术中,安装太阳能电池板的支架一般利用金属杆焊接而成,这种焊接而成的支架在储存及运输时占用空间,不利于储存或运输。为了便于储存或运输,可以将金属杆运输至安装地再进行组装,但是组装时需要锁固大量的螺丝,比较繁琐。
发明内容
鉴于以上内容,有必要提供一种可以便于组装的支架。
一种支架,用于固定于一支撑台上,该支架包括一支撑杆、一枢接于支撑杆的固定杆、一固定于支撑台的第一固定件及一固定于支撑台的第二固定件,支撑杆的远离固定杆的一端设有一轴杆,第一固定件包括一设有卡槽的主体部,支撑杆的轴杆卡入第一固定件的卡槽内,固定杆的远离支撑杆的一端锁固于第二固定件。
相较现有技术,本发明支架在使用时,只需将轴杆卡入第一固定件的卡槽内,并将固定杆的远离支撑杆的一端固定于第二固定件即可,组装方便。

具体实施方式
请参照图1,本发明支架的较佳实施方式包括一支撑杆10、一固定杆20、一第一固定件30及一第二固定件40。
支撑杆10截面概呈U形,其包括一顶板11及两侧板12。两侧板12的第一端111及第二端112于邻近顶板11处各开设两相对的枢接孔121、123。
固定杆20包括一基板及同向垂直设置在基板的两侧边的两侧板。两侧板的第一端21及第二端22各开设一第一穿孔211及一第二穿孔221。
请一并参阅图2,第一固定件30固定于支撑台100上的第一端。第一固定件30包括一U形的主体部31。主体部31包括一垂直于支撑台100的第一侧壁311及自第一侧壁311的两侧垂直弯折形成的垂直于支撑台100的两第二侧壁313。第一侧壁311开设一水平的通槽3111,每一第二侧壁313开设一水平的与通槽3111贯通的卡槽3131。每一卡槽3131的封闭端设有一概呈圆形的收容部3133。每一第二侧壁313的底部向外垂直弯折形成一水平的固定片315,可利用螺丝将固定片315锁固于支撑台100。
第二固定件40固定于支撑台100上的第二端,包括一概呈U形的连接部41,连接部41包括一垂直于支撑台100的第一侧板411及自第一侧板411的两侧垂直弯折形成的垂直于支撑台100的两第二侧板413。每一第二侧板413开设一固定孔4131。每一第二侧板413的底部向外垂直弯折形成一水平的固定片415,利用螺丝可将固定片415锁固于支撑台100。
请一并参阅图3,组装时,利用一枢轴50穿过第一穿孔211及枢接孔121将固定杆20的第一端21枢接于支撑杆10的第一端111。一轴杆60穿设于支撑杆10的第二端112的两侧板12的枢接孔123。
使用时,将轴杆60自通槽3111卡入卡槽3131内,直至轴杆60收容于收容部3133。利用一螺栓70穿过第二固定件40的固定孔4131及固定杆20的第二穿孔221将固定杆20的第二端22固定于第二固定件40,即可将该支架固定于支撑台100上。
在储存或运输该支架时,绕枢轴50枢转固定杆20将固定杆20收容于支撑杆10的两侧板12之间。
本发明支架在储存或运输过程中可以收缩成支撑杆10的尺寸,减小空间,便于储存或运输;使用时,只需将轴杆60卡入第一固定件30的卡槽3131内,并将固定杆20的第二端22固定于第二固定件40即可,组装方便。
Claims (8)
1.一种支架,固定于一支撑台上,该支架包括一支撑杆、一枢接于支撑杆的固定杆、一固定于支撑台的第一固定件及一固定于支撑台的第二固定件,支撑杆的远离固定杆的一端设有一轴杆,第一固定件包括一设有卡槽的主体部,支撑杆的轴杆卡入第一固定件的卡槽内,固定杆的远离支撑杆的一端锁固于第二固定件。
2.如权利要求1所述的支架,其特征在于:第一固定件的主体部包括一垂直于支撑台的第一侧壁及自第一侧壁的两侧垂直弯折形成的垂直于支撑台的两第二侧壁,第一侧壁开设一水平的通槽,每一第二侧壁开设一水平的与通槽贯通的卡槽,支撑杆的枢轴自第一侧壁的通槽卡入第二侧壁的卡槽内。
3.如权利要求2所述的支架,其特征在于:每一卡槽的封闭端设有一概呈圆形的收容支撑杆的枢轴的收容部。
4.如权利要求2所述的支架,其特征在于:每一第二侧壁的底部向外垂直弯折形成一水平的固定片,利用螺丝将固定片锁固于支撑台。
5.如权利要求1所述的支架,其特征在于:支撑杆截面概呈U形,包括一顶板及两侧板,两侧板的第一端及第二端于邻近顶板处各开设两相对的枢接孔,固定杆的第一端及第二端各开设一第一穿孔及一第二穿孔,利用一枢轴穿过第一穿孔及支撑杆的第一端的枢接孔将固定杆的第一端枢接于支撑杆的第一端。
6.如权利要求5所述的支架,其特征在于:轴杆穿设于支撑杆的第二端的两侧板的枢接孔。
7.如权利要求5所述的支架,其特征在于:第二固定件包括一概呈U形的连接部,连接部包括一垂直于支撑台的第一侧板及自第一侧板的两侧垂直弯折形成的垂直于支撑台的两第二侧板,每一第二侧板开设一固定孔,一螺栓穿过第二固定件的固定孔及固定杆的第二穿孔将固定杆的第二端固定于第二固定件。
8.如权利要求7所述的支架,其特征在于:每一第二侧板的底部向外垂直弯折形成一水平的固定片,利用螺丝将固定片锁固于支撑台。
