Abstract

一种用于油气田和石化行业的阻垢缓蚀剂,主要针对原油输送管道及石化行业循环冷却水系统等含油水的阻垢缓蚀并能有效防止菌藻生物粘泥的生成。所述的用于油气田和石化行业的阻垢缓蚀剂由马来酸-丙烯酰基吗啉,聚环氧琥珀酸,烷基酚聚氧乙烯基醚丙烯酸酯-丙烯酸,羟基亚乙基二膦酸、氨基三亚甲基膦酸、乙二胺四亚甲基膦酸、二乙烯三胺五亚甲基膦酸、2-膦酸丁烷-1,2,4-三羧酸等其中的至少一种。

一种用于油气田和石化行业的阻垢缓蚀剂
技术领域
本发明属于水处理药剂领域,具体涉及一种用于油气田和石化行业的阻垢缓蚀剂。
背景技术
在油田开发后期,会产生大量的溶解氧、二氧化碳、硫化物等腐蚀介质,这些物质溶解在地下采出水中,形成弱酸体系,对注水系统井下管道造成严重腐蚀,缩短了管道的使用寿命。此外在石油炼油厂的循环冷却水系统中,由于冷却设备、管线等出现问题而发生物料泄漏,循环水中若长期存有油类物质,则极易造成菌藻繁殖和生物粘泥大量滋生,进一步附着在设备表面,不仅影响换热器的传热效率,而且容易堵塞换热管道,增加流体流动的阻力,甚至加剧设备的腐蚀;同时破坏循环水中水质稳定剂的功能,从而加剧水质的恶化,严重影响到生产的安全与稳定。
在水中若有油存在,随着含油量的增大碳酸钙等钙垢的相对饱和度明显降低。通常用的阻垢缓蚀剂如羟基亚乙基二膦酸(HEDP)、氨基三亚甲基膦酸(ATMP)、二乙烯三胺五亚甲基膦酸(PBTCA)等由于为水溶性药剂对油的分散能力较差,在含油水中的阻垢缓蚀效果大大降低,甚至能够降低70%以上。只能通过加大药剂的用量来达到相同的效果,大大增加了处理成本。
目前市场上阻垢缓蚀剂品种繁多,复配产品也是琳琅满目,这些品种大多适用于普通环境下的循环水的作用。对于油气田、石化行业等油污水的阻垢效果不理想。原油中含有的无机盐矿物质与钙、镁等金属离子比较多,二氧化硅或硅酸盐形成硅酸钙垢,一些金属离子容易加重金属的腐蚀,并含有大量的细菌微生物容易造成腐臭。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题本发明针对油气田和石化行业提供了一种用于油气田和石化行业的阻垢缓蚀剂,本阻垢缓蚀剂由至少一种有机膦阻垢剂,马来酸-丙烯酰基吗啉,聚环氧琥珀酸和烷基酚聚氧乙烯基醚丙烯酸酯-丙烯酸组成;上述的各组分的比例(质量百分比)为:
有机膦阻垢剂                             5~40%
马来酸-丙烯酰基吗啉                      10~50%
聚环氧琥珀酸                             5~35%
烷基酚聚氧乙烯基醚丙烯酸酯-丙烯酸        1~25%。
上述的一种用于油气田和石化行业的阻垢缓蚀剂,其特征在于:各组分优选的配比比例为:                   
有机膦阻垢剂                             10~35%
马来酸-丙烯酰基吗啉                      15~40%
聚环氧琥珀酸                             8~30%
烷基酚聚氧乙烯基醚丙烯酸酯-丙烯酸         5~20%。
上述的一种用于油气田和石化行业的阻垢缓蚀剂,其特征在于:有机膦阻垢剂包括羟基亚乙基二膦酸、氨基三亚甲基膦酸、乙二胺四亚甲基膦酸、二乙烯三胺五亚甲基膦酸、2-膦酸丁烷-1,2,4-三羧酸、己二胺四亚甲基膦酸、2-羟基膦酰基乙酸。
上述的一种用于油气田和石化行业的阻垢缓蚀剂,其特征在于:烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚丙烯酸酯-丙烯酸包括烷基酚聚氧乙烯基醚(OP-10、OP-7、OP-9、OP-5、)丙烯酸酯-丙烯酸。
本发明的优异特点是:该阻垢缓蚀剂是专门针对油气田和石化行业的油水组分,金属离子多,杂质多,温度高,容易形成硫酸钙、硫酸钡/锶、硅酸钙等难以分散的沉淀垢,并发明公开的阻垢缓蚀剂在油水中分散性好用量少,并且具有良好的杀菌性能。
具体实施方式
为了更好的理解本发明的目的,下面通过具体实施例进一步对本发明特点进行描述,但下述实施例并不以任何方式限制本发明的范围。各实施例中的配比都为质量百分比。
实施例1
一种用于油气田和石化行业的阻垢缓蚀剂,包括的各组分的具体配比比例:
      氨基三亚甲基膦酸                          30%
马来酸-丙烯酰基吗啉                       35%
聚环氧琥珀酸                              25%
烷基酚聚氧乙烯基醚(OP-7)丙烯酸酯-丙烯酸    10%。
实施例2
一种用于油气田和石化行业的阻垢缓蚀剂,包括的各组分的具体配比比例:
      乙二胺四亚甲基膦酸                         35%
马来酸-丙烯酰基吗啉                        30%
聚环氧琥珀酸                               30%
烷基酚聚氧乙烯基醚(OP-9)丙烯酸酯-丙烯酸     5%。
实施例3
一种用于油气田和石化行业的阻垢缓蚀剂,包括的各组分的具体配比:
      羟基亚乙基二膦酸                           18%
      2-羟基膦酰基乙酸                            20%
马来酸-丙烯酰基吗啉                        15%
聚环氧琥珀酸                               32%
烷基酚聚氧乙烯基醚(OP-9)丙烯酸酯-丙烯酸     15%。
实施例4
一种用于油气田和石化行业的阻垢缓蚀剂,包括的各组分的具体配比:
       二乙烯三胺五亚甲基膦酸                      5%
       羟基亚乙基二膦酸                            10%
      2-膦酸丁烷-1,2,4-三羧酸                     5%
马来酸-丙烯酰基吗啉                          45%
聚环氧琥珀酸                                 30%
烷基酚聚氧乙烯基醚(OP-7)丙烯酸酯-丙烯酸       5%。
实施例5
一种用于油气田和石化行业的阻垢缓蚀剂,包括的各组分的具体配比:
       乙二胺四亚甲基膦酸                           31%
马来酸-丙烯酰基吗啉                           37%
聚环氧琥珀酸                                  28%                          
烷基酚聚氧乙烯基醚(OP-5)丙烯酸酯-丙烯酸        4%。
实施例6
一种用于油气田和石化行业的阻垢缓蚀剂,包括的各组分的具体配比:
      己二胺四亚甲基膦酸                            18%
      2-膦酸丁烷-1,2,4-三羧酸                      14%
马来酸-丙烯酰基吗啉                           30%
聚环氧琥珀酸                                 21%
烷基酚聚氧乙烯基醚(OP-5)丙烯酸酯-丙烯酸       17%。

Claims (4)

1.一种用于油气田和石化行业的阻垢缓蚀剂,它由至少一种有机膦阻垢剂、马来酸-丙烯酰基吗啉、聚环氧琥珀酸和烷基酚聚氧乙烯基醚丙烯酸酯-丙烯酸组成;各组分的比例(质量百分比)为:
有机膦阻垢剂                             5~40%
马来酸-丙烯酰基吗啉                      10~50%
聚环氧琥珀酸                             5~35%
烷基酚聚氧乙烯基醚丙烯酸酯-丙烯酸        1~25%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于油气田和石化行业的阻垢缓蚀剂,其特征在于:各组分优选的配比比例为:                   
有机膦阻垢剂                             10~35%
马来酸-丙烯酰基吗啉                      15~40%
聚环氧琥珀酸                             8~30%
烷基酚聚氧乙烯基醚丙烯酸酯-丙烯酸         5~20%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于油气田和石化行业的阻垢缓蚀剂,其特征在于:有机膦阻垢剂包括羟基亚乙基二膦酸、氨基三亚甲基膦酸、乙二胺四亚甲基膦酸、二乙烯三胺五亚甲基膦酸、2-膦酸丁烷-1,2,4-三羧酸、己二胺四亚甲基膦酸、2-羟基膦酰基乙酸。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于油气田和石化行业的阻垢缓蚀剂,其特征在于:烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚丙烯酸酯-丙烯酸包括烷基酚聚氧乙烯基醚(OP-10、OP-7、OP-9、OP-5、)丙烯酸酯-丙烯酸。
