本发明公开了一种高强度焊条,包括:焊芯和药皮;所述药皮涂覆在焊芯的外壁上;所述焊芯为SNi6062;其特征在于:所述药皮占焊条总重量的43~49%,所述药皮以药皮总重量为基准,按重量百分比计算,所述药皮的组分包括:大理石39-42%;萤石24-28%;钛白粉1.5-3%;钛铁6-12%;低碳锰铁0.5-2%;硅铁4-7%;金属锰3.5-7%;金属铬2.5-4%;金云母1.5-4%;钼铁1.5-2.5%;铌铁1.5-4%;镍粉1.5-3.5%;锆英砂2-7%。所述焊条焊接能产生足够高的屈服强度,焊接熔敷金属的机械性能稳定,是一种工厂中使用的焊条。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种工厂中使用的焊条。
背景技术
现有工厂中焊接金属珠的强度与冷却速度敏感度同样与组合物以及钢的碳含量和熔融焊接金属的实际冷却速度有关。已发现,冷却速度根据加工件的尺寸和预热以及在条状焊接过程中所使用电能的量而剧烈变化。期望是降低屈服强度对不同冷却速度的敏感度,同时保持焊接金属的合金组合物,以便在最终的焊接中达到85ksi-125ksi范围的高屈服强度,但现有的焊条却不能满足产生如此高的屈服强度的条件。
发明内容
本发明针对以上问题的提出,而研究设计一种高强度焊条,用以解决现有的不能焊接产生足够高的屈服强度的缺点。本发明采用的技术手段如下:
一种高强度焊条,包括:焊芯和药皮;所述药皮涂覆在焊芯的外壁上;所述焊芯为SNi6062;其特征在于:所述药皮占焊条总重量的43~49%,所述药皮以药皮总重量为基准,按重量百分比计算,所述药皮的组分包括:
大理石39-42%;
萤石24-28%;
钛白粉1.5-3%;
钛铁6-12%;
低碳锰铁0.5-2%;
硅铁4-7%;
金属锰3.5-7%;
金属铬2.5-4%;
金云母1.5-4%;
钼铁1.5-2.5%;
铌铁1.5-4%;
镍粉1.5-3.5%;
锆英砂2-7%。
作为优选所述焊条的外径为5.50~5.80mm。
与现有技术比较,本发明具有以下优点:
1、焊后具有优异的焊接工艺性能;
2、焊接熔敷金属的机械性能稳定;
3、焊接能产生足够高的屈服强度。
本发明具有可实现工业化生产,性价比高,焊后机械性能优越等优点,其投入市场必将产生显著地社会效益和经济效益。

实施例1,一种高强度焊条,包括:焊芯和药皮;所述药皮涂覆在焊芯的外壁上;所述焊芯为SNi6062;其特征在于:所述药皮占焊条总重量的43~49%,所述药皮以药皮总重量为基准,按重量百分比计算,所述药皮的组分包括:
大理石39-42%;
萤石24-28%;
钛白粉1.5-3%;
钛铁6-12%;
低碳锰铁0.5-2%;
硅铁4-7%;
金属锰3.5-7%;
金属铬2.5-4%;
金云母1.5-4%;
钼铁1.5-2.5%;
铌铁1.5-4%;
镍粉1.5-3.5%;
锆英砂2-7%。
所述焊条的外径为5.50~5.80mm。
本发明通过减少碳及控制锰与钼的比来降低碳当量,以降低对冷却速度的敏感度,来选择获得所需要的高屈服强度,使所述焊条焊后具有优异的焊接工艺性能;所述焊条焊后焊接熔敷金属的机械性能稳定。

1.一种高强度焊条,包括:焊芯和药皮;所述药皮涂覆在焊芯的外壁上;所述焊芯为SNi6062;其特征在于:所述药皮占焊条总重量的43~49%,所述药皮以药皮总重量为基准,按重量百分比计算,所述药皮的组分包括:
大理石39-42%;
萤石24-28%;
钛白粉1.5-3%;
钛铁6-12%;
低碳锰铁0.5-2%;
硅铁4-7%;
金属锰3.5-7%;
金属铬2.5-4%;
金云母1.5-4%;
钼铁1.5-2.5%;
铌铁1.5-4%;
镍粉1.5-3.5%;
锆英砂2-7%。
