一种治疗高血压的药物
技术领域
 血压的发病率在我国呈逐年攀升趋势，且向低龄化蔓延，目前治疗药物较多，但治疗效果不甚理想，严重影响到患者的身心健康，目前临床常用的降压药主要有钙离子拮抗剂 、血管紧张素转化酶抑制剂、血管紧张素受体拮抗剂、利尿剂，和受体阻断剂等类，这些药物从不同的作用机制达到了治疗高血压的目的。
背景技术
    本发明涉及一种药物，具体涉及一种治疗高血压的药物。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题，本发明提供了一种治疗高血压的药物组合物。
本发明的技术方案如下：一种治疗高血压的药物，由以下重量的成分制备而成：罗布麻提取物2g、丹参酮提取物1g、吲达帕胺20mg、缬沙坦6g。
本发明所述罗布麻提取物的主要有效成分为金丝桃苷，含量不低于1%。
制备方法：取以上各组分，加入辅料，制备成药学上可接受的剂型。
本发明药物对原发性和继发性高血压到具有显著的疗效。
具体的临床资料如下：
资料与方法
研究对象： 选择2009年以来来诊高血压患者100例，纳入标准参照《中国高血压防治指南》。
治疗方法：服用本发明药物，每一一次，一次100mg的原药材量。
诊断标准：
显效：DBP整体下降至正常范围内，降幅大于mmHg，或者DBP未达到正常范围内，降幅小于10mmHg；好转：DBP达到正常范围内，降幅小于10mmHg；
或者DBP未达到正常范围内，但降幅大于10mmHg同时小于20mmHg；无效：DBP降幅小于10mmHg，同时DBP高于正常血压范围。
疗效观察
   服用本发明药物4周后，显效86例，好转14例，有效率100%。
从以上实验可以看出，本发明对高血压具有显著的疗效。
具体实施方式
    下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
  实施例1
按以下重量称取：罗布麻提取物20g、丹参酮提取物10g、吲达帕胺2g、缬沙坦60g，混匀后可加入药学上适宜的辅料，如糊精、淀粉等制备成颗粒剂、片剂、胶囊剂等剂型。
