Abstract

本发明公开了一种多层口罩，属卫生用具领域，解决了口罩过滤微尘效果不佳或透气性不强的问题。包括内层、外层和至少一层纱网的过滤层，内层和外层在顶侧连为一体，内层外表面设有粘扣的A面，过滤层内表面于与内层粘扣A面对应的位置设有粘扣的B面，过滤层外表面于与过滤层内表面粘扣B面对应的位置设有粘扣的A面，外层内表面于与过滤层外表面粘扣A面对应的位置设有粘扣的B面，任意两层不同层上的A面与B面可扣合；过滤层外表面涂有葵花籽油层；内层与外层在可相互脱离的边缘设有用于密封连接内层和外层的密封拉链。可添加或减少过滤层的数量，葵花籽油形成油膜可过滤微尘而不阻碍氧气通过，拆装过滤层方便，自行添加油膜成本低。

一种多层口罩
技术领域
本发明涉及卫生用具领域，特别是一种多层口罩。
背景技术
空气污染日趋严重，很多情况下人们出行已不得不使用口罩。医用口罩成本较低，但因过薄二过滤微尘的效果不佳；一些棉质口罩虽然具备一定厚度，但因仅使用简单地棉网，依然无法过滤一些颗粒较小的污染物，更多地是起到防寒作用；而专用的口罩的价格较高、清洗不便，透气性不佳。
发明内容
本发明所要达到的目的是提供一种多层口罩，成本低廉、清洗方便，可适应各种环境的口罩。
为了达到上述目的，本发明采用如下技术方案：一种多层口罩，包括内层、外层和至少一层纱网的过滤层，内层和外层在顶侧连为一体，内层外表面设有粘扣的A面，过滤层内表面于与内层粘扣A面对应的位置设有粘扣的B面，过滤层外表面于与过滤层内表面粘扣B面对应的位置设有粘扣的A面，外层内表面于与过滤层外表面粘扣A面对应的位置设有粘扣的B面，任意两层不同层上的A面与B面可扣合；过滤层外表面涂有葵花籽油层；内层与外层在可相互脱离的边缘设有用于密封连接内层和外层的密封拉链。
进一步的，还包括两根绑带，所述内层两侧分别设有两个用于穿过绑带的通孔，过滤层、外层在对应位置设有相同孔径的通孔，两根绑带分别依次回转地穿过各层一侧的通孔。通过绑带进一步固定各层，防止松动，
采用上述技术方案后，本发明具有如下优点：
可根据即时的空气状况添加或减少过滤层的数量，葵花籽油味道清香，同时形成油膜可过滤微尘而不阻碍氧气通过，拆下、清洗过滤层方便，清洗后可自行添加油膜从而成本较低。

具体实施方式
图1-4所示为本发明的一种实施例。
一种多层口罩，包括内层1、外层2和若干层纱网的过滤层3，内层1和外层2在顶侧连为一体，内层1外表面设有粘扣的A面，每一层过滤层3内表面于与内层1粘扣A面对应的位置均设有粘扣的B面，每一层过滤层3外表面于与过滤层3内表面粘扣B面对应的位置均设有粘扣的A面，外层2内表面于与过滤层3外表面粘扣A面对应的位置设有粘扣的B面，任意两层不同层上的A面与B面可扣合；过滤层3外表面涂有葵花籽油层；内层1与外层2在可相互脱离的边缘设有用于密封连接内层1和外层2的密封拉链4。可根据即时的空气状况添加或减少过滤层3的数量，葵花籽油味道清香，同时形成油膜可过滤微尘而不阻碍氧气通过，拆下、清洗过滤层3方便，清洗后可自行添加油膜从而成本较低。
还包括两根绑带6，内层1两侧分别设有两个用于穿过绑带6的通孔5，过滤层3、外层2在对应位置设有相同孔径的通孔5，两根绑带6分别依次回转地穿过各层一侧的通孔5。通过绑带6进一步固定各层，防止松动。
除上述优选实施例外，本发明还有其他的实施方式，本领域技术人员可以根据本发明作出各种改变和变形，只要不脱离本发明的精神，均应属于本发明所附权利要求所定义的范围。

1.一种多层口罩，其特征在于：包括内层（1）、外层（2）和至少一层纱网的过滤层（3），内层和外层在顶侧连为一体，内层外表面设有粘扣的A面（A），过滤层内表面于与内层粘扣A面对应的位置设有粘扣的B面（B），过滤层外表面于与过滤层内表面粘扣B面对应的位置设有粘扣的A面，外层内表面于与过滤层外表面粘扣A面对应的位置设有粘扣的B面，任意两层不同层上的A面与B面可扣合；过滤层外表面涂有葵花籽油层；内层与外层在可相互脱离的边缘设有用于密封连接内层和外层的密封拉链（4）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种多层口罩，其特征在于：还包括两根绑带（6），所述内层两侧分别设有两个用于穿过绑带的通孔（5），过滤层、外层在对应位置设有相同孔径的通孔，两根绑带分别依次回转地穿过各层一侧的通孔。
