本发明属于促进嫁接成活的液体领域。在某些区域,杜梨嫁接只有约一半的成活率。为了解决现有嫁接中的不足,本发明提出一种用于提高嫁接成活率的液体。本发明解决技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种含有赤霉素和阿司匹林的复合液体的用途,复合液体由水、仙人掌汁、赤霉素、阿司匹林混合而成,在实施杜梨嫁接操作时,在接穗和砧木接触的部分,涂抹所述的复合液体,用于提高杜梨嫁接成活率。

本申请是申请日为2013年6月14日、申请号为2013102353361、发明名称为“一种用于提高杜梨嫁接成活率的液体”的专利申请的分案申请。
技术领域
本发明属于嫁接领域, 具体的说属于促进嫁接成活的液体。
背景技术
嫁接,植物的人工营养繁殖方法之一。即把一种植物的枝或芽,嫁接到另一种植物的茎或根上,使接在一起的两个部分长成一个完整的植株。嫁接时应当使接穗与砧木的形成层紧密结合,以确保接穗成活。接上去的枝或芽,叫做接穗,被接的植物体,叫做砧木或台木。
嫁接是利用植物受伤后具有愈伤的机能来进行的。嫁接时,使两个伤面的形成层靠近并扎紧在一起,结果因细胞增生,彼此愈合成为维管组织连接在一起的一个整体。这就是嫁接的原理。
一般情况下,把其他梨树嫁接到杜梨上,成活率比较高,但是,在气候不佳的地区,或者贫瘠的土质,使杜梨的嫁接成活率较低,在某些区域,只有约一半的成活率。于是,提高杜梨嫁接成活率成为有待解决的技术问题。
不仅仅杜梨的嫁接存在这样的问题,枣树的嫁接也存在类似的问题---嫁接的芽或者枝成活率不够高。
发明内容
为了解决现有嫁接中的不足,本发明提出一种用于提高嫁接成活率的液体。
本发明解决技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种用于提高杜梨嫁接成活率的液体, 其特征是:由水、仙人掌汁、赤霉素、阿司匹林混合而成,并且组分含量为:
水的重量为100000,
仙人掌汁的重量为80000,
赤霉素的重量为0.15,
阿司匹林的重量为12。
需要说明的是,赤霉素和阿司匹林是具有确定含义的名词。还需要说明的是:虽然仙人掌科的植物品种很多,但是,仙人掌作为仙人掌科的一个植物品种,所指仙人掌,也是有明确含义的。相关领域技术人员不会混淆“仙人掌”和“仙人掌科”。
还需要说明的是:榨汁属于现有技术,在本发明中,榨汁就是取仙人掌的汁液。尽管榨汁有时候有少许固体混在汁液中,但是,用榨汁这个词语表述此过程属于相关领域技术人员知晓的。故,“榨汁”属于清楚的表述。
使用本发明所述的液体,可以提高杜梨嫁接成活率。
试验条件:采用T字形芽接法;接穗采用库尔勒香梨;砧木采用杜梨。
由同一批农艺工人操作。在新疆哈密地区的同一片果园里。嫁接季节:秋季。嫁接成活率的统计方法为:1,记录嫁接数量为a,2,一年后统计成活数量为b。则,成活率为:(a/b)*100%。例如:嫁接数量为1000,一年后,成活数量为600,则成活率为(600/1000)*100%=60%。
操作方法:嫁接中的T字形芽接法属于现有技术,本发明区别之处在于,在实施嫁接操作时,在接穗和砧木接触的部分,涂抹本发明所述的混合液体。以下给出试验数据。
1,采用传统方法,也就是不涂抹本发明所述的混合液体,嫁接数量为1000个。嫁接成活率为:40%。
2,水的重量为100000,仙人掌汁的重量分别为60000、80000、90000,赤霉素的重量分别为0.1、0.15、0.2,阿司匹林的重量分别为2、6、12,做试验,每组嫁接数量为1000个,数据如下。

3,在实施嫁接操作时,在接穗和砧木接触的部分,涂抹对比试验用的液体,每组对比试验嫁接芽的数量为500个。以下给出试验数据。对比试验有:

1.一种含有赤霉素和阿司匹林的复合液体的用途,所述复合液体由水、仙人掌汁、赤霉素、阿司匹林混合而成,并且组分含量为:
水的重量为100000,
仙人掌汁的重量为80000,
赤霉素的重量为0.15,
阿司匹林的重量为12,
其特征是:在实施杜梨嫁接操作时,在接穗和砧木接触的部分,涂抹所述的复合液体,用于提高杜梨嫁接成活率。
