本发明涉及一种几丁聚糖和戊唑醇复配的农药悬浮剂,由下述重量百分比原料组成:几丁聚糖15-25%;戊唑醇15-25%;表面活性剂5-9%;二丙二醇丁醚5-7%;聚乙烯吡咯烷酮0.05-0.15%;硬脂醇0.1-0.3%;苯扎溴铵0.01-0.03%;余量为水。本发明的几丁聚糖和戊唑醇复配的农药悬浮剂,悬浮率高,产品性能稳定。对作物的多种真菌病害和病毒病均有防治效果。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种几丁聚糖和戊唑醇复配的农药悬浮剂。
背景技术
几丁聚糖,Chitosan,(1,4)-2-氨基-2-脱氧-β-D-葡聚糖,是几丁质经浓碱水脱去乙酰基后生成的水溶性产物。
戊唑醇,化学名:(RS)-1-(4-氯苯基)-4,4-二甲基-3-(1H-1,2,4三唑-1-基甲基)戊-3-醇,CAS号:107534-96-3,属三唑类杀菌农药,是甾醇脱甲基抑制剂,是用于重要经济作物的种子处理或叶面喷洒的高效杀菌剂,可有效地防治禾谷类作物的多种锈病、白粉病、网斑病、根腐病、赤霉病,黑穗病及种传轮斑病及早稻纹枯病等。
农药悬浮剂是20世纪70年代发展的剂型,现已成为基本加工剂型之一。悬浮剂又称水悬浮剂、胶悬剂、浓缩悬浮剂,具有成本低,生产、贮运和使用安全等特点,而且容易与水混合,使用方便。
发明内容
为解决现有技术中存在的不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种几丁聚糖和戊唑醇复配的农药悬浮剂。具体通过下述技术方案得以实现:
几丁聚糖和戊唑醇复配的农药悬浮剂,包括下述重量百分比的原料:几丁聚糖15-25%;戊唑醇15-25%。
几丁聚糖和戊唑醇复配的农药悬浮剂,由下述重量百分比原料组成:几丁聚糖15-25%;戊唑醇15-25%;表面活性剂5-9%;二丙二醇丁醚5-7%;聚乙烯吡咯烷酮0.05-0.15%;硬脂醇0.1-0.3%;苯扎溴铵0.01-0.03%;余量为水。
所述表面活性剂为丁二酸二异辛酯磺酸钠和/或α-[三(苯基甲基)苯基]-ω-羟基聚(氧基-1,2-亚乙基)非离子表面活性剂。
所述表面活性剂,由40-60重量份丁二酸二异辛酯磺酸钠和40-60重量份α-[三(苯基甲基)苯基]-ω-羟基聚(氧基-1,2-亚乙基)非离子表面活性剂组成。
α-[三(苯基甲基)苯基]-ω-羟基聚(氧基-1,2-亚乙基)非离子表面活性剂,CAS:64422-66-8,分子式:(C2H4O)nC27H24O。丁二酸二异辛酯磺酸钠,又称:琥珀酸二异辛酯磺酸钠,CAS号:577-11-7。
根据实际需要还可以在配方中添加pH调节剂。
本发明的几丁聚糖和戊唑醇复配的农药悬浮剂可以采用本领域通用的方法进行制备,一种是超微粉碎法,另一种是凝聚法。
具体的,所述超微粉碎法:
(1)根据配方把几丁聚糖、戊唑醇、表面活性剂、二丙二醇丁醚、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、硬脂醇、苯扎溴铵和水搅拌混合成浆状物,置于球磨机中粉碎。
(2)置于磨砂机进行超微粉碎,控制平均粒径2-4μm。
(3)置于均质机中均质,使粒子均匀化。
本发明的几丁聚糖和戊唑醇复配的农药悬浮剂具有高悬浮率,长期贮存稳定。本发明作用机制独特的三重功效:预防、杀菌治疗、同时兼为植物生长调节剂。速效性好:一旦几丁聚糖进入作物,治疗活性马上起作用,迅速作用抑制病害。超宽抑菌谱:对作物的多种真菌病害和病毒病均有防治效果。安全性好:本品经过长期试验,对哺乳动物及有益生物如蜜蜂和七星瓢虫等无有害反应,实际无毒。使用上无残留、无采收间隔期,喷药后农产品即可采收销售。经济效益显著:本品亦为植物生长调节剂,改善作物的生物活性,显著增强作物抗逆性,提高产量和品质,是作物的高效保健医生。
具体实施方式
实施例1
(1)根据配方把几丁聚糖、戊唑醇、表面活性剂、二丙二醇丁醚、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、硬脂醇、苯扎溴铵和水搅拌混合成浆状物,置于球磨机中粉碎。
(2)置于磨砂机进行超微粉碎,控制平均粒径2-4μm。
(3)置于均质机中均质,使粒子均匀化。
制得的悬浮剂,外观粘稠均相的液体,经马尔文激光粒度分布仪测定,其平均粒径(D50)为3.1μm。

实施例2
按表1对应实施例2数据称取原料,按实施例1的方法进行制备。制得的悬浮剂,平均粒径(D50)为3.1μm。
实施例3
按表1对应实施例3数据称取原料,按实施例1的方法进行制备。制得的悬浮剂,平均粒径(D50)为3.1μm。
分别在室温贮存14天、54℃±2℃条件下高温贮存14天,采用《GB/T14825-2006农药悬浮率测定方法》测悬浮率,具体数据见下表2。当悬浮率>85%时,则认为该产品为合格品。

悬浮性是指分散的原药粒子在悬浮液中保持悬浮时间长短的能力,通常用悬浮率来表示。一个好的悬浮剂,应具有良好的储存稳定性,即较高的悬浮率。
本发明的几丁聚糖和戊唑醇复配的农药悬浮剂,悬浮率高,展着性和渗透性好,产品性能稳定。
α-[三(苯基甲基)苯基]-ω-羟基聚(氧基-1,2-亚乙基)非离子表面活性剂主要用于抑制线切割加工中的锈蚀和电腐蚀,软化加工槽内的淤渣,在慢走丝线切割生产过程中用来作为防锈添加剂。现有技术中,未有将该原料用于农药试剂起到分散润湿作用的任何技术启示。在本发明中,开创性地将原本用于防锈添加剂的α-[三(苯基甲基)苯基]-ω-羟基聚(氧基-1,2-亚乙基)非离子表面活性剂转用于杀虫悬浮剂中,起到分散润湿作用。特别的,将丁二酸二异辛酯磺酸钠和α-[三(苯基甲基)苯基]-ω-羟基聚(氧基-1,2-亚乙基)非离子表面活性剂复配,协同增效,有效提高悬浮率。

1.几丁聚糖和戊唑醇复配的农药悬浮剂,其特征在于,包括下述重量百分比的原料:几丁聚糖15-25%;戊唑醇15-25%。
2.几丁聚糖和戊唑醇复配的农药悬浮剂,其特征在于,由下述重量百分比原料组成:几丁聚糖15-25%;戊唑醇15-25%;表面活性剂5-9%;二丙二醇丁醚5-7%;聚乙烯吡咯烷酮0.05-0.15%;硬脂醇0.1-0.3%;苯扎溴铵0.01-0.03%;余量为水。
3.如权利要求2所述的几丁聚糖和戊唑醇复配的农药悬浮剂,其特征在于:所述表面活性剂为丁二酸二异辛酯磺酸钠和/或α-[三(苯基甲基)苯基]-ω-羟基聚(氧基-1,2-亚乙基)非离子表面活性剂。
4.如权利要求3所述的几丁聚糖和戊唑醇复配的农药悬浮剂,其特征在于:所述表面活性剂,由40-60重量份丁二酸二异辛酯磺酸钠和40-60重量份α-[三(苯基甲基)苯基]-ω-羟基聚(氧基-1,2-亚乙基)非离子表面活性剂组成。
