本发明涉及一种价廉的人造煤制作方法,该方法 是利用工业废物粉状烟灰、粘合剂以及定量的化学药 品,粉碎搅拌压制成型。用本方法制的人造煤的燃烧 值可达5000大卡,用于民用及工业生产。能代替天 然煤应用,变废为宝,解决能源缺乏具有重大意义。

Description

本发明涉及一种价廉的人造煤,特别是用于家庭生活、工业生产以代替天然煤。
当前煤炭紧张,利用工业废物解决能源缺乏具有重大意义。
普通煤燃烧值一般在5000-7000大卡,个别到8000大卡,人造煤的燃烧值可达5000大卡左右,能代替大部分天然煤应用。
用人造煤制成的煤球,燃烧方便,原料就地取材,不用远途运输,同时能变废为宝,化害为利。
本发明所涉及的人造煤的制作方法是这样的:用粉状烟灰、粘合剂、MG、OPM、WT等配合而成。
下面通过具体实施例对本发明所提出的人造煤的制备方法作进一步描述。
原料配方:
粉状烟灰:1.5、MG、0.8
粘合剂    1.2、OPM、1.0
WT    2.4
方法:将废物粉碎,按上述配方拌和搅匀,用模压机压制成形。即人造煤块。

1、一种制作人造煤的方法包括:
A、把粉状烟灰加MG、OPM以及WT定量搅拌。
B、将粘合剂加入上述混合物中,搅拌均匀。
C、然后进行压制成形。
