技术领域
本发明涉及一种薄膜塑料,特别是涉及一种有色薄膜塑料。
背景技术
对产品进行塑料包装在市场上越来越被广泛应用,复合塑料软包装也波受青睐,已经广泛地应用于食品、医药、化工等领域,这些产品都给人们生活带来了极大的便利。因此,为了能够进一步发展,我们提供出了一种有色薄膜塑料。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供的有色薄膜塑料,不仅能够具有拉伸功能,气密性较好,透明度和光泽度较高,坚韧耐磨,而且还能够制作成为有色的塑料薄膜,为使用带来极大的方便。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:含有以下组分:聚丙烯、有色母料、助剂和添加剂,所述各组分在制备时按照以下重量百分比制作,所述聚丙烯占据80%~90%、有色母料占据5%~10%、助剂占据3%~5%和添加剂占据3%~5%,所述各组分的纯度在50%~95%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述有色薄膜塑料的厚度为20~30um。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述助剂为分散剂或表面处理剂。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述表面处理剂为硬脂酸类。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述分散剂为邻苯二甲酸二辛酯。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明提供的有色薄膜塑料,不仅能够具有拉伸功能,气密性较好,透明度和光泽度较高,坚韧耐磨,而且还能够制作成为有色的塑料薄膜,为使用带来极大的方便。

本发明实施例提供如下技术方案。
在一个实施例中,一种有色薄膜塑料,含有以下组分:聚丙烯、有色母料、助剂和添加剂,所述各组分在制备时按照以下重量百分比制作,所述聚丙烯占据80%~90%、有色母料占据5%~10%、助剂占据3%~5%和添加剂占据3%~5%,所述各组分的纯度在50%~95%。
在一个实施例中,优选地,所述有色薄膜塑料的厚度为20~30um,能够适应市场的需要。
优选地,所述助剂为分散剂或表面处理剂,所述表面处理剂为硬脂酸类,所述分散剂为邻苯二甲酸二辛酯,且所述表面处理剂占据30%~50%,分散剂30%~50%。
本发明通过制造提供的有色薄膜塑料,不仅能够具有拉伸功能,气密性较好,透明度和光泽度较高,坚韧耐磨,而且还能够制作成为有色的塑料薄膜,为使用带来极大的方便。

1.一种有色薄膜塑料,其特征在于,含有以下组分:聚丙烯、有色母料、助剂和添加剂,所述各组分在制备时按照以下重量百分比制作,所述聚丙烯占据80%~90%、有色母料占据5%~10%、助剂占据3%~5%和添加剂占据3%~5%,所述各组分的纯度在50%~95%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的有色薄膜塑料,其特征在于,所述有色薄膜塑料的厚度为20~30um。
3.根据权利要求1所述的有色薄膜塑料,其特征在于,所述助剂为分散剂或表面处理剂。
4.根据权利要求1所述的有色薄膜塑料,其特征在于,所述分散剂为邻苯二甲酸二辛酯。
5.根据权利要求1所述的有色薄膜塑料,其特征在于,所述表面处理剂为硬脂酸类。
