技术领域
本发明涉及生物材料加工技术领域,具体涉及一种聚乙二醇水凝胶的制备方法。
背景技术
聚乙二醇是一种水溶性聚醚型高分子化合物,广泛用于医药、卫生、食品、化下等领域。聚乙二醇具有很多优点,如低毒性、不凝血性以及生物相容性,而且能被机体迅速排出体外而不产生毒副作用。聚乙二醇和其他分子偶合时,其许多优良性质也会随之转移到结合物中。因此,其在医学卜的应用受到了广泛的重视。
水凝胶是一种三维亲水性网络状聚合物,可以吸收大量的水或生物体液。这种网络状聚合物可由均聚物或共聚物构成,由于交联的存在而不会溶于水中。水凝胶所具有的高含水量和柔软结构,相比其他人下合成的生物材料,更类似于活体组织,因此可应用于生物和医学工程领域。
发明内容
为了设计结构与性能更为优良的聚乙二醇水凝胶,本发明提供一种聚乙二醇水凝胶的制备方法,包括制备聚乙二醇丙烯酸酯和凝胶合成。
所述聚乙二醇丙烯酸酯由聚乙二醇、丙烯酰氯和三乙胺以摩尔比2:1:3的比例加人无水丙酮中,氢气保护下,搅拌4-6个小时得到。
所述凝胶合成为聚乙二醇丙烯酸酯和褐藻胶糖醇可进行原位凝胶的生物相容性水凝胶合成。
所述方法还包括加入引发剂四甲基乙二胺。
本发明制备方法工艺简单,得到的聚乙二醇水凝胶具有结构可控性好、力学性能优良,该凝胶网络的交联密度与溶胀性可分别控制。

实施例1
一种聚乙二醇水凝胶的制备方法,包括制备聚乙二醇丙烯酸酯和凝胶合成,聚乙二醇丙烯酸酯由聚乙二醇、丙烯酰氯和三乙胺以摩尔比2:1:3的比例加人无水丙酮中,氢气保护下,搅拌4-6个小时得到,凝胶合成为聚乙二醇丙烯酸酯和褐藻胶糖醇可进行原位凝胶的生物相容性水凝胶合成。方法还包括加入引发剂四甲基乙二胺。

2.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于所述聚乙二醇丙烯酸酯由聚乙二醇、丙烯酰氯和三乙胺以摩尔比2:1:3的比例加人无水丙酮中,氢气保护下,搅拌4-6个小时得到。
3.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于所述凝胶合成为聚乙二醇丙烯酸酯和褐藻胶糖醇可进行原位凝胶的生物相容性水凝胶合成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于所述方法还包括加入引发剂四甲基乙二胺。
