发明目的：本发明的目的是为了弥补现有技术的不足，提供一种玫瑰美白护手霜，具有保湿美白的功效。
技术方案：一种玫瑰美白护手霜，由以下重量份的原料配制而成：玫瑰提取液40 ～50 份，油酸5 ～ 10 份，鼠尾草提取液5 ～ 10 份，棕榈酸2 ～ 5 份，鲸蜡醇2 ～ 5 份，鱼肝油1 ～3 份，蜂蜜1 ～ 3 份，聚山梨醇酯10 ～ 20 份，医用凡士林10 ～ 20 份。

一种玫瑰美白护手霜，玫瑰提取液45份，油酸8份，鼠尾草提取液7份，棕榈酸3.5份，鲸蜡醇3.5份，鱼肝油2 份，蜂蜜2 份，聚山梨醇酯15份，医用凡士林150 份。
实施例3：
一种玫瑰美白护手霜，玫瑰提取液50 份，油酸10 份，鼠尾草提取液10 份，棕榈酸5 份，鲸蜡醇 5 份，鱼肝油3 份，蜂蜜3 份，聚山梨醇酯20 份，医用凡士林20 份。
