Abstract

一种光电转换模组，其包括一主电路板、及一光电耦合件。所述主电路板包括一承载面。所述光电转换模组进一步包括一子电路板，所述子电路板垂直固定在所述承载面上并与所述主电路板电性连接。所述子电路板包括一垂直所述承载面的第一表面。所述第一表面上设置有多个光电元件。所述光电耦合件设置有多个第一耦合透镜，所述光电耦合件固定在所述子电路板的所述第一表面上。每一个所述第一耦合透镜对应与一所述光电元件相对正。本发明的光电转换模组容易使光路对正。

光电转换模组
技术领域
本发明涉及一种转换模组，尤其涉及一种光电转换模组。
背景技术
光电转换模组用于将光信号发射装置与光纤之间或者光纤与光信号接收装置之间进行连接，实现光信号的耦合以及光信号与电信号之间的相互转换。现有的光电转换模组为了将面射型激光转折90度以将能量传递至光纤，或者将光纤传输的光转折90度被光电检测器所接收。光电转换模组通常利用45度角的高折射率材质之透镜来实现。此做法可有效地将光线转折使得模块体积较小，但是，在此架构上，透镜制作困难，尤其在光路对准部件量测及确认上非常困难。
发明内容
有鉴于此，有必要提供一种制作容易且容易使光路对准的光电转换模组。
一种光电转换模组，其包括一主电路板、及一光电耦合件。所述主电路板包括一承载面。所述光电转换模组进一步包括一子电路板，所述子电路板垂直固定在所述承载面上并与所述主电路板电性连接。所述子电路板包括一垂直所述承载面的第一表面。所述第一表面上设置有多个光电元件。所述光电耦合件设置有多个第一耦合透镜，所述光电耦合件固定在所述子电路板的所述第一表面上。每一个所述第一耦合透镜对应与一所述光电元件相对正。
相对于现有技术，本发明的光电转换模组采用将所述子电路板垂直固定在所述承载面上并与所述主电路板电性连接，将多个光电元件设置在所述子电路板，每一个所述第一耦合透镜对应与一所述光电元件相对正，因此，所述光电元件发出或接出的光信号无需再经过偏折90度，便能直接与光纤耦合。如此，本发明的光电转换模组容易使光路对正，且省去了传统的45度角透镜，在模具尺寸控制上容易，制作容易、可降低开发时间及成本。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图对本发明作一具体介绍。
请一并参阅图1至图4，本发明实施方式提供的光电转换模组100，其包括一主电路板10、一子电路板20、及一光电耦合件30。
所述主电路板10包括一承载面11。本实施方式中，所述承载面11上设置有一“コ”形定位固定装置110。所述固定装置110包括一第一挡柱111、与所述第一挡柱111相对设置之第二挡柱112、及一连接所述第一挡柱111、与所述第二挡柱112的连接柱113。所述第一挡柱111平行所述第二挡柱112。所述连接柱113垂直所述第一挡柱111与所述第二挡柱112。所述第一挡柱111、所述第二挡柱112、所述连接柱113及所述承载面11之间共同形成一收容槽114。所述承载面11上还设置有多个供电接头115。本实施方式中，所述供电接头115的数量为四个。
所述子电路板20垂直固定在所述承载面11上。具体地，所述子电路板20沿平行所述承载面11方向的厚度等于所述第一挡柱111与所述第二挡柱112之间的距离（也即所述收容槽114沿平行所述承载面11方向的宽度）。因此，所述子电路板20无间隙地夹持在所述收容槽114内，且垂直所述承载面11设置。
可以理解的是，在实际应用过程中，也可采用其他的固定方式将所述子电路板20垂直固定在所述承载面11上，例如，焊接、卡制或采用螺栓固接等。并不限于本实施方式。
所述子电路板20包括一垂直所述承载面11的第一表面21、一背离所述第一表面21的第二表面22、及一连接所述第一表面21及第二表面22的连接面23。所述连接面23平行所述承载面11。所述第一表面21上设置有多个光电元件10a。所述多个光电元件10a的数量与所述供电接头115的数量相对应。本实施方式中，所述光电元件10a的数量对应为四个，包括两个光信号发射元件104以及两个光信号接收元件105。所述光信号发射元件104可以为激光二极管（laser diode），所述光信号接收元件105可以为光电二极管（photodiode）。所述两个光信号发射元件104以及所述两个光信号接收元件105并列设置在所述第一表面21上。所述连接面23上还开设在多个导引孔230。所述多个导引孔230的数量与所述多个光电元件10a的数量及所述供电接头115的数量相对应。本实施方式中，所述多个导引孔230的数量对应为四个。
本实施方式中，四条导线240的一端分别对应穿过一所述导引孔230并分别对应与一所述光电元件10a电性连接，所述四条导线240的另一端分别对应与所述承载面11上的一所述供电接头115电性连接，以使所述子电路板20通过所述导线240与所述主电路板10电性连接。
可以理解的是，所述子电路板20也可为软硬结合板，所述子电路板20通过所述子电路板20的软板与所述主电路板10相电性连接。另外，也可在所述子电路板20与所述主电路板10的承载面11上分别设置一个相互匹配的公连接器与母连接器，所述子电路板20与所述主电路板10之间通过所述公连接器与母连接器的配合，以使所述子电路板20垂直固定在所述承载面11上，并与所述主电路板10电性连接。
所述光电耦合件30包括一第一侧面31、以及一与所述第一侧面31相背离的第二侧面32。所述第一侧面31与所述第二侧面32相互平行。所述光电耦合件30开设有一同时贯穿所述第一侧面31与所述第二侧面32的定位孔300。所述第二侧面32与所述第一表面21相固接。所述第一侧面31上开设有一个第一凹槽310，所述第一凹槽310的槽底3101设置有四个第一耦合透镜3102。本实施方式中，所述第一耦合透镜3102为凸透镜，并且一体成型于所述槽底3101上。所述第二侧面32上开设有一个第二凹槽320，所述第二凹槽320用于收容所述光电元件10a。每一个所述第一耦合透镜3102对应与一所述光电元件10a相对正。
可以理解的是，所述第一侧面31也可不开设有一个第一凹槽310，而将所述第一耦合透镜3102直接设置所述第一侧面31上；所述第二侧面32上也可不开设第二凹槽320，而在所述第二侧面32与所述子电路板20的第二侧面32之间设置至少二个高度大于所述光电元件10a的高度的连接柱。
使用时，所述光信号发射元件104发射出光信号，所述光信号经对应的第一耦合透镜3102进入所述光电耦合件30，并经过所述第一耦合透镜3102转向至对应的一根光纤（图未示）。所述光信号接收元件105接收光信号的过程与所述光信号发射元件104相反，即所述光电耦合件30用于将所述光信号发射元件104发出的光信号传输至所述光纤或者将所述光纤的光信号传输至所述光信号接收元件105。
上述实施方式中，所述光信号发射元件104以及所述光信号接收元件105的数量均为两个，因此所述光电转换模组100可实现光信号的二进二出。当然，依据不同需求，所述光信号发射元件104及所述光信号接收元件105的数量也可以均为一个或者两个以上，而所述第一耦合透镜3102的数量均为所述光信号发射元件104与所述光信号接收元件105的数量之和。
本发明的光电转换模组100将所述子电路板20垂直固定在所述承载面11上并与所述主电路板10电性连接，将多个所述光电元件10a设置在所述子电路板20上，所述光电耦合件30的第一侧面31上开设有一个第一凹槽310，所述第一凹槽310的槽底3101设置有多个第一耦合透镜3102，所述光电耦合件30的第二侧面32上开设有一个第二凹槽320，用于收容所述多个光电元件10a，每一个所述第一耦合透镜3102对应与一所述光电元件10a相对正，因此，所述光电元件10a发出或接出的光信号无需再经过偏折90度，便能直接与光纤耦合。如此，本发明的光电转换模组100容易使光路对正，且省去了传统的45度角透镜，在模具尺寸控制上容易，制作容易、可降低开发时间及成本。
另外，本领域技术人员还可在本发明精神内做其它变化，当然，这些依据本发明精神所做的变化，都应包含在本发明所要求保护的范围之内。

Claims (10)

1.一种光电转换模组，其包括一主电路板、及一光电耦合件，所述主电路板包括一承载面，其特征在于：所述光电转换模组进一步包括一子电路板，所述子电路板垂直固定在所述承载面上并与所述主电路板电性连接，所述子电路板包括一垂直所述承载面的第一表面，所述第一表面上设置有多个光电元件，所述光电耦合件设置有多个第一耦合透镜，所述光电耦合件固定在所述子电路板的所述第一表面上，每一个所述第一耦合透镜对应与一所述光电元件相对正。
2.如权利要求1所述的光电转换模组，其特征在于：所述承载面上设置有一“コ”形定位固定装置，所述固定装置包括一第一挡柱、与所述第一挡柱相对设置之第二挡柱、及一连接所述第一挡柱、与所述第二挡柱的连接柱，所述第一挡柱、所述第二挡柱、所述连接柱及所述承载面之间共同形成一收容槽，所述子电路板无间隙地夹持在所述收容槽内。
3.如权利要求2所述的光电转换模组，其特征在于：所述承载面上还设置有多个供电接头，所述子电路板还包括一背离所述第一表面的第二表面、及一连接所述第一表面及第二表面的连接面，所述连接面上还开设在多个导引孔，多个导引孔的数量与所述多个光电元件及所述供电接头的数量相同，多条导线的一端分别对应穿过一所述导引孔并对应与一所述光电元件电性连接，多条导线的另一端分别对应与所述承载面上的一所述供电接头电性连接，以使所述子电路板通过所述导线与所述主电路板电性连接。
4.如权利要求1或3所述的光电转换模组，其特征在于：所述多个光电元件的数量对应为四个，包括两个光信号发射元件以及两个光信号接收元件。
5.如权利要求4所述的光电转换模组，其特征在于：所述光信号发射元件为激光二极管，所述光信号接收元件为光电二极管，所述两个光信号发射元件以及所述两个光信号接收元件并列设置在所述第一表面上。
6.如权利要求1所述的光电转换模组，其特征在于：所述光电耦合件包括一第一侧面、以及一与所述第一侧面相背离的第二侧面，所述光电耦合件的第一侧面上开设有一个第一凹槽，所述多个第一耦合透镜设置在所述第一凹槽的槽底，且所述第二侧面固定在所述第一表面上。
7.如权利要求6所述的光电转换模组，其特征在于：所述光电耦合件的第二侧面上开设有一个第二凹槽，所述第二凹槽用于收容所述多个光电元件。
8.如权利要求6所述的光电转换模组，其特征在于：所述光电耦合件还开设有两个同时贯穿所述第一侧面与所述第二侧面的定位孔。
9.如权利要求1所述的光电转换模组，其特征在于：所述第一耦合透镜为凸透镜。
10.如权利要求1所述的光电转换模组，其特征在于：所述子电路板与所述主电路板的承载面上分别设置一个相互匹配的公连接器与母连接器，所述子电路板与所述主电路板之间通过所述公连接器与母连接器的配合，以使所述子电路板垂直固定在所述承载面上，并与所述主电路板电性连接。
