本发明公开了一种SF6钢瓶加热装置,包括机箱,所述机箱内中部设有支架,支架下部设有卷筒型加热器,所述加热器表面设有温度传感器,支架上部设有卷线器,在使用状态下,加热器从机箱内部取出置于机箱外部,所述加热器加热线通过防水航空插与机箱连接;本发明具有显著优点:加热器表面安装有高精度温度传感器,通过温度调节直接控制加热温度,加热部分采用自动温控系统,可以按实际需要设置加热温度;机箱内部配有自动卷线器,补气结束后可以自动卷线省去了手动卷线的麻烦,提高工作效率;加热器具有柔软、可弯曲的特性,可紧贴在被加热部位,安装方便快捷,加热迅速、热效率高。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种加热装置,特别是一种SF6钢瓶加热装置。
背景技术
近年来,随着我国电力工业的迅速发展和技术装备水平的提高,SF6电气设备已大量投运,SF6气体以其优异的绝缘和灭弧性能,在电力系统中得到广泛应用,几乎成了中压、高压和超高压开关中所使用的唯一绝缘和灭弧介质。目前,在我国63~750KV电力系统中,SF6气体绝缘断路器和SF6气体绝缘变电站(GIS)的应用已是相当广泛,因此对SF6电气设备的日常监督工作日益重要。由于SF6设备繁多而且经过长时间运行,经常存在漏气的可能发生,这就需要定期进行补气。补气作业时存在以下问题:1)在将SF6气体由气瓶回充至SF6电气开关时,气瓶内的压力大于电气开关内的压力,气瓶内液态的SF6在压力降低的情况下将转换成气态SF6输出至电气开关,所以转换过程会出现吸热的物理现象,而SF6气瓶往往会因为气瓶温度过低导致SF6气体无法气化,回充效率不理想。特别是在寒冷天气环境中,由于气瓶内SF6温度会急剧降低,气瓶周围产生了霜冻,延长了充气时间,在充气接口处外界气体中存在的水分进入设备气室的危险性增大,温度降低,SF6由气态转化为液态甚至固态,只有待温度回升以后才能继续补气,整个补气过程耗费时间比较长。2)现有的加热装置不能按实际需要设置加热温度。3)补气位置一般距取电箱比较远,因此作业过程中需要十几米的拖线板。
现有钢瓶加热装置结构特点如图1所示,包括1、加热器,2、控制旋钮,3、电源线,4、插头,现有钢瓶加热装置结构特点为:1、加热器表面没有温度传感器,不能控制加热温度;2、简单的旋钮控制,不能精确控制温度。
发明内容
为解决现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种SF6钢瓶加热装置,安装方便快捷,加热迅速、热效率高。
为了实现上述目标,本发明采用如下的技术方案:
一种SF6钢瓶加热装置,其特征在于,包括机箱,所述机箱内中部设有支架,支架下部设有卷筒型加热器,所述加热器表面设有温度传感器,支架上部设有卷线器。
一种SF6钢瓶加热装置,其特征在于,所述机箱外表面设有开关、温控调节装置及温控显示器。
一种SF6钢瓶加热装置,其特征在于,所述机箱还设有门,门与机箱之间通过铰链连接,门上还设有把手。
一种SF6钢瓶加热装置,其特征在于,所述机箱内侧还设有真空断路器。
一种SF6钢瓶加热装置,其特征在于,在使用状态下,加热器从机箱内部取出置于机箱外部,所述加热器加热线通过防水航空插与机箱连接。
一种SF6钢瓶加热装置,其特征在于,所述机箱材质为铝合金。
一种SF6钢瓶加热装置,其特征在于,所述加热器由内衬加温层、中间保温层、外层保护层三层组成。
一种SF6钢瓶加热装置,其特征在于,所述内衬加温层的材质为硅橡胶,所述中间保温层的材质为无机纤维复合材料,所述外层保护层的材质为聚四氟乙烯。 
本发明的有益之处在于:1. 加热器表面安装有高精度温度传感器,通过温度调节直接控制加热温度,加热部分采用自动温控系统,可以按实际需要设置加热温度;2.机箱内部配有自动卷线器,补气结束后可以自动卷线省去了手动卷线的麻烦,提高工作效率;3. 加热器具有柔软、可弯曲的特性,可紧贴在被加热部位,安装方便快捷,加热迅速、热效率高;4. 便携式钢瓶加热装置具有结构简单紧凑、外形美观大方、操作简单可靠、维护方便。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作具体的介绍。
结合图2,本发明的SF6钢瓶加热装置,包括机箱1,所述机箱1内中部设有支架4,支架4下部设有卷筒型加热器2,所述加热器2表面设有温度传感器(图中未示出),能够感应设定的温度,通过温度调节直接控制加热温度,加热器2设于机箱1内部,省去单独携带加热器的麻烦,支架4上部设有卷线器2,电源线、加热线可以自动伸缩,使用方便快捷;所述机箱1外表面设有开关9、温控调节装置(图中未示出)及温控显示器10,通过设定相应的加热温度调控加热器3加热,并自动控温,提高加热精度;所述机箱1上还设有门7,门7与机箱1之间通过铰链8连接,门7上还设有把手6,方便开关门;所述机箱1内侧还设有真空断路器5,防止露电带来的安全隐患,所述机箱1材质为铝合金,轻便成本低,所述加热器3由内衬加温层、中间保温层、外层保护层三层组成,所述内衬加温层的材质为硅橡胶,所述中间保温层的材质为无机纤维复合材料,所述外层保护层的材质为聚四氟乙烯,所述硅橡胶与无机纤维复合材料具有高绝缘性能,击穿电压可达20~50KV/mm,可以放心使用,所述聚四氟乙烯材质的外层保护层耐老化、耐气候性,耐腐蚀,使用寿命长,柔软性极佳。
结合图3,本发明的SF6钢瓶加热装置使用时,将加热器3从机箱1内部取出置于机箱1外部,所述加热器3的加热线通过防水航空插11与机箱1连接,加热钢瓶时,将机箱1内部的可伸缩电源线12取出,将插头13插进电源插座,再将加热器3套于钢瓶瓶身上,开启开关,同时设定好加热温度,进行加热。通过加热可使钢瓶内的气体或液体容易取出,且本发明的加热装置不受季节影响,可常年使用。

本发明的SF6钢瓶加热装置具有高精度温控、电源线自动伸缩、整个装置使用方便易携带等特点,且已投入使用,效果良好,适用于广泛的使用。

1.一种SF6钢瓶加热装置,其特征在于,包括机箱,所述机箱内中部设有支架,支架下部设有卷筒型加热器,所述加热器表面设有温度传感器,支架上部设有卷线器。
2.根据权利要求1所述的SF6钢瓶加热装置,其特征在于,所述机箱外表面设有开关、温控调节装置及温控显示器。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的SF6钢瓶加热装置,其特征在于,所述机箱还设有门,门与机箱之间通过铰链连接,门上还设有把手。
4. 根据权利要求1所述的SF6钢瓶加热装置,其特征在于,所述机箱内侧还设有真空断路器。
5. 根据权利要求1所述的SF6钢瓶加热装置,其特征在于,在使用状态下,加热器从机箱内部取出置于机箱外部,所述加热器加热线通过防水航空插与机箱连接。
6. 根据权利要求1所述的SF6钢瓶加热装置,其特征在于,所述机箱材质为铝合金。
7. 根据权利要求1所述的SF6钢瓶加热装置,其特征在于,所述加热器由内衬加温层、中间保温层、外层保护层三层组成。
8. 根据权利要求7所述的SF6钢瓶加热装置,其特征在于,所述内衬加温层的材质为硅橡胶,所述中间保温层的材质为无机纤维复合材料,所述外层保护层的材质为聚四氟乙烯。
