Abstract
The invention provides a remote video alarm system in order to solve the following problems: video image transmission between a control site and an alarm receiving center of a remote alarm system in the prior art is not timely, user information interaction between the alarm receiving center and the control site is lagged, and the like. The remote video alarm system comprises a monitoring terminal and an alarm terminal. The monitoring terminal is equipped with an alarm module and a video module, and the alarm terminal is equipped with an alarm receiving center and a customer service module. The alarm module and the video module are interconnected and share data, and an alarm is sent to the alarm receiving center through the video module when the alarm module is triggered. The alarm receiving center realizes information interaction with a user mobile phone through the customer service module. The remote video alarm system has the following beneficial effects: the real-time image of a control site can be observed when an alarm is received, the alarm information is transmitted to a user mobile phone at the same time, the alarm receiving center can remotely control opening, closing or steering of a sensor and a camera, and a user can observe the control site through a mobile phone at any time.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a remote video alarm technology, in particular to a remote video alarm system which organically combines an alarm system and a monitoring system and realizes data interconnection and intercommunication and video recheck.
Background
In the prior art, remote alarm systems usually employ various sensors to monitor a deployment and control site, and when an accident situation is monitored, an alarm is given to an alarm receiving center. Because there is no video communication between the deployment and control site and the alarm receiving center, the alarm receiving center is not completely clear about the actual situation of the deployment and control site, and a dispatcher needs to go to the deployment and control site to verify and process. the customer service module supports a user to log in the alarm center by a mobile phone and observe a control site corresponding to the user in real time.
Furthermore, the alarm center of the remote video alarm system can control the opening, closing or steering of the sensor and the camera.
The remote video alarm system has the advantages that real-time images of the deployment and control site can be observed when receiving an alarm, the alarm information is transmitted to a mobile phone of a user, the alarm receiving center can remotely control the opening, closing or turning of the sensor and the camera, and the user can observe the deployment and control site at any time through the mobile phone.

In addition, the alarm receiving center can also remotely control the opening, closing or steering of the sensor and the camera to judge whether the sensor and the camera have faults or observe other fields of view of the distribution control site. For users in the control site, the users can log in the alarm receiving center through the customer service module by adopting a mobile phone to observe the control site in real time.
