本发明公开了一种管线收拢器,解决了在电缆试验和电气设备的调试中各种仪器设备的连接电缆相互交错或互相叠压使实验无法正常有序进行的技术问题。包括铁饼形状的弹性橡胶体(1),在铁饼形状的弹性橡胶体(1)上均布有孔径相同的四个管线抱紧通孔(2),四个管线抱紧通孔的中心轴设置在以铁饼形状的弹性橡胶体的中心为圆心的同一个圆周上,在四个管线抱紧通孔(2)的外侧均设置有管线出入弹性卡口(3),在相邻的两管线出入弹性卡口(3)之间的铁饼形状的弹性橡胶体(1)的外缘上设置有扇形减厚倾斜台阶(4),在铁饼形状的弹性橡胶体(1)的中心处设置有吊挂孔(5)。本发明结构简单,拆装使用方便。

一种管线收拢器
技术领域
本发明涉及一种管线的收拢及卡接固定装置,特别涉及一种对试验中的散乱电缆和管线进行收拢固定的装置。
背景技术
在工业试验电气设备的调试中,各种仪器设备的连接电缆往往相互交错或互相叠压地临时铺设在实验现场,影响到了实验的正常有序地进行,也留下了不同程度的安全隐患,混乱的电缆也容易造成电缆和管路的损伤,甚至造成短路和漏电,发生人身事故、仪器设备损坏。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种管线收拢器,解决了在工业试验和电气设备的调试中各种仪器设备的连接电缆相互交错或互相叠压,给现场试验和调试人员造成不同程度安全隐患,在工作过程中容易造成电缆和管路损伤造成短路、漏电使实验无法正常有序进行的技术问题。
本发明是通过以下技术方案解决以上技术问题的:
一种管线收拢器,包括铁饼形状的弹性橡胶体,在铁饼形状的弹性橡胶体上均布有孔径相同的四个管线抱紧通孔,四个管线抱紧通孔的中心轴设置在以铁饼形状的弹性橡胶体的中心为圆心的同一个圆周上,在四个管线抱紧通孔的外侧均设置有管线出入弹性卡口,在相邻的两管线出入弹性卡口之间的铁饼形状的弹性橡胶体的外缘上设置有扇形减厚倾斜台阶,在铁饼形状的弹性橡胶体的中心处设置有吊挂孔。
在四个管线抱紧通孔中均活动卡接有管线。
本发明结构简单,拆装使用方便,对散乱电缆线路或管线进行分类收拢固定或吊挂铺设,适合于各种不同尺寸的管线集束收拢,为建设单位、施工、科研企业试验调试等生产现场临时铺设各种管线提供新的可分类安全的布线装置。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明进行详细说明:
一种管线收拢器,包括铁饼形状的弹性橡胶体1,在铁饼形状的弹性橡胶体1上均布有孔径相同的四个管线抱紧通孔2,四个管线抱紧通孔的中心轴设置在以铁饼形状的弹性橡胶体的中心为圆心的同一个圆周上,在四个管线抱紧通孔2的外侧均设置有管线出入弹性卡口3,在相邻的两管线出入弹性卡口3之间的铁饼形状的弹性橡胶体1的外缘上设置有扇形减厚倾斜台阶4,在铁饼形状的弹性橡胶体1的中心处设置有吊挂孔5。
在四个管线抱紧通孔2中均活动卡接有管线6。
在实际使用时,根据所要收拢管线的长度和管线的软硬程度确定管线收拢器的数量,并按一定距离将所要收拢的管线分别用力通过管线出入弹性卡口3推入到管线抱紧通孔2内,所被收拢的管线如需临时固定悬挂则应应用悬挂吊钩,将悬挂吊钩的另一端插入圆饼状收拢器中心的吊挂孔5中,至整条管线铺设完毕。在工作平台使用收拢器可分类铺设管线不宜混淆方便整理检查,收拢器可视需要制作为不同的反光颜色,工作中通过不同反光颜色的收拢器来起到提醒、警示作用。

1. 一种管线收拢器,包括铁饼形状的弹性橡胶体(1),其特征在于,在铁饼形状的弹性橡胶体(1)上均布有孔径相同的四个管线抱紧通孔(2),四个管线抱紧通孔的中心轴设置在以铁饼形状的弹性橡胶体的中心为圆心的同一个圆周上,在四个管线抱紧通孔(2)的外侧均设置有管线出入弹性卡口(3),在相邻的两管线出入弹性卡口(3)之间的铁饼形状的弹性橡胶体(1)的外缘上设置有扇形减厚倾斜台阶(4),在铁饼形状的弹性橡胶体(1)的中心处设置有吊挂孔(5)。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种管线收拢器,其特征在于,在四个管线抱紧通孔(2)中均活动卡接有管线(6)。
