技术领域
本发明涉及橡胶制品设备领域,更确切地说是一种橡胶传动带硫化过程中使用的双套反模装置。
背景技术
橡胶制品企业,在橡胶传动带生产过程中,需将传动带放入硫化罐中进行硫化,目前使用的均为正模单套装置,即:里模为带齿的金属模具,外模为单层的金属或橡胶套,其不足之处:带齿的金属模具成本高,由于传动带的规格不同,因此,相应需准备各种规格的模具,增加了生产成本,传动带放入硫化罐中硫化处理,需加压,单层的橡胶套易损坏。
发明内容,
本发明的目的在于克服上述之不足,提供一种结构简单、生产成本低、不易损坏模具与成品的传动带双套反模硫化装置。
本发明的目的是采用以下技术措施来实现的:一种传动带双套反模硫化装置,由里模、外模组成,其特征在于:用金属制成的圆柱体里模,里模外,有用橡胶制成的外模,外模里面按产品要求制有齿,外模外面套有外套。
本发明的显著效果:结构简单、生产成本低、模具使用寿命长。
