技术领域
本发明涉及橡胶制品设备领域，更确切地说是一种橡胶传动带硫化过程中使用的双套反模装置。
背景技术
橡胶制品企业，在橡胶传动带生产过程中，需将传动带放入硫化罐中进行硫化，目前使用的均为正模单套装置，即：里模为带齿的金属模具，外模为单层的金属或橡胶套，其不足之处：带齿的金属模具成本高，由于传动带的规格不同，因此，相应需准备各种规格的模具，增加了生产成本，传动带放入硫化罐中硫化处理，需加压，单层的橡胶套易损坏。
发明内容，
本发明的目的在于克服上述之不足，提供一种结构简单、生产成本低、不易损坏模具与成品的传动带双套反模硫化装置。
本发明的目的是采用以下技术措施来实现的：一种传动带双套反模硫化装置，由里模、外模组成，其特征在于：用金属制成的圆柱体里模，里模外，有用橡胶制成的外模，外模里面按产品要求制有齿，外模外面套有外套。
本发明的显著效果：结构简单、生产成本低、模具使用寿命长。
