Abstract
本发明公开了一种新的复合制剂,组成该制剂的活性成分及其重量含量是:枸杞提取物40-80%、西洋参提取物25-50%、乳酸亚铁1-10%,余为辅料。本发明将枸杞、西洋参等传统中药材与乳酸亚铁科学配伍,具有明显提高抗疲劳的效果,无明显副作用。

本发明涉及保健食品技术领域,具体涉及的是一种新的复方制剂。
背景技术
现代医学认为疲劳是机体超限而引起的功能降低并出现机体不适的状态,主要表现为疲劳困倦,可出现头晕、健忘、睡眠质量下降等伴随症状。疲劳的产生与能源物质消耗、代谢产物堆积、内环境稳定性失调、自由基影响等因素关系密切。随着人们保健意识的加强,各种抗疲劳产品应运而生,其中中药类产品以其天然、安全、无毒副作用等优势,日益受到人们的关注,如虫草胶囊、西洋参片等。因此,开发具有中医特色的缓解体力疲劳的保健食品,不仅可以弥补现代医学在治疗上的不足,发挥中医中药的优势,而且其适宜人群范围广,市场需求大,具有广阔的市场前景。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是提供一种用于缓解体力疲劳的新复方制剂。不仅辨证组方,从根本上解决疲劳之根源,还结合了营养素、强化剂等能量物质,以促进体力恢复。
为了实现本发明目的,组成该制剂的活性成分及其重量含量是:枸杞提取物40-80%、西洋参提取物25-50%、乳酸亚铁1-10%,余为辅料。
本发明较优的原料配伍为:枸杞提取物60%、西洋参提取物35%、乳酸亚铁5%,余为辅料。
本发明中枸杞提取物含枸杞多糖不少于10%;西洋参提取物总皂苷含量不少于5%。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点是:辨证组方并结合营养素,疗效明确。
枸杞:为茄科植物宁夏枸杞Lycium barbarum L.的成熟果实。主产于宁夏、甘肃、新疆等地。夏秋二秋果实呈橙红色时采收,晾至皮皱后,再晒至外皮干硬,果肉柔软,生用。枸杞子对免疫有促进作用,同时具有免疫调节作用;可提高血睾酮水平,起强壮作用;对造血功能有促进作用;对正常健康人也有显著升白细胞作用;还有抗衰老、抗突变、抗肿瘤、降血脂、保肝及抗脂肪肝、降血糖、降血压作用。
西洋参:为五加科植物西洋参Panax quinquefolium L.的根。主产于美国、加拿大。我国北京、吉林、辽宁等地亦有栽培。秋季采挖生长3~6年的根,切片生用。西洋参有抗休克作用,能明显提高失血性休克大鼠存活率;对大脑有镇静作用,对生命中枢则有中度兴奋作用;还具抗缺氧、抗心肌缺血、抗心肌氧化、增加心肌收缩力、抗心律失常、抗疲劳、抗应激、抗惊厥、降血糖、止血和抗利尿作用。
乳酸亚铁:本品为铁元素补充剂。铁为血红蛋白及肌红蛋白的主要组成成分。血红蛋白为红细胞中主要携氧者,肌红蛋白系肌肉细胞贮存氧的部位,为肌肉运动时提供氧的需要。与三羧循环有关的大多数酶和因子均含铁,或仅在铁存在时才发挥作用。机体缺乏铁,可引起体力不足等。

实施例1本发明胶囊剂的制备
枸杞提取物60%、西洋参提取物35%、乳酸亚铁5%,余为辅料。
实施例2本发明片剂的制备
枸杞提取物74%、西洋参提取物25%、乳酸亚铁1%。将原料加入辅料适量,压片。
实施例3本发明胶囊剂的制备
枸杞提取物40%、西洋参提取物50%、乳酸亚铁10%,余为辅料。

1.一种新的复合制剂,组成该制剂的活性成分及其重量含量是:枸杞提取物40-80%、西洋参提取物25-50%、乳酸亚铁1-10%,余为辅料。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种新的复合制剂,组成该制剂的活性成分及其重量含量是:枸杞提取物60%、西洋参提取物35%、乳酸亚铁5%,余为辅料。
3.如权利要求1-2所述的一种新的复合制剂,其特征在于,枸杞提取物含枸杞多糖不少于10%;西洋参提取物总皂苷含量不少于5%。
