One indicating device;
One sensor, it is configured to be coupled to described indicating device;
Wherein, described sensor is embedded in described applicator at predetermined height and position, and described sensor is configured to activate described indicating device when described applicator may wear to described predetermined altitude; Further,
Wherein, described adaptor union is configured to described disinfecting substance to be delivered to described applicator from described disinfectant container.

Described disinfectant container comprises a container outlet;
Described applicator comprises an applicator entrance;
Described adaptor union is a pipe comprising a near-end and a far-end;
