Abstract
一种球阀,包括阀体,球体安装在阀体内,在球体上开有通道进口及通道出口,在球体的通道进口处开有波浪形曲线豁口。本发明的有益效果是:在球体的通道进口处开有波浪形曲线豁口,当球阀开启瞬间,介质从波浪形曲线豁口的底部流出缓慢经过顶部,由于波浪形曲线豁口的平滑过渡从而降低了介质的流速,避免球阀开启瞬间因较大的气体流速对球体产生冲蚀,延长了使用寿命。

本发明涉及阀门,尤其涉及一种设有减压豁口的切断球阀。
背景技术
现有技术的氧气切断球阀球体的通道进口都以平面为主在阀门开启的瞬间,压力释放慢,容易导致球阀在开启瞬间产生较大的流速,极易造成球体和阀座的冲刷损坏,影响阀门的整体使用寿命。
发明内容
为了克服现有切断球阀的上述缺点,本发明提供一种设有减压豁口的氧气切断球阀。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是,一种球阀,包括阀体,球体安装在阀体内,在球体上开有通道进口及通道出口,在球体的通道进口处开有波浪形曲线豁口。
本发明的有益效果是:在球体的通道进口处开有波浪形曲线豁口,当球阀开启瞬间,介质从波浪形曲线豁口的底部流出缓慢经过顶部,由于波浪形曲线豁口的平滑过渡从而降低了介质的流速,避免球阀开启瞬间因较大的气体流速对球体产生冲蚀,延长了使用寿命。

具体实施方式
如图1、2所示,一种球阀,包括阀体1,球体2安装在阀体1内,在球体2上开有通道进口3及通道出口4,在球体2的通道进口3处开有波浪形曲线豁口5,球阀开启瞬间,介质从波浪形曲线豁口5的底部流出缓慢经过顶部,平滑过渡,降低了介质的流速,避免了对球体的冲蚀,延长了使用寿命。

1.一种球阀,包括阀体,球体安装在阀体内,在球体上开有通道进口及通道出口,其特征在于:在所述通道进口处开有波浪形曲线豁口。
