Abstract

一种加热水产生蒸汽的加热器，包括硅胶面罩、脸罩座、底座上盖、密封圈和底座下盖，底座上盖内设有供加热水容置的内腔和供补给水容置的外腔，内腔和外腔之间形成一个供补给水流入内腔的细缝，内腔中的加热水由内腔下方的加热体加热得到，而产生的蒸汽通过内腔上方的调节抽板进入脸罩座。本发明不仅使对水的加热时间缩短，而且节省了能源损耗，提高了工作效率。同时，外腔中的冷水对内腔也起到隔热和保护作用，进而有利于延长产品的使用寿命。

Description

一种加热水产生蒸汽的加热器
技术领域
本发明涉及一种加热水产生蒸汽的加热器。 
背景技术
近年来，在美容沙龙等美发美容店，向被美容者面部皮肤吹送蒸汽，作为一种美容方法而被广泛使用。皮肤表皮细胞由于蒸汽的渗入而膨胀，便于消除附着在皮肤上的老化角质，可以改善皮肤的 缺水状态，使皮肤滋润有弹性。蒸汽使毛孔张开，有利于消除毛囊深层污垢，使皮红润细腻，促进该皮肤的血液循环和新陈代谢的面部护理，但是目前美容美发用的蒸汽发生装置结构复杂，对水的加热时间时间较长，产生蒸汽速度较慢，造成能源损耗较大。 
因此，本发明人专门研发了一种加热水产生蒸汽的加热器，本案由此产生。 
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种加热水产生蒸汽的加热器，使加热时间缩短，并节省能源消耗。 
为了达成上述目的，本发明的解决方案是： 
一种加热水产生蒸汽的加热器，包括硅胶面罩、脸罩座、底座上盖、密封圈和底座下盖，底座上盖内设有供加热水容置的内腔和供补给水容置的外腔，内腔和外腔之间形成一个供补给水流入内腔的细缝，内腔中的加热水由内腔下方的加热体加热得到，而产生的蒸汽通过内腔上方的调节抽板进入脸罩座。
所述外腔围绕内腔设置在底座上盖内。 
所述加热体是PTC加热体。 
所述底座下盖的下方设有橡胶垫。 
采用上述方案后，本发明不仅使对水的加热时间缩短，而且节省了能源损耗，提高了工作效率。同时，外腔中的冷水对内腔也起到隔热和保护作用，进而有利于延长产品的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，本发明揭示的一种加热水产生蒸汽的加热器，包括硅胶面罩1、脸罩座2、底座上盖3、密封圈32和底座下盖5，底座上盖3内设有供加热水容置的内腔6和供补给水容置的外腔7，此实施的外腔7围绕内腔6设置在底座上盖3内。内腔6和外腔7之间形成一个供补给水流入内腔6的细缝61，内腔6中的加热水由内腔6下方的加热体加热得到，为了提高加热效果和达到健康环保的目的，此实施例采用PTC加热体4。PTC加热体4上方设有密封圈32，使热量难以散失。而产生的蒸汽则通过内腔6上方的调节抽板21进入脸罩座2。为了对加热器起到衬垫、缓冲的保护作用，此实施例的底座下盖5的下方设有橡胶垫51。 
本发明使用时，先将水注入底座上盖3内的内腔6和外腔7中，当连接电源线8并启动船型开关31后，PTC加热体4使内腔6中的水受到加热作用，而外腔7中的水依旧保持原有温度，外腔7中较冷的水可以对内腔6起到隔热和保护作用。当内腔6中的加热水蒸发时，所产生的蒸汽通过调节抽板21进入脸罩座2，此时内腔6中的加热水减少，外腔7中的补给水通过细缝61流入内腔6，进而保证了内腔6中水的使用容量。 
本发明不仅使对水的加热时间缩短，而且节省了能源损耗，提高了工作效率。同时，外腔中的冷水对内腔6也起到隔热和保护作用，进而有利于延长产品的使用寿命。

Claims (4)

1.一种加热水产生蒸汽的加热器，包括硅胶面罩、脸罩座、底座上盖、密封圈和底座下盖，其特征在于：底座上盖内设有供加热水容置的内腔和供补给水容置的外腔，内腔和外腔之间形成一个供补给水流入内腔的细缝，内腔中的加热水由内腔下方的加热体加热得到，而产生的蒸汽通过内腔上方的调节抽板进入脸罩座。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种加热水产生蒸汽的加热器，其特征在于：所述外腔围绕内腔设置在底座上盖内。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种加热水产生蒸汽的加热器，其特征在于：所述加热体是PTC加热体。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种加热水产生蒸汽的加热器，其特征在于：所述底座下盖的下方设有橡胶垫。
