Abstract

一种用于重氮晒图纸的增艳促显剂,主要是由环状结构的硫脲或硫醇类衍生物再配以助溶剂、pH调节剂、缓冲剂等组成,将其按1-4%(W/V)的用量加入感光液中即具有显著的增艳、促显效果,尤其是冬季低温条件下作用更为明显,可做到晒熏同步,从而有效地解决了冬季显影时要反复熏2-3次的弊端,同时,线条颜色明显增艳且经久不变,对外界影响变化不大,本发明适合于绝大多数双组份重氮晒图纸,尤其是采用偶联活性属中下水平的重氮化合物和偶联剂的产品。

Description

用于重氮晒图纸的增艳促显剂
本发明提供一种用于双组份重氮晒图纸的增艳促显剂。
晒图纸是用于工业建设的重要复制材料,但目前生产的干法中速晒图纸长期普遍存在着两项重要的技术问题:一是线条的颜色不够鲜艳,或者艳色不能持久,显影后过了一段时间,色调变暗,受空气、光线和PH值的影响十分显著;二是显影速率不快,特别是冬季,气温下降,氨熏显影更加困难,往往要熏2-3次才能显够,既费电、费氨、又费时。为解决上述问题,国内外进行了长期的研究工作并发现某些增艳、促显的化学物质,如用于线条增艳的物质有:苯基磷酸、苯基次磷酸及苯基亚磺酸等,由于这都是还原性较强的化合物,用后易使晒图纸的底色污染;用于促进显影的物质有:硫脲衍生物,多元醇类,冠醚类,其中的硫脲衍生物与冠醚类我国均无生产,多元醇类有较强的吸湿性,对晒图纸的保存不利。由于上述原因,使得干法中速晒图纸生产中长期存在的问题未能得以很好的解决。
本发明的目的旨在提出一类既有增艳又有促显作用的复合制剂——用于重氮晒图纸的增艳促显剂,以克服现有技术的不足。
本发明增艳促显剂是由环状结构的硫脲或硫醇类衍生物以及助溶剂、PH调节剂、PH缓冲剂组成,其中,关键成份是环状结构的硫脲或硫醇类衍生物,其结构实际上是两种互变异构体的混合物:

式中,R为1-3个碳原子的烷基、羟烷基或氢原子,如果是羟烷基,则可增加水溶性。异构体中,A为乙撑基硫脲衍生物,B为2-硫醇基咪唑啉衍生物。能用于上述目的的衍生物,如:

上述化合物的任何一种,均对双组份重氮晒图纸有增艳和促显作用。在本发明增艳促显剂配方中,环状结构的硫脲或硫醇类衍生物占40-60%(重量,下同),助溶剂20-35%。PH调节剂8-14%,PH缓冲剂6-9%,该增艳促显剂在感光液中的用量为1-4%(重容比W/V),在此用量范围内,均有一定的增艳,促显效果,随着用量增加,效果更著。
本发明对绝大多数双组份重氮晒图纸都能适用,尤其适用烷基苯胺类的感光剂和萘酚磺酸类的偶联剂即其偶联活性属中、下水平的,其中,感光剂如(1)对—氨基二苯重氮硫酸盐(俗称凡拉明RT兰盐),(2)对N,N-二甲胺基·氯化重氮苯·氯化锌复盐(简称BGM),(3)对N,N-二乙氨基氯化重氮苯·氯化锌复盐(简称B),(4)对N-乙基N-羟乙基·氯化重氮苯·氯化锌复盐(BGT),(5)对N-甲基N-苯乙氧基·氯化重氮苯·氯化锌复盐,(6)对N-乙基N-苯乙氧基·氯化重氮苯·氯化锌复盐,(7)对吡咯烷基氯化重氮苯·氯化锌复盐,(8)对吡啶基·氯化重氮苯·氯化锌复盐;偶联剂如[1]2.7二羟基萘3.6二磺酸钠,[2]2.3二羟基萘6磺酸钠,[3]2.3二羟基萘,[4]2萘酚、3.6二磺酸钠(R盐),[5]1萘酚4磺酸钠,[6]2萘酚6磺酸钠等。
本发明的主要优点,在于具有促显、增艳的双重功能,且促显效果显著,尤其是冬季低温条件下,作用更为明显,可以做到晒熏同步,从而有效地解决了冬季显影时要反复熏2-3次的弊端,同时,显影后的线条颜色增艳非常明显,而且经久不变,对外界(空气、水份、光线及PH值等)的影响,变化范围不大。此外,还具有以下优点:
1、感光液中加入本发明后,酸度可加强,PH值可控制在1.7-1.9(现有技术一般为2.1左右)而对促显作用没有多大影响。由于感光液中的有机酸量加大,对提高晒图纸的保存性十分有利。
2、本发明在空气中稳定,无毒性,对人体无害,同时对感光液及晒图纸的各项性能亦无任何不良影响。
3、本发明在加入时操作方便,如同向感光液中加入普通原料一样,混合溶解即可。
4、本发明全部采用国产原料,价廉易得,其生产工艺及条件不苛,收率较高,可大批量生产,便于推广使用。
5、采用本发明可节省大量电力、氨水、提高晒图效率,具有良好的社会效益与经济效益。
6、以下是本发明的几个实施例。现有技术为对照组,本发明的方法为实验组,所采用增艳、促显剂(以下简称AD剂,即“氨显促进剂”的英文缩写)配方如下:
  2-硫醇基-3-甲基咪唑啉         50%(重量)
  1、3、6-萘三磺酸钠(助溶剂)    30%(重量)
  柠檬酸(PH调节剂)              12.5%(重量)
  磷酸二氢钠(PH缓冲剂)          7.5%(重量)
实施例I:
重氮兰线感光液配方,见表1

将上液涂于纸上。两组试样按轻工部颁布的《(87)轻纸生字第124号标准》规定的方法模拟测试。
测试条件:氨水浓度=5%,温度20℃。显影时间为2秒,结果:对照组显示密度为 0.10 最大密度 0.71 显像率 14.30%实验组显示密度为 0.42 最大密度 0.92 显像率 44.40%显影时间为3秒,结果:对照组显示密度为 0.21 最大密度 0.71 显像率 28.60%实验组显示密度为 0.60 最大密度 0.92 显像率 66.70%实施例II重氮紫线晒图纸感光液配方,见表2

将上液均匀涂于纸上,两组试样,按轻工部颁布的《(87)轻纸生字第124号标准》规定的方法,模拟测试。测试条件:氨水浓度:(用旧的氨水)含氨量约5%。
环境温度:20℃。
显影时间为2秒,结果:
  对照组显示密度为 0.12 最大密度 0.68 显像率 17.6%
  实验组显示密度为 0.43 最大密度 0.91 显像率 47.3%
显影时间为3秒,
  对照组显示密度为 0.23 最大密度 0.68 显像率 33.8%
  实验组显示密度为 0.62 最大密度 0.91 显像率 68.1%

以上两液分别均匀地涂于纸上,按例I中的方法,进行测试(条件均同)。测试结果:显影时间为2秒,对照组显示密度为 0.11 最大密度 0.71 显像率 15.5%实验组显示密度为 0.44 最大密度 0.92 显像率 47.8%显影时间为3秒,对照组显示密度为 0.22 最大密度 0.71 显像率 30.9%实验组显示密度为 0.65 最大密度 0.92 显像率 70.6%

1.用于重氮晒图纸的增艳促显剂,其特征在于它由环状结构的硫脲或硫醇类衍生物40-60%(重量,以下同),1、3、6-萘三磺酸钠20-35%,柠檬酸8-14%,磷酸二氢钠69%所组成,所述环状结构的硫脲或硫醇类衍生物结构式

式中,R为1-3个碳原子的烷基、羟烷基或氢原子。
2.中速干法兰线重氮感光液,其特征在于含有1-4%(W/V)的权利要求1中所述的增艳促显剂。
