一种带手电的LED台灯及其制造方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种家用具有照明和杀菌功能的台灯,特别涉及一种带手电的LED台灯及其制造方法。
背景技术
目前使用的台灯主要包括传统台灯与LED台灯,其中传统台灯的能耗较大、闪烁频繁,不符合世界节能与健康的主题,而现有的LED台灯只是起到照明的作用,性能单一,不符合人们多元化的需求;紫外线的杀菌原理,就是通过紫外线的照射,破坏及改变微生物的DNA(脱氧核糖核酸)结构,使细菌当即死亡或不能繁殖后代,达到杀菌的目的。真正具有杀菌作用的是紫外线,因为C波段紫外线很易被生物体的DNA吸收,尤以253.7nm左右的紫外线最佳。紫外线杀菌属于纯物理消毒方法,具有简单便捷、广谱高效、无二次污染、便于管理和实现自动化等优点,随着各种新型设计的紫外线灯管的推出,紫外线杀菌的应用范围也不断在扩大;因此家庭也急需一种可以具有杀菌功能的设备。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种带手电的LED台灯,可以将支架拆下作为电筒使用,灯头内设有紫外线LED灯珠,可以作为活动的紫外线杀菌灯使用,以解决现有技术中的多项问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供以下的技术方案:一种带手电的LED台灯,包括带有插头的底座、支架和灯头,其特征在于:所述底座和支架一端可拆卸连接,所述灯头与支架另一端铰链连接,中空的底座内设有变压器和绕线机构,底座上表面的边部设有卡槽,卡槽两内侧壁分别设有与变压器输出端电连接的正极弹片和负极弹片,支架的端部在对应位置分别设有与灯头电连接的正极触点和负极触点,中空的支架内置有可冲放电池,支架铰接的端部设有与电池电连接的内置灯头,支架侧壁上设有控制内置灯头的开关。
优选的,所述卡槽底部的两侧设有内槽,所述正极弹片和负极弹片设置在内槽内,所述支架的端部两侧向外延伸形成凸块,凸块与内槽相咬合,所述正极触点和负极触点设置在凸块上,支架的后侧壁上设有挡板,可以预防支架插反。
优选的,所述灯头内设至少一排紫外线LED台灯珠和至少一排白光LED台灯珠。
优选的,所述灯头内壁设有反光罩和透镜面。
优选的,所述支架内置有计时线路板,支架侧壁上设有与计时线路板相连接的时间及日期显示屏,以及与计时线路板相连接的按钮。
优选的,所述底座上设有控制白光LED灯珠的照明旋钮开关,并且此旋钮能够调节LED灯珠的亮度强弱;所述底座上与照明旋钮开关并排的一侧设有控制紫外线LED灯珠的旋钮开关,并且此旋钮具有倒计时功能,能够调节紫外线杀菌的时间长短;
优选的,所述的底座内设置可伸缩插头,电线自动卷绕在底座内。
本发明还提供一种带手电的LED台灯的制造方法,包括如下工艺:一种带手电的LED台灯,包括带有插头的底座、支架和灯头,底座、支架和灯头的外壳为注塑件或冲压件,并预留有对应的安装空间和接口位置,底座和支架一端可拆卸连接,灯头与支架另一端铰链连接,底座中空,在内部设置变压器和绕线机构,底座上表面的边部设有卡槽,在卡槽两内侧壁分别设置与变压器输出端电连接的正极弹片和负极弹片,在支架的端部对应位置分别设置与灯头电连接的正极触点和负极触点,支架中空,在内部设置可冲放电池,电池与支架端部的正负极触点连接,在支架铰接的端部设置与电池电连接的内置灯头,在支架侧壁上设置控制内置灯头的开关;
在卡槽底部的两侧预设有内槽,正极弹片和负极弹片设置在内槽内,支架的下端部两侧向外延伸形成凸块,凸块与内槽相咬合,正极触点和负极触点分别对应电连接,支架的后侧壁上预设有挡板;
在灯头内设置至少一排紫外线LED灯珠和至少一排白光LED灯珠;所述紫外线波长为160nm-285nm之间;
在灯头内壁设置反光罩和透镜面;
在支架内设置计时线路板,支架侧壁上设置与计时线路板相连接的时间及日期显示屏,以及与计时线路板相连接的按钮;
在所述底座上设置控制白光LED灯珠的照明旋钮开关,并且此旋钮能够调节LED灯珠的亮度强弱;与照明旋钮开关并排的一侧设置控制紫外线LED灯珠的旋钮开关,并且此旋钮具有倒计时功能,能够调节紫外线杀菌的时间长短;
在底座内的绕线机构上设置可伸缩插头的电线,电线自动卷绕在底座内。
采用以上技术方案的有益效果是:该发明结构的带手电的LED台灯,灯头与支架铰链连接,灯头可旋转180°,方便使用者调整合适的照明或杀菌所需的角度;支架与底座可拆卸连接,支架上设有内置灯头,灯头闭合上后,可以将支架拆下,作为手电筒使用;卡槽底部的两侧设有内槽,支架的端部两侧向外延伸形成凸块,凸块与内槽相咬合,使得支架和底座之间的连接更加牢固;因支架与底座可拆卸连接,所以卡槽两内槽内分别设有正极弹片和负极弹片,支架端部的凸块在对应位置分别设有正极触点和负极触点,保持电路畅通,支架的后侧壁上设有挡板,此防呆设计可以防止支架装反,导致弹片和触点的电极接反;灯头内设至少一排紫外线LED灯珠和至少一排白光LED灯珠,白光LED灯珠可以照明,紫外线LED灯珠可以用来紫外线灭菌,其自带电池,更方便对一些小空间进行灭菌消毒,如冰箱内、柜子内部等;灯头内壁设有反光罩和保护的透镜面,增加了照明效果使用寿命;插头即电线为伸缩的结构,使用时可以根据实际情况拉出插头的电源线,避免出现电源线过长而杂乱的现象;支架侧壁上设有时间及日期显示屏和按钮,方便日常需要,并可以通过按钮对日期和时间进行校准,此显示屏还可以显示电池电压的多少及欠压报警,以提示尽早充电;此计时器还具有定时闹钟提醒的功能。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图详细说明本发明的一种优选实施方式。
图1出示了本发明一种LED台灯的具体实施方式:该LED台灯,包括带有插头16的底座1、支架2和灯头3,灯头3与支架2一端铰链连接,灯头3可旋转180°,方便使用者调整合适的照明或杀菌的角度;底座1和支架2另一端可拆卸连接,中空的底座1内设有变压器和绕线机构,中空的支架2内置有可冲放电池和计时线路板,支架2侧壁上设有与计时线路板相连接的时间及日期显示屏12,以及与计时线路板相连接的按钮13,方便日常需要观察时间,并可以通过按钮13对日期和时间进行校准;底座1上设有控制白光LED灯珠20的照明旋钮14开关,并且此旋钮14能够调节LED灯珠20的亮度强弱;与照明旋钮14开关并排的一侧设有控制紫外线LED灯珠19的紫外线旋钮15开关,并且此旋钮具有倒计时功能,能够调节紫外线杀菌的时间长短;所述紫外线波长为160nm-285nm之间;插头16线绕在底座内的绕线机构的轴上实现可伸缩,使用时可以根据实际情况拉长插头16的电源线,避免出现插头16电源线过长而杂乱的现象。
如图2和图3所示,底座1上表面的边部设有卡槽4,卡槽4两内侧壁分别设有与变压器输出端电连接的正极弹片和负极弹片5,支架2的端部在对应位置分别设有与灯头3电连接的正极触点6和负极触点7,在底座1和支架2可拆卸的前提下,该结构的设计,保证了电路的畅通;本实施方式中,更为优选的是,卡槽4底部的两侧设有内槽8,正极弹片和负极弹片5设置在内槽8内,支架2的端部两侧向外延伸形成凸块9,正极触点6和负极触点7设置在凸块9上,凸块9与内槽8相咬合,使得支架2和底座1之间的连接更加牢固,支架2的后侧壁上设有挡板10,此为防呆设计,使得支架2和底座1的安装方式上只有一种安装方式,防止误装支架2,将弹片和触点的电极接反。
如图4所示,本实施方式中,灯头3内设至少一排紫外线LED灯珠19和至少一排白光LED灯珠20,灯头3内壁设有反光罩11,白光LED灯珠20可以照明,紫外线LED灯珠19可以用来紫外线灭菌;灯头3内壁设有反光罩11和保护透镜面,增加了照明效果和使用寿命。
结合图1和图5所示,本实施方式中,中空的支架2内置有可冲放电池,支架2铰接的端部设有与电池电连接的内置灯头17,支架2侧壁上设有控制内置灯头17的开关18,灯头3与支架2闭合上后,可以将支架2拆下,将支架2作为手电筒使用,亦可不另设内置灯头17而直接用白光LED灯珠20做手电照明;紫外线可以对部分小的封闭空间进行灭菌消毒,如冰箱内、柜子内部等。
本实施例还提供一种带手电的LED台灯的制造方法,包括如下工艺和步骤:一种带手电的LED台灯,包括带有插头16的底座1、支架2和灯头3,底座1、支架2和灯头3的外壳为注塑件或冲压件,并预留有对应的安装空间和接口位置,底座1和支架2一端可拆卸连接,灯头3与支架2另一端铰链连接,在中空的底座1内设置变压器和绕线机构,在底座1上表面的边部预设有卡槽4,在卡槽4两内侧壁分别设置与变压器输出端电连接的正极弹片和负极弹片5,在支架2的端部在对应位置分别设置与灯头3电连接的正极触点6和负极触点7,在中空的支架2内设置可冲放电池,在支架2铰接的端部设置与电池电连接的内置灯头17,在支架2侧壁上设置控制内置灯头的开关18;
卡槽4底部的两侧预设有内槽8,将所述正极弹片和负极弹片5设置在内槽4内,支架2的端部两侧向外延伸形成凸块9,凸块9与内槽4相咬合,将正极触点6和负极触点7设置在凸块9上,支架2的后侧壁上预设有防呆挡板;
在灯头3内设至少一排紫外线LED灯珠和至少一排白光LED灯珠;紫外线波长为160nm-285nm之间;
在灯头3内壁设置反光罩11和透镜面;
在中空的支架2内设置计时线路板,支架2侧壁上设置与计时线路板相连接的时间及日期12显示屏,以及与计时线路板相连接的按钮;
在底座1上设置控制白光LED灯珠的照明旋钮14开关,并且此旋钮能够调节LED灯珠20的亮度强弱;在与照明旋钮14开关并排的一侧设置控制紫外线LED灯珠19的旋钮15开关,并且此旋钮具有倒计时功能,能够调节紫外线杀菌的时间长短;
在底座内设置绕线机构,插头16电源线绕在绕线机构的绕线轴上实现伸缩功能。
