本发明提供一种新型空调机组针阀阀芯更换装置,包括四通、手柄、针阀头组成,所述四通上部安装有手柄Ⅰ,所述手柄Ⅰ底部为阀芯卡口,四通左侧安装有手柄Ⅱ,且手柄Ⅰ、手柄Ⅱ带有橡胶密封塞,四通下部安装有针阀帽;所述的手柄Ⅰ可旋转,可抽动;优点是:在不损失氟利昂的基础上快速实现针阀阀芯更换,整个更换过程用时很短,操作简便快捷,提高了工作效率,减轻了工作人员的劳动强度。

本发明涉及 一种空调更换装置,尤其是一种新型空调机组针阀阀芯更换装置。
背景技术
大型中央空调机组都带有几个充注氟利昂的针阀头,里面的阀芯是易损件,阀芯损坏后就会漏氟,由于氟系统都带有5-20公斤压力阀芯无法直接更换。目前更换阀芯时有两种选择:1、把氟利昂直接放空,较大型的机组内的氟利昂价值几千甚至上万元既浪费钱财又污染环境。2、设备齐全的维修者会用氟回收机回收大部分氟利昂,但整个回收加上后续的充注过程费时费力大约需要3-12小时。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了避免现有技术的不足而提供一种新型空调机组针阀阀芯更换装置。
本发明采用的技术方案是:一种新型空调机组针阀阀芯更换装置,包括四通、手柄、针阀头组成,所述四通上部安装有手柄Ⅰ,所述手柄Ⅰ底部为阀芯卡口,四通左侧安装有手柄Ⅱ,且手柄Ⅰ、手柄Ⅱ带有橡胶密封塞,四通下部安装有针阀帽。
所述的手柄Ⅰ可旋转,可抽动。
本发明的有益效果是:在不损失氟利昂的基础上快速实现针阀阀芯更换,整个更换过程用时很短,操作简便快捷,提高了工作效率,减轻了工作人员的劳动强度。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明做进一步描述。
一种新型空调机组针阀阀芯更换装置,包括四通1、手柄、针阀头组成,所述四通1上部安装有手柄Ⅰ2,所述手柄Ⅰ2底部为阀芯卡口3,四通1左侧安装有手柄Ⅱ6,且手柄Ⅰ2、手柄Ⅱ6带有橡胶密封塞4,四通1下部安装有针阀帽5。
所述的手柄Ⅰ2可旋转,可抽动。
将手柄Ⅱ6的橡胶密封塞4抽到四通1左侧,将手柄Ⅰ2的橡胶密封塞4插到四通1下方,把针阀帽5拧在针阀头上,旋转手柄Ⅰ2把坏的阀芯拧下,抽动手柄Ⅰ2橡胶密封塞4停留在四通1上方,把手柄Ⅱ6推到四通1处封住氟利昂,把手柄Ⅰ2带阀芯抽出,更换阀芯后插入到如图位置,把手柄Ⅱ6抽到左侧,插入手柄Ⅰ2旋转把阀芯拧上,把装置拧下就完成了更换工作,经济快捷环保。

1.一种新型空调机组针阀阀芯更换装置,包括四通、手柄、针阀头组成,其特征在于:所述四通上部安装有手柄Ⅰ,所述手柄Ⅰ底部为阀芯卡口,四通左侧安装有手柄Ⅱ,且手柄Ⅰ、手柄Ⅱ带有橡胶密封塞,四通下部安装有针阀帽。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型空调机组针阀阀芯更换装置,其特征在于:所述的手柄Ⅰ可旋转,可抽动。
