Abstract

为解决传统风力发电装置能量转换率低,安装运输困难的问题,特提出一种新型风力发电装置,包括集风装置,齿轮装置和发电装置,其特征是:整体设置在三角支架上,集风装置包括X型轴,叶片,小圆盘和空心圆盘;齿轮装置包括齿轮组和锥齿轮组;发电装置包括圆球,传动轴和发电机;其中,X型轴呈环形设置在三角支架上,叶片设置在叶片轴上,小圆盘设置在X型轴的轴夹角间且套在三角支架顶端,空心圆盘设置在X型轴下端且套在三角支架上;设置在X型轴中心的齿轮组通过传动轴连接设置在叶片轴中间的锥齿轮组,齿轮组上设风向标;圆球设置在三角支架上并与空心圆盘内侧接触,圆球内设置传动轴连接发电机;该装置不但能量转换率高,而且安装运输方便。

一种新型风力发电装置
技术领域
本发明涉及风力发电领域,尤其是一种新型风力发电装置。
背景技术
风力发电是一种利用风力机叶片捕获风能,并将其转换成机械能,进而驱动发电机发电的能源机器。风力发电是环保能源,被广泛应用。传统的风力发电装置上风机叶片单点受力,工作时叶片从基部延伸点线速度差异较大,而角速度相等,整机受力面小,转换率低,且安装运输困难。
发明内容
为解决传统风力发电装置能量转换率低,安装运输困难的问题,特提出一种新型风力发电装置,该装置不但能量转换率高,而且安装运输方便。
所述一种新型风力发电装置,包括集风装置,齿轮装置和发电装置,其特征是:整体设置在三角支架上,集风装置包括X型轴,叶片,小圆盘和空心圆盘;齿轮装置包括齿轮组和锥齿轮组;发电装置包括圆球,传动轴和发电机;其中,X型轴呈环形设置在三角支架上,叶片设置在叶片轴上,小圆盘设置在X型轴的轴夹角间且套在三角支架顶端,空心圆盘设置在X型轴下端且套在三角支架上;设置在X型轴中心的齿轮组通过传动轴连接设置在叶片轴中间的锥齿轮组,齿轮组上设风向标;圆球设置在三角支架上并与空心圆盘内侧接触,圆球内设置传动轴连接发电机。
所述齿轮组由大齿轮和小齿轮组成,其大齿轮设置在X型轴中心,小齿轮设置在大齿轮上且与之啮合。
所述锥齿轮组由大锥齿轮和小锥齿轮组成,其大锥齿轮设置在连接齿轮组中小齿轮的传动轴的另一端,小锥齿轮设置在叶片轴中间且与大锥齿轮啮合。
所述一种新型风力发电装置中有至少一个发电装置。
本发明的有益效果:该装置不但能量转换率高,而且安装运输方便。

具体实施方式
如图所示,一种新型风力发电装置,包括集风装置,齿轮装置和发电装置,整体设置在三角支架1上,集风装置包括X型轴2,叶片3,小圆盘13和空心圆盘12;齿轮装置包括齿轮组5和锥齿轮组9;发电装置包括圆球14,传动轴8和发电机15;其中,X型轴2呈环形设置在三角支架1上,小圆盘13设置在X型轴2的轴夹角间且套在三角支架1顶端,空心圆盘9设置在X型轴2下端且套在三角支架1上;设置在X型轴1中心的齿轮组5通过传动轴8连接设置在叶片轴4中间的锥齿轮组9,齿轮组5上设风向标16;圆球14设置在三角支架1下端并与空心圆盘12内侧接触,圆球14内设置传动轴8连接发电机15。
其中,所述齿轮组5由大齿轮6和小齿轮7组成,其大齿轮6设置在X型轴2中心,小齿轮7设置在大齿轮6上且与之啮合。
其中,所述锥齿轮组9由大锥齿轮10和小锥齿轮11组成,其大锥齿轮10设置在连接齿轮组5中小齿轮7的传动轴8另一端,小锥齿轮11设置在叶片轴4中间且与大锥齿轮10啮合。
其中,所述一种新型风力发电装置中有至少一个发电装置。
该装置在风力的作用下,X型轴2开始旋转,风向标16左右摆动并带动齿轮组5左右转动,同时通过传动轴8连接的锥齿轮组9左右转动并带动叶片轴4上的叶片3左右摆动,加速了X型轴2的旋转,旋转的X型轴2带动设置在其下端的空心圆盘12旋转,同时带动与空心圆盘12内侧接触的圆球14转动,圆球14内的传动轴8将风能输出到发电机15,最终达到将风能转化为电能的目的。

1.一种新型风力发电装置,包括集风装置,齿轮装置和发电装置,其特征是:整体设置在三角支架上,集风装置包括X型轴,叶片,小圆盘和空心圆盘;齿轮装置包括齿轮组和锥齿轮组;发电装置包括圆球,传动轴和发电机;其中,X型轴呈环形设置在三角支架上,叶片设置在叶片轴上,小圆盘设置在X型轴的轴夹角间且套在三角支架顶端,空心圆盘设置在X型轴下端且套在三角支架上;设置在X型轴中心的齿轮组通过传动轴连接设置在叶片轴中间的锥齿轮组,齿轮组上设风向标;圆球设置在三角支架上并与空心圆盘内侧接触,圆球内设置传动轴连接发电机。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种新型风力发电装置,包括集风装置,齿轮装置和发电装置,其特征是:所述齿轮组由大齿轮和小齿轮组成,其大齿轮设置在X型轴中心,小齿轮设置在大齿轮上且与之啮合。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种新型风力发电装置,包括集风装置,齿轮装置和发电装置,其特征是:所述锥齿轮组由大锥齿轮和小锥齿轮组成,其大锥齿轮设置在连接齿轮组中小齿轮的传动轴的另一端,小锥齿轮设置在叶片轴中间且与大锥齿轮啮合。
