本发明涉及清洁剂技术领域,尤其涉及一种窗玻璃清洁剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
窗玻璃常年暴露在室外,经受风吹雨打,很容易沾染灰尘、累积污垢,因此需要定期进行清洁,保持玻璃的干净整洁。现在市面上的玻璃清洁剂有很多种,对于普通污渍的去污能力很强,但是对于累积在玻璃上的污垢则很难去除。
发明内容
解决的技术问题:针对现有玻璃清洁剂难以去除累积在玻璃表面的污垢的缺点,本发明提供一种窗玻璃清洁剂及其制备方法。
技术方案:一种窗玻璃清洁剂,以质量份计含有以下成分:十二烷基二甲基丙磺酸内铵1.2~4份,丙二醇单丁醚10~20份,乙二醇10~20份,异丙醇20~40份,焦磷酸钠0.6~2份,叶绿酸铜钠0.01~0.1份,乙二胺四乙酸0.5~5份,色料0.05~0.2份,蒸馏水150~190份。
上述所述的一种窗玻璃清洁剂,以质量份计含有以下成分:十二烷基二甲基丙磺酸内铵1.8~3份,丙二醇单丁醚12~17份,乙二醇12~17份,异丙醇25~32份,焦磷酸钠1~1.6份,叶绿酸铜钠0.03~0.08份,乙二胺四乙酸1.7~4份,色料0.09~0.15份,蒸馏水160~178份。
上述所述的一种窗玻璃清洁剂,其制备方法如下:先将异丙醇和蒸馏水混合配制成水溶液,再加入十二烷基二甲基丙磺酸内铵、焦磷酸钠、叶绿酸铜钠和丙二醇单丁醚,搅拌混合20~30min,最后加入乙二醇、乙二胺四乙酸和色料,在温度为50~60℃下搅拌1~2h,冷却至室温即得成品。
有益效果:本发明提供的一种窗玻璃清洁剂及其制备方法,该清洁剂能够轻松去除窗玻璃上的灰尘等污渍,并且对于累积在玻璃上的污垢也具有很好的去除效果,清洗后的玻璃变得光亮、快干,并且不留下去污痕迹。

实施例1
本实施例提供一种窗玻璃清洁剂,以质量份计含有以下成分:十二烷基二甲基丙磺酸内铵1.2份,丙二醇单丁醚10份,乙二醇10份,异丙醇20份,焦磷酸钠0.6份,叶绿酸铜钠0.01份,乙二胺四乙酸0.5份,色料0.05份,蒸馏水150份。
一种窗玻璃清洁剂,其制备方法如下:先将异丙醇和蒸馏水混合配制成水溶液,再加入十二烷基二甲基丙磺酸内铵、焦磷酸钠、叶绿酸铜钠和丙二醇单丁醚,搅拌混合20min,最后加入乙二醇、乙二胺四乙酸和色料,在温度为50℃下搅拌1h,冷却至室温即得成品。
用本实施例提供的窗玻璃清洁剂清洁窗玻璃,能够轻松去除表面的灰尘等污渍,并且能够去除窗玻璃表面累积半个月的油污,不留下去污痕迹。

一种窗玻璃清洁剂,其制备方法如下:先将异丙醇和蒸馏水混合配制成水溶液,再加入十二烷基二甲基丙磺酸内铵、焦磷酸钠、叶绿酸铜钠和丙二醇单丁醚,搅拌混合25min,最后加入乙二醇、乙二胺四乙酸和色料,在温度为55℃下搅拌1.2h,冷却至室温即得成品。
用本实施例提供的窗玻璃清洁剂清洁窗玻璃,能够轻松去除表面的灰尘等污渍,并且能够去除窗玻璃表面累积10天的油漆,不留下去污痕迹。

本实施例提供一种窗玻璃清洁剂,以质量份计含有以下成分:十二烷基二甲基丙磺酸内铵2.4份,丙二醇单丁醚15份,乙二醇15份,异丙醇28份,焦磷酸钠1.3份,叶绿酸铜钠0.055份,乙二胺四乙酸2.8份,色料0.12份,蒸馏水170份。
一种窗玻璃清洁剂,其制备方法如下:先将异丙醇和蒸馏水混合配制成水溶液,再加入十二烷基二甲基丙磺酸内铵、焦磷酸钠、叶绿酸铜钠和丙二醇单丁醚,搅拌混合25min,最后加入乙二醇、乙二胺四乙酸和色料,在温度为55℃下搅拌2h,冷却至室温即得成品。
用本实施例提供的窗玻璃清洁剂清洁窗玻璃,能够轻松去除表面的灰尘等污渍,并且能够去除窗玻璃表面累积1个月的颜料,不留下去污痕迹。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种窗玻璃清洁剂,其特征在于以质量份计含有以下成分:十二烷基二甲基丙磺酸内铵1.8~3份,丙二醇单丁醚12~17份,乙二醇12~17份,异丙醇25~32份,焦磷酸钠1~1.6份,叶绿酸铜钠0.03~0.08份,乙二胺四乙酸1.7~4份,色料0.09~0.15份,蒸馏水160~178份。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种窗玻璃清洁剂的制备方法,其特征在于该方法的制备步骤如下:先将异丙醇和蒸馏水混合配制成水溶液,再加入十二烷基二甲基丙磺酸内铵、焦磷酸钠、叶绿酸铜钠和丙二醇单丁醚,搅拌混合20~30min,最后加入乙二醇、乙二胺四乙酸和色料,在温度为50~60℃下搅拌1~2h,冷却至室温即得成品。
