Claims (18)
- 权利要求1、 一种磁灸装置, 其特征在于, 包括一上端封闭的灸筒, 灸筒内通 过艾柱安装座悬置有艾柱, 所述艾柱安装座上端通过磁力吸附结构可拆 卸安装在灸筒顶壁上, 艾柱安装座内还设置有向灸筒下端延伸的导磁针, 该导磁针穿设在艾柱中, 磁力吸附结构的磁场通过所述导磁针被引导出 灸筒下端而作用到人体施灸部位处, 使对人体施灸部位的灸疗和磁疗同 时进行。
- 2、 如权利要求 1所述的磁灸装置, 其特征在于, 所述磁力吸附结构 由活动部和固定部构成, 活动部和固定部至少其中之一由磁体构成, 活 动部和固定部以相互吸附方式可拆卸连接, 固定部固定在所述灸筒顶壁 上, 活动部与所述艾柱安装座上端相固定, 所述导磁针与活动部相接。
- 3、 如权利要求 2所述的磁灸装置, 其特征在于, 所述磁力吸附结构 中的所述活动部和所述导磁针均由铁磁性材料制成, 并且所述活动部直 接由导磁针上端弯制的金属环构成。
- 4、 如权利要求 2所述的磁灸装置, 其特征在于, 所述磁力吸附结构 中的所述固定部和所述活动部均为片状结构, 由此形成相应的固定片和 活动片。
- 5、 如权利要求 3或 4所述的磁灸装置, 其特征在于, 所述艾柱安装 座直接由所述导磁针构成, 导磁针通过插装到所述艾柱中, 而将艾柱悬 置在所述灸筒中。
- 6、 如权利要求 4所述的磁灸装置, 其特征在于, 所述艾柱安装座包 括艾柱固定套, 所述活动片与艾柱固定套上端相固定, 所述导磁针位于 艾柱固定套内, 所述艾柱通过其一端插装在艾柱固定套上。
- 7、 如权利要求 6所述的磁灸装置, 其特征在于, 所述艾柱固定套中 还设置有用于阻挡艾柱燃烧时的热量传递到所述活动片的隔热结构, 该 隔热结构由艾柱固定套内设置的隔板或圓柱形木块构成。
- 8、 如权利要求 7所述的磁灸装置, 其特征在于, 所述艾柱固定套侧 壁上还设置有将所述艾柱燃烧时艾柱固定套内产生的高温气体排出的通 孔。
- 9、 如权利要求 6所述的磁灸装置, 其特征在于, 所述灸筒内设置有 卡簧或带有中心孔的卡环, 所述卡簧或卡环粘接固定在所述灸筒顶壁或 侧壁上并卡接所述艾柱固定套的套筒, 所述艾柱固定套在径向被所述卡 簧或卡环可拆卸固定。
- 10、 如权利要求 3— 9其中之一所述的磁灸装置, 其特征在于, 所述 导磁针至少插入所述艾柱全长的 1 / 3深, 或由上至下贯穿艾柱。
- 11、 如权利要求 1 所述的磁灸装置, 其特征在于, 所述灸筒为圓柱 筒, 该灸筒侧壁上靠近其下端设置有若干个周向均布的进气口、 靠近其 上端设置有若干个周向均布的出气口。
- 12、 如权利要求 11所述的磁灸装置, 其特征在于, 所述灸筒由灸筒 本体和灸筒盖构成, 灸筒盖以插装或套装方式封盖在所述灸筒本体上端, 并且沿灸筒本体轴线方向与灸筒本体部分重叠, 所述出气口位于灸筒本 体与灸筒盖相互重叠部位处, 并沿径向同时贯穿灸筒本体和灸筒盖, 使 灸筒盖与灸筒本体相对转动, 可对出气口开口大小进行调节。
- 1 3、 如权利要求 12所述的磁灸装置, 其特征在于, 所述灸筒本体内 还设置有筛状隔板, 该筛状隔板位于所述艾柱下方, 并距灸筒本体下端 留有间隔, 以保证不与人体施灸部位皮肤相接触。
- 14、 如权利要求 12或 1 3所述的磁灸装置, 其特征在于, 所述灸筒 本体、 所述灸筒盖、 所述筛状隔板的内表面上, 均设置有具有阻燃特性 的热量反射膜。
- 15、 如权利要求 12所述的磁灸装置, 其特征在于, 所述灸筒本体下 端设置有径向凸出灸筒本体外表面的环状灸座, 同时, 灸筒本体上还套 装有一医用胶带, 该医用胶带通过压靠在环状灸座上表面上, 而将整个 磁灸装置固定在人体施灸部位处。
- 16、 一种磁灸装置, 其特征在于, 由灸筒和封盖在灸筒上的灸筒盖 组成艾柱燃烧室, 于所述灸筒盖内通过艾柱安装座悬置有艾柱, 所述艾 柱安装座由磁片和艾柱固定套构成, 所述艾柱安装座上端通过所述磁片 粘接固定在灸筒盖顶壁上, 艾柱安装座内还设置有向灸筒下端延伸的导 磁针, 该导磁针穿设在艾柱中, 所述磁片的磁场通过所述导磁针被引导 出灸筒下端而作用到人体施灸部位处, 使对人体施灸部位的灸疗和磁疗 同时进行。
- 17、 如权利要求 16所述的磁灸装置, 其特征在于, 所述艾柱固定套 上端粘接固定在所述磁片上, 所述艾柱固定套内还设置有用于阻挡艾柱 燃烧时的热量传递到所述磁片的隔热结构, 该隔热结构由艾柱固定套内 设置的圓柱形木块构成; 所述艾柱固定套内设置有所述导磁针, 所述导 磁针顶端带有将导磁针吸附在所述磁片上的铁磁片, 所述铁磁片和所述 导磁针一体制成; 所述艾柱固定套侧壁上还设置有将所述艾柱燃烧时艾 柱固定套内产生的高温气体排出的通孔。
- 18、 如权利要求 16所述的磁灸装置, 其特征在于, 所述灸筒盖内设 置有卡簧或带有中心孔的卡环, 所述卡簧或卡环粘接固定在所述灸筒盖 顶壁或侧壁上并卡接所述艾柱固定套的套筒, 所述艾柱固定套在径向被 所述卡簧或卡环可拆卸固定。
