本发明公开一种管道密封安装方法,该方法包含以下步骤:1、在一对管道对接处分别设置翻边;2、密封条一侧粘贴双面胶;3、密封条通过双面胶粘贴在两根对接管道中任意一根管道的翻边处,并取翻边的任意点为起点绕翻边一周设置;4、密封条首尾连接后,两根管道翻边对接,将密封条夹设在两根管道的翻边之间;5、两根管道对接的翻边处固定连接,并相对锁紧对密封条进行挤压。本发明法兰连接之间夹设有密封条,通过挤压达到密封效果,该密封条采用聚四氟乙烯径向拉伸挤压制成,使得密封圈具有很好的延展性和抗拉性能,密封性能良好,以及很强的防腐性能,耐候性和耐磨性能,可以做到无线长度,不会存在由于风管直径太大而无法完成开模的情况。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种制程排气管道中安装对接密封技术,具体涉及一种管道密封安装方法。
背景技术
目前为大家熟知的管道密封件一般采用整体开模成型或缠绕承插式,这两种密封方式因为生产方式的限制,导致其只能用于小口径风管,而且加工成本太高不利于酸碱排气管道使用。
发明内容
本发明提供一种管道密封安装方法,克服现有密封垫适用范围、加工难度大、加工成本高的问题,同时提高其所服务的产品安全和管道自身安全。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种管道密封安装方法,其特点是,该方法包含以下步骤:
步骤1、在一对管道对接处分别设置翻边;
步骤2、密封条一侧粘贴双面胶;
步骤3、密封条通过双面胶粘贴在两根对接管道中任意一根管道的翻边处,并取翻边的任意点为起点绕翻边一周设置;
步骤4、密封条首尾连接后,两根管道翻边对接,将密封条夹设在两根管道的翻边之间;
步骤5、两根管道对接的翻边处固定连接,并相对锁紧对密封条进行挤压。
上述的密封条绕管道翻边一周后,首尾交叉设置。
上述的密封条采用拉丝挤出工艺制成。
上述的密封条采用聚四氟乙烯材料。
两根管道通过法兰连接,所述密封条设置于法兰连接的螺栓相对于管道的内侧。
两根管道为直管,其对接处分别设置不等边卷制法兰,通过在不等边卷制法兰上串设螺栓实现两根管道法兰连接。
上述螺栓串设于两根管道的法兰连接处,通过螺母配合实现对两根管道固定,并通过旋进螺栓使法兰相向锁紧,并对密封圈进行挤压。
上述螺栓与法兰之间设有平垫;螺帽与法兰之间设有平垫和弹垫。
一种上述的管道密封安装方法制成的密封安装结构,其特点是,该密封结构包含:
分别设置于两根管道对接处的翻边,该一对翻边通过法兰连接;
夹设在两根管道翻边之间的密封条,并通过双面胶固定在两根管道中的一个的翻边上;密封条绕翻边一周设置并首尾交叉;密封条设置于所述法兰连接的螺栓相对于管道的内测。
上述密封条的内径与所述管道的内径一致。
本发明一种管道密封安装方法和现有技术的管道连接技术相比,其优点在于,本发明法兰连接之间夹设有密封条,通过挤压达到密封效果,该密封条采用聚四氟乙烯径向拉伸挤压制成,使得密封圈具有很好的延展性和抗拉性能,密封性能良好,并且密封圈具有很强的防腐性能,耐候性和耐磨性能,通过挤出模挤出可以做到无线长度,不会存在由于风管直径太大而无法完成开模的情况;
本发明密封连接方法简单,适用范围广,加工简单,操作方便快捷。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图,进一步说明本发明的具体实施例。
如图1所示,本发明公开一种管道密封安装方法,该方法包含以下步骤:
步骤1、在一对管道1对接处分别设置翻边11。如图2所示,可以在翻边11上靠近外边缘处绕翻边一周设有若干螺孔12,用于管道对接固定。
步骤2、如图3所示,密封条2一侧粘贴双面胶21。该密封条2采用聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)材料拉丝挤出工艺制成。
步骤3、密封条2通过双面胶21粘贴在两根对接管道1中任意一根管道的翻边11处,并取翻边的任意点为起点绕翻边一周设置。如图4所示,密封条绕所述管道翻边一周后,首尾交叉设置。
步骤4、密封条2首尾连接后,两根管道1翻边11对接,将密封条2夹设在两根管道的翻边12之间。
步骤5、如图5所示,两根管道1对接的翻边11处固定连接。
本实施例中,可以通过两根管道翻边11处的螺孔12对应设置,并串设紧固件13,从而两根管道1实现固定连接。密封条2设置于固定连接的紧固件13相对于管道的内侧。
通过紧固件13锁紧,使两根管道1固定连接处施加相向的作用力,对密封条2进行挤压,实现密封设置。
如图6所示,公开管道密封安装方法制成的密封安装结构的一种实施例。两根需要对接的管道1为直管,其对接处管道1设有翻边11。在两根管道1的翻边11上分别设有不等边卷制法兰13。不等边卷制法兰13上对应设有螺孔,螺栓3串设在该螺孔中,另一端通过螺帽4配合,实现两管道法兰连接。螺栓3与不等边卷制法兰13之间设有平垫5;螺帽4与不等边卷制法兰13之间设有平垫5和弹垫6。
在两根管道的翻边11之间夹设有密封条2,该密封条2通过双面胶固定在两根管道1中的一个的翻边11上。螺栓3相对螺帽旋进,对两个不等边卷制法兰13施加相向的力,使管道及其翻边11具有相向的作用力,对密封条2进行挤压,实现管道之间的密封连接。如图6所示,密封条2设置于螺栓3相对于管道的内测,以保证密封效果,同时密封条2的内径与管道1的内径一致,使连接后管道的连接处的内壁基本保持齐平,便于管道1内的流动,同时避免密封条2处留有残余物质而对密封条2产生腐蚀影响。

1.一种管道密封安装方法,其特征在于,该方法包含以下步骤:
步骤1、在一对管道对接处分别设置翻边;
步骤2、密封条一侧粘贴双面胶;
步骤3、密封条通过双面胶粘贴在两根对接管道中任意一根管道的翻边处,并取翻边的任意点为起点绕翻边一周设置;
步骤4、密封条首尾连接后,两根管道翻边对接,将密封条夹设在两根管道的翻边之间;
步骤5、两根管道对接的翻边处固定连接,并相对锁紧对密封条进行挤压。
2.如权利要求1所述的管道密封安装方法,其特征在于,所述的密封条绕所述管道翻边一周后,首尾交叉设置。
3.如权利要求1所述的管道密封安装方法,其特征在于,所述的密封条采用拉丝挤出工艺制成。
4.如权利要求1所述的管道密封安装方法,其特征在于,所述的密封条采用聚四氟乙烯材料。
5.如权利要求1所述的管道密封安装方法,其特征在于,两根管道通过法兰连接,所述密封条设置于法兰连接的螺栓相对于管道的内侧。
6.如权利要求1或5所述的管道密封安装方法,其特征在于,两根管道为直管,其对接处分别设置不等边卷制法兰,通过在不等边卷制法兰上串设螺栓实现两根管道法兰连接。
7.如权利要求6所述的管道密封安装方法,其特征在于,所述螺栓串设于两根管道的法兰连接处,通过螺母配合实现对两根管道固定,并通过旋进螺栓使法兰相向锁紧,并对密封圈进行挤压。
8.如权利要求7所述的管道密封安装方法,其特征在于,所述螺栓与法兰之间设有平垫;螺帽与法兰之间设有平垫和弹垫。
9.一种如权利要求1至8中任意一项权利要求书所述的管道密封安装方法制成的密封安装结构,其特征在于,该密封结构包含:
分别设置于两根管道对接处的翻边,该一对翻边通过法兰连接;
夹设在两根管道翻边之间的密封条,并通过双面胶固定在两根管道中的一个的翻边上;密封条绕翻边一周设置并首尾交叉;密封条设置于所述法兰连接的螺栓相对于管道的内测。
10.如权利要求9所述的密封安装结构,其特征在于,所述密封条的内径与所述管道的内径一致。
