本发明创造涉及固定管道设备,特别涉及分集水器支架。该分集水器塑料支架,包括一调节架(1),可调节的固定在调节架(1)上的一上固定架(2)和一下固定架(3),调节架(1)上设置有一排的卡槽(10),卡槽(10)前端部分(12)大体呈一倒葫芦形,其腰部(13)存在一缩口结构(14);上固定架(2)的一上支架(20)底部有第一钩柱(21),固定时与卡槽(10)实现固定配合。本发明的一种分集水器塑料支架,主体采用塑料材料,更轻更适合使用环境;整体注塑成型,部件少,加工方便;调节架与固定架采用卡扣结构连接,固定快捷;且主要是固定架能上下调节,安装更加灵活,整体结构实用合理,可实施性强。

本发明创造涉及固定管道设备,特别涉及分集水器支架。
背景技术
支架应用广泛,如相机的三脚架、太阳能支架,建筑领域用的管道吊架、管卡等,能提高被固定物的放置稳定性、提高空间利用率。
现有技术的分集水器支架,结构类似授权公告号CN202674534U的《分水器支架》,该分水器支架,固定架两端通过螺丝连接在分集水器主架上,上下两个分集水器主架分别设有活动槽和固定孔,通过紧固件上下调整固定架间距。还有如授权公告号CN202349550U的《分集水器支架》现有技术,两根横截面成“C”字型的竖直杆及横梁通过“L”型连接固定件实现固定,并可上下调整横梁间的间距。目前用于分集水器的支架均用铁质材质,上下调节结构采用紧固件连接,配件多;需要扳手等工具,调节不便;美观度差;产品加工工序多,成本高。
发明内容
本发明针对现有分集水器支架存在的缺陷,提供一种更加合理的结构,该结构主体采用塑料材料,更加适合分集水器冷热潮湿的使用环境,不会腐蚀且质地轻巧;产品部件少,整体结构采用注塑成型,无需多道加工;主支架与固定架采用卡扣结构连接,无需连接件,且固定架的结构在固定分集水器上安装更加快捷,整体结构设计实用合理,可实施性。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种分集水器塑料支架,包括一调节架,可调节的固定在调节架上的一上固定架和一下固定架,下固定架较上固定架高,调节架、上固定架和一下固定架主体采用塑料材料;调节架上设置有一排的卡槽,卡槽前端部分大体呈一倒葫芦形,其腰部存在一缩口结构;上固定架包括一上支架;上支架底部有第一钩柱,第一钩柱结构呈一圆柱体,在圆柱体头部还有一直径较圆柱体大的法兰帽,固定时圆柱体通过缩口结构,与调节架上的卡槽实现固定配合;下固定架包括一下支架;下支架底部有与调节架卡槽固定配合的第二钩柱,第一钩柱和第二钩柱结构相同。
所述的缩口结构的宽度小于圆柱体直径。
所述的上支架的第一钩柱并排设有两个;下支架的第二钩柱并排设有两个。
所述的上固定架还包括一活动部件,活动部件大体呈弧形,其尾部设有一圆柱销,能套入上支架下端的第一销槽,实现可旋转的固定;活动部件另一端带有一螺钉孔,通过螺钉能实现与上支架上端固定。
所述的上固定架还包括一活动部件,活动部件大体呈弧形,其尾部设有一插头销孔,能配合上支架下端的叉口销孔,通过插销实现可旋转固定;活动部件另一端带有一螺钉孔,通过螺钉能实现与上支架上端固定。
所述的上支架上端嵌有一与螺钉配合的方螺母。
所述的调节架的前端还设有两条中间对称的限位筋。
本发明的分集水器塑料支架,在上下固定架调节上利用卡扣结构,无连接件,方便快捷;支架与活动部件之间采用锁销或插销结构,减少配件;注塑成型的结构,产品一致性好、生产成本低,且塑料件质轻耐腐蚀,更加适合分集水器使用的使用环境;产品整体结构使用合理,相对现有技术,具有较高的市场竞争力。

具体实施方式
下面参照附图对本发明的一种分集水器塑料支架优选实施例做进一步描述。
如图1所示,该实施例一的分集水器塑料支架,包括一调节架1,活动固定在调节架1上的一上固定架2和一下固定架3,下固定架3较上固定架2高,结构相同。调节架1、上固定架2和一下固定架3主体采用塑料材料,注塑成型。
调节架1大体呈一扁平长条体,调节架1上设置有一排的卡槽10,卡槽10后端部分11大体呈一椭圆形,如图2所示;前端部分12大体呈一倒葫芦形,其腰部13存在一缩口结构14;在调节架1上还设置有固定墙体的两螺钉孔15,分别分布在调节架1的上部和中部。
如图1、图2所示,上固定架2主要包括一上支架20,一活动部件49。上支架20底部并排设有两个与调节架1卡槽10固定配合的第一钩柱21;第一钩柱21结构呈一圆柱体22,并在圆柱体22上端还有一直径较圆柱体22大的大体成圆形的法兰帽23。上固定架2与调节架1固定时,将第一钩柱21的法兰帽23插入到卡槽10的葫芦形较大口内;并下压上固定架2,使得第一钩柱21的圆柱体22通过卡槽10腰部13的缩口结构14,进入倒葫芦形的卡槽10较小口,缩口结构14的宽度小于圆柱体22直径,压入的时候,因调节架1、上固定架2是塑料材料,具有的塑性变形能力能挤入并实现固定。
活动部件49大体呈弧形,其尾部设有一圆柱销48,能套入上支架20下端的第一销槽24,实现可旋转的固定。活动部件49另一端带有一螺钉孔47;上支架20上端设有一可嵌入方螺母4的第一嵌件槽25,第一嵌件槽25上下设有第一螺纹通孔26。实际固定分集水器5时,打开能绕转的活动部件49,将分集水器5装入上支架20和活动部件49中间,拧紧依次通过螺钉孔47、第一螺纹通孔26及方螺母4的螺钉6,实现固定。为增加抱紧力和贴合度,在上支架20的弧面上固定一上支架橡胶垫27,以及在活动部件49内侧设置一活动部件橡胶垫46,通过孔位固定。
下固定架3连接结构同上固定架2,较上固定架2高,实现分集水器上下错位安装,以便走管。下固定架3包括一下支架30,一活动部件49。下支架30底部并排设有两个与调节架1卡槽10固定配合的第二钩柱31;结构与第一钩柱21相同;下支架30有一增高的中间部位32;下支架30头部下端也有一与活动部件49的圆柱销48配合的第二销槽33;下支架30设置有放置方螺母4的第二嵌件槽34,安装分集水器步骤相同。
在调节架1的前端还设有两条中间对称的限位筋16,用于进一步限位上固定架2、下固定架3摆动位置。在调节架1的上下端设置的卡槽10,分别有六个和五个,上固定架2、下固定架3可根据具体安装情况,可随意在调节架上调节高度。上部或下部卡槽10,设置在2个或2个以上。
实施例一的分集水器塑料支架,其材料选用PA6,也可选用POM、PC、ABS、PPS等塑料材料。方螺母4也可用注塑嵌件的形式固定,例如塑料件上常用的嵌件螺母。橡胶垫在支架能抱紧分集水器的情况下可去除,或采用其它形状的橡胶垫增加抱紧力。上支架20底部的第一钩柱21和下支架30的第二钩柱31可以是一个、两个或多个。
图3所示的分集水器塑料支架实施例二,结构与实施例一类似。该实施例二的固定的分集水器5形状与实施例一形状也有所不同。
实施例二的分集水器塑料支架包括一调节架1,活动固定在调节架1上的一上固定架2和一下固定架3。调节架1呈一长条体,调节架1上设置有一排的卡槽10;在调节架1上还设置有固定墙体的两螺钉孔15,分别分布在调节架1的上部和中部。
上固定架2主要包括一上支架20,一活动部件49。上支架20底部有两个与调节架1卡槽10固定配合的第一钩柱21。活动部件49形状呈贴合分集水器5外形,其中间有一段弧形,其尾部设有一圆柱销48,与上支架20下端的第一销槽24实现可旋转固定。活动部件49另一端带有一螺钉孔47;上支架20上部设有一放置方螺母4的第一嵌件槽25,第一嵌件槽25上下设有第一螺纹通孔26。
下固定架3结构类似上固定架2,较上固定架2高。下固定架3包括一下支架30,一活动部件49。下支架30有两个与调节架1卡槽10固定配合的第二钩柱31(图未显示),第二钩柱31与第一钩柱31结构相同。下支架30头部下端也有一与活动部件49的圆柱销48配合的第二销槽33。下支架30头部上端设置有放置方螺母4的第二嵌件槽34,螺钉6通过活动部件49上的螺钉孔47及方螺母4实现另一端固定,结构与上固定架2相同。
图4是本发明创造的实施例三部分结构剖视示意图。其上固定架2主要包括一上支架20,一活动部件49。上支架20底部并排设有两个与调节架1卡槽10固定配合的第一钩柱21。上支架20前端弧面固定一上支架橡胶垫27,其下端有一叉口销孔28,上端有一螺纹孔29。
活动部件49形状呈弧形,其尾部设有一与叉口销孔28配合的插头销孔45,能通过插销7实现可旋转固定。活动部件49另一端带有一螺钉孔47;螺钉6通过螺钉孔47及螺纹孔29配合实现固定。在活动部件49内侧设置一活动部件橡胶垫46,通过粘合固定。
图5所示的分集水器塑料支架局部剖视图,包括一调节架1,活动固定在调节架1上的一上固定架2。上固定架2主要包括一上支架20,上支架20底部并排设有两个第一钩柱21;第一钩柱21结构呈一圆柱体22,并在圆柱体22上端还有一直径较圆柱体22大的大体成圆形的法兰帽23。调节架1呈一扁平长条体,调节架1上设置有一排的卡槽10,卡槽10前端部分12大体呈一倒葫芦形,后端部分11是一连通的凹槽结构,与法兰帽23配合固定。
本发明的一种分集水器塑料支架,与现有该领域的分集水器支架相比,主体采用塑料材料,更轻更适合使用环境;整体注塑成型,部件少,加工方便;调节架与固定架采用卡扣结构连接,无需连接件,固定快捷;且主要是固定架能上下调节,安装更加灵活,整体结构实用合理,可实施性强。

1.一种分集水器塑料支架,包括一调节架1,可调节的固定在调节架1上的一上固定架2和一下固定架3,下固定架3较上固定架2高,其特征在于调节架1、上固定架2和一下固定架3主体采用塑料材料;调节架1上设置有一排的卡槽10,卡槽10前端部分12大体呈一倒葫芦形,其腰部13存在一缩口结构14;上固定架2包括一上支架20;上支架20底部有第一钩柱21,第一钩柱21结构呈一圆柱体22,在圆柱体22头部还有一直径较圆柱体22大的法兰帽23,固定时圆柱体22通过缩口结构14,与调节架1上的卡槽10实现固定配合;下固定架3包括一下支架30;下支架30底部有与调节架1卡槽10固定配合的第二钩柱31,第一钩柱21和第二钩柱31结构相同。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种分集水器塑料支架,其特征在于:所述的缩口结构14的宽度小于圆柱体22直径。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种分集水器塑料支架,其特征在于:所述的上支架20的第一钩柱21并排设有两个;下支架30的第二钩柱31并排设有两个。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种分集水器塑料支架,其特征在于:所述的上支架20的第一钩柱21并排设有两个;下支架30的第二钩柱31并排设有两个。
5.根据权利要求1至4任一所述的一种分集水器塑料支架,其特征在于:所述的上固定架2还包括一活动部件49,活动部件49大体呈弧形,其尾部设有一圆柱销48,能套入上支架20下端的第一销槽24,实现可旋转的固定;活动部件49另一端带有一螺钉孔47,通过螺钉6能实现与上支架20上端固定。
6.根据权利要求1至4任一所述的一种分集水器塑料支架,其特征在于:所述的上固定架2还包括一活动部件49,活动部件49大体呈弧形,其尾部设有一插头销孔45,能配合上支架20下端的叉口销孔28,并通过插销7实现可旋转固定;活动部件49另一端带有一螺钉孔47,通过螺钉6能实现与上支架20上端固定。
7.根据权利要求5所述的一种分集水器塑料支架,其特征在于:所述的上支架20上端嵌有一与螺钉6配合的方螺母4。
8.根据权利要求6所述的一种分集水器塑料支架,其特征在于:所述的上支架20上端嵌有一与螺钉6配合的方螺母4。
9.根据权利要求1至4任一所述的一种分集水器塑料支架,其特征在于:所述的调节架1的前端还设有两条中间对称的限位筋16。
