Abstract

本发明提供一种通过利用搁板内部空间作为风道,搁板下部分散设置出风口进行送风的立式冷藏陈列柜系统设计。具体流程是立式冷藏陈列柜中经蒸发器降温后的空气进入搁板内部空间风道,该风道可以根据实际需要将搁板内部设计为渐扩或渐缩风道。然后冷空气流经搁板下部经优化设计的分散送风口进入冷藏室。由于这种方式可以强化空气侧的换热效率,有利于柜内快速降温和温度均匀,减低动力装置能耗。

技术领域
本技术用于超市冷藏陈列柜,具体说是一种搁板下微循环风幕送风的立式冷藏陈列柜。 
背景技术
现有立式冷藏陈列柜的制冷方式都是从吸风口进入柜内的空气经过蒸发器冷却后通过陈列柜上部的送风口吹出形成风幕,再经过下部的吸风口回到陈列柜中,通过如此循环来实现降低陈列柜内温度的目的。在此过程中,会出现陈列柜内温度不均匀、降温速度慢等现象。本技术可以达到陈列柜内温度均匀和快速降温的目的。 
发明内容
发明目的:提供一种利用微循环风幕送风技术,能快速降温并且温度均匀的立式冷藏陈列柜。 
技术方案:本技术为搁板下微循环风幕送风的立式陈列柜,它的主要组成部分包括柜体外部结构,内部蒸发器,下部吸风口,上部送风口,搁板送风口,搁板风机,柜内循环风机。其特征是:经过蒸发器冷却后的空气,分别通过陈列柜上部送风口和各个搁板送风口吹出,再经过下部吸风口回到陈列柜中,通过如此循环,快速降低柜内温度并实现柜内各部分温度均匀。

具体实施方式   
如图所示,柜体外部结构包括发泡体、底腿、装饰板及附属结构。箭头方向为冷风循环方向。内部循环风机7带动柜内空气流动,经过蒸发器2使空气温度降低,之后一部分冷气在搁板风机6作用下,通过搁板送风口5吹出,另一部分冷气在内部循环风机7作用下沿内部风道8通过上部送风口4吹出,搁板送风口5和上部送风口4吹出的冷气通过下部吸风口3回到柜内,再经过柜内风机7进行下一循环,如此往复快速降低柜内温度并使柜内各部分温度达到均匀。

1.搁板下微循环风幕送风的陈列柜,主要由柜体外部结构,内部蒸发器,下部吸风口,上部送风口,搁板送风口,搁板风机,柜内循环风机组成,其特征是:经过蒸发器冷却后的空气,分别通过陈列柜上部送风口和各个搁板送风口吹出,再经过下部吸风口回到陈列柜中,如此通过循环,快速降低柜内温度并实现柜内各部分温度均匀。
