技术领域
[0001]本发明涉及视频监控技术领域,具体涉及基于地理信息系统(Geographic Information System,GIS)网络分析与缓冲区分析的视频追踪方法。
背景技术
[0002]各类监控设备已成为城市最普遍基础设施,室内外及各交通工具上遍布摄像系 统。通过视频系统进行人员监控及搜索,是公安抓逃的主要方式。
[0003]但目前各视频监控系统缺乏有效的统一管理及信息整合模式,使得目标监控难以 在多个、多类摄像系统间进行,无法实现基于犯罪对象的不间断空间追踪。
发明内容
[0004]鉴于以上,本发明提供一种基于GIS网络分析与缓冲区分析的视频追踪方法,通过 建立视频地理网络,并通过网络分析和缓冲分析,实现对目标的连续空间追踪。
[0005]本发明的技术方案为一种基于GIS网络分析与缓冲区分析的视频追踪方法,包括 以下步骤:S1在GIS数据库中建立视频监控网络的拓扑结构;S2当在所述视频监控网络中的 视频监控点发现目标时,通过GIS网络搜索所述视频监控点的关联点,并对所述关联点进行 视频监控网络分析,以追踪所述目标的位置;S3当所述目标在所述视频监控网络关联分析 中出现时空断裂或消失时,通过GIS缓冲区分析,建立缓冲区,并对所述缓冲区内的视频监 控点进行视频监控网络分析,以追踪所述目标的位置;S4根据步骤S2和S3的所述视频监控 网络分析,形成所述目标的连续位置轨迹。

[0013]本发明的视频追踪方法通过在建立基于地理信息的视频监控网络拓扑关系,利用 GIS空间网络关联分析与空间缓冲功能,按照视频监控点所在空间位置及路径,进行多个多 类视频监控点的连续空间搜索,以追踪目标的位置及轨迹。本发明的方法可以替代原有的 人工判断,有效提高查找精度与工作效率。

[0015]本发明的基本原理在于,利用城市密集的视频监控设备,通过对这些视频监控设 备进行空间定位,并在GIS数据库中建立视频监控网络的拓扑结构。一旦在某处发现目标, 例如犯罪嫌疑人,则可以通过连续不断的空间网络分析与缓冲区分析,在各类空间相关的 视频监控系统间追踪查询目标的活动路线与活动范围。进行有效监控抓捕。
[0016]下面以公安抓逃为例,并结合附图1和具体实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明。图 1为本发明的基于GIS网络分析与缓冲区分析的视频追踪方法的流程图。从图中可见,根据 本发明的基于GI S网络分析与缓冲区分析的视频追踪方法,主要包括四个步骤:建立视频监 控网络;GIS网络关联分析;缓冲区分析;获得目标的连续空间位置轨迹。
[0017] 首先,在步骤S1,建立基于地理信息的视频监控网络。该步骤可以包括根据区域内 的视频监控点的空间位置、逻辑关系、应用类别等等关联信息,在GIS数据库中建立所述视 频监控网络的拓扑结构。
[0018] 具体地,步骤S1是将各个视频监控点,按它们的空间位置、逻辑关系、应用类别等, 进行连接,以组成视频监控网络。例如,基于地铁线路的视频监控网络、基于地面道路的交 通视频监控网络、基于公共区域与重点区域的视频监控网络、基于商场、机场等室内视频监 控网络等,在GIS数据库中建立上述视频的拓扑结构。
[0019]地理信息网络由包含了简单要素(线和点)和转弯要素的源要素创建而成,存储了 源要素的连通性,是GIS主要数据类型。在这样的视频监控网络中,所有的视频监控点均可 以具有统一的坐标系。如此,可以通过在GI S数据库中,对视频监控网络中的视频监控点进 行有效的空间定位,并将各自视频监控点的位置信息附加到视频数据中。从而实现了对各 视频监控系统的统一管理,从而有利于进一步的信息整合。视频监控点的位置信息例如可 以通过实地测绘获得。
[0020]之后,在步骤S2,当在视频监控网络中的视频监控点发现目标时,通过GIS网络搜 索所述视频监控点的关联点,并对所述关联点进行视频监控网络分析,以追踪所述目标的 位置。
[0021]具体地,当在某视频监控点发现目标(例如嫌疑人)时,根据该视频监控点及其网 络(簇)的特征,通过GIS网络搜索(trace),寻找与该视频监控点空间相连、相邻的其他监控 点,并对关联点进行视频监控网络分析,以追踪目标位置或行踪。
[0022]例如如果是在某交通站点处的视频监控中发现了嫌疑人,由于位置处于交通站 点,根据其特征,依照交通规则的关联点例如可以为该位置的交通上游、下游。因此向存在 可能性的上、下游方向进行多线路网络搜索,寻找上、下游方向的地理位置区域中存在的其 他视频监控点,作为关联点。在这些关联点中进行视频监控网络分析,以追踪目标(犯罪嫌 疑人)的移动路线。
[0023]其中,GIS网络搜索可以包括使用最佳路径算法、临近设施算法、服务区算法、可通 达性算法等等网络分析算法,搜索某一个或几个视频监控点的关联点。
[0024]接着,在步骤S3,当所述目标在所述视频监控网络关联分析中出现时空断裂或消 失时,通过GIS缓冲区分析,建立缓冲区,并对所述缓冲g内的视频监控点进行视频监控网 络分析,以追踪所述目标的位置。
[0025]缓冲区分析(Buffering)是指以点、线、面实体为基础,自动建立其周围一定宽度 范围内的缓冲区多边形图层,然后建立该图层与目标图层的叠加,进行分析而得到所需结 果。是用来解决邻近度问题的空间分析工具。邻近度描述了地理空间中两个地物距离相近 的程度。缓冲区分析是地理信息系统重要的空间分析功能之一,包括基于点、线、面的缓冲 区分析。
[0026] 在本发明的方法中,步骤S3中的GSI缓冲区分析可以包括,以特定视频监控点和/ 或其关联点形成的点、线或区域为中心,建立缓冲区。例如,以目标移动路线断裂或消失之 前的最后出现的视频监控点和/或其关联点、断裂或消失之后再次出现的最早视频监控点 和/或其关联点,形成的点、线、区域为中心,建立缓冲区。

[0029] 本发明通过建立基于地理信息的视频监控网络,使各类城市视频资源在统一坐标 系=得到有效的空间管理。基于此,在GIS数据库中形成视频监控网络的拓扑关系,并进一 步采用GIS空间网络关联分析、空间缓冲区分析功能,按照目标视频监视点所在的空间位置 及路径,进行多个多类视频监视点的连续空间搜索,以追踪嫌疑人位置及轨迹,并实现空间 位置不间断的连续追踪。
[0030] 如此,利用视频地理网以及网络分析、缓冲区分析,替代原有人工判断,有效地提 高了查找精度与工作效率。
