Abstract
本发明涉及一种显示器调节定位装置,包括一支撑架,其特征在于,所述支撑架上斜置有显示器主体,所述显示器主体的后侧板座与支撑架上端相铰接,显示器的面板与后侧板座滑动连接,所述面板后侧设有伸入板座内腔的凸部,所述凸部的旁侧面上设有凸销,所述板座内腔设置有可勾住凸销使面板处于下行定位工作状态的挂钩,当凸销随面板上行时,挂钩在其重心力作用下可向后偏摆对凸销解除约束。该装置不仅可以调节显示器面板的上下位置,而且还可以调整显示器的倾斜角度以满足消费者的观看需求。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种显示器调节定位装置。
背景技术
显示器作为一个显示装置在现实生活中得到广泛应用,尤其是在办公场所中。随着科技的发展,触摸显示器隐隐有成为未来显示器发展的一个趋势,正在不断扩大其市场,人们在使用显示器尤其是触摸显示器过程中常常会向他人或顾客展示屏幕中内容,或者向他人演示如何操作屏幕中的内容,但现有触摸显示器屏幕旋转弧度不大,而为了向他人展示屏幕中内容,操作者需把显示器连同底座一起旋转给他人看,以至于旋转后屏幕又不适合操作,且不利于观看,很不方便。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种显示器调节定位装置,该装置不仅可以调节显示器面板的上下位置,而且还可以调整显示器的倾斜角度以满足消费者的观看需求。
本发明的技术方案在于:一种显示器调节定位装置,包括一支撑架,其特征在于,所述支撑架上斜置有显示器主体,所述显示器主体的后侧板座与支撑架上端相铰接,显示器的面板与后侧板座滑动连接,所述面板后侧设有伸入板座内腔的凸部,所述凸部的旁侧面上设有凸销,所述板座内腔设置有可勾住凸销使面板处于下行定位工作状态的挂钩,当凸销随面板上行时,挂钩在其重心力作用下可向后偏摆对凸销解除约束。
进一步的,所述支撑架下端部嵌设于座板中,所述支撑架上端部设有两平行支架,所述支架上设有以让芯轴穿过的纵向通孔。
进一步的,所述显示器面板后侧连接有槽板,所述槽板的两旁侧板各连接有滑轨,所述滑轨内嵌设有可沿滑轨长度方向滑动的滑块,,所述槽板后侧还设有伸入板座内腔的凸部。
进一步的,所述板座由两弯折夹板以及与弯折夹板的弯折部内侧相连接的槽型支架组成,所述位于弯折夹板后侧与其连成一体的连接板上设有与芯轴配合以让芯轴穿过的通孔,所述芯轴穿过支架的纵向通孔、弯折夹板及两弯折夹板间的限位套筒使弯折夹板与套筒铰接于两支架间。
进一步的,所述两弯折夹板间位于限位套筒前侧还铰接有定力弹簧,所述定力弹簧的引出端端部与面板下端部相连接。
进一步的,所述定力弹簧套设在两弯折夹板间位于限位套筒前侧的转轴上。
进一步的,所述弯折夹板旁侧面与滑轨内的滑块相连接以实现面板与后侧板座滑动连接,所述位于两槽型支架间还铰接有与可勾住凸销使面板处于下行定位工作状态的挂钩。
进一步的,所述芯轴位于支架两旁侧的端部上套设有支撑套筒,所述支撑套筒上套设有扭簧,所述扭簧一端与支架相配作,扭簧另一端与套设在芯轴端头上的扭簧固定片相配作。
与现有技术相比较,本发明具有以下优点:该装置不仅屏幕旋转角度大,方便使用者向他人展示屏幕中内容,观看方便,而且屏幕还可以上下滑动,调整不同位置,以便更好的观看,无需挪动位置,同时该装置在荧幕下压时还具有自锁功能,防止荧幕底部撞到桌面,保护屏幕不受损。

具体实施方式
为让本发明的上述特征和优点能更明显易懂,下文特举实施例,并配合附图,作详细说明如下,但本发明并不限于此。
参考图1,图2,图3,图4和图5,一种显示器调节定位装置,包括一支撑架1,所述支撑架上斜置有显示器主体,所述显示器主体的后侧板座3与支撑架上端相铰接,显示器的面板2与后侧板座滑动连接,所述面板后侧设有伸入板座内腔的凸部21,所述凸部的旁侧面上设有凸销22,所述板座内腔设置有可勾住凸销使面板处于下行定位工作状态的挂钩4,当凸销随面板上行时,挂钩在其重心力作用下可向后偏摆对凸销解除约束。
本实施例中,为了固定支撑架,所述支撑架下端部嵌设于座板5中。同时为了固定芯轴,所述支撑架上端部设有两平行支架11,且两支架上设有以让芯轴6穿过的同轴纵向通孔111。
本实施例中,为了固定显示器上的其他构件,所述显示器面板后侧连接有槽板7,所述槽板的两旁侧板71各连接有滑轨8,所述滑轨内嵌设有可沿滑轨长度方向滑动的滑块81,所述槽板后侧还设有伸入板座内腔的凸部21。
本实施例中,所述板座由两弯折夹板31以及与弯折夹板的弯折部内侧311相连接的槽型支架9组成,所述位于弯折夹板弯折部后侧与其连成一体的连接板312上设有与芯轴配合以让芯轴穿过的通孔3121,所述芯轴穿过支架的纵向通孔、弯折夹板及两弯折夹板间的限位套筒10使弯折夹板与套筒铰接于两支架间,以使弯折夹板可绕芯轴转动。
为了使得面板滑动时可准确定位而不发生滑动,所述两弯折夹板间位于限位套筒前侧还铰接有定力弹簧12,所述定力弹簧的引出端端部121与面板下端部23相连接,以保证面板能在定力弹簧的作用下往返上下滑动停止后进行准确定位。
为了降低定力弹簧的磨损,提高使用寿命,所述定力弹簧套设在两弯折夹板间位于限位套筒前侧的转轴13上,以实现定力弹簧铰接在两弯折夹板间。
本实施例中,所述弯折夹板旁侧面与滑轨内的滑块相连接以实现面板与后侧板座滑动连接,所述位于两槽型支架间还铰接有与可勾住凸销使面板处于下行定位工作状态的挂钩。
本实施例中为了减轻芯轴的磨损程度,所述芯轴位于支架两旁侧的端部上套设有支撑套筒14,所述支撑套筒上套设有扭簧15,所述扭簧一端与支架相配作,扭簧另一端与套设在芯轴端头上的扭簧固定片16相配作,方便面板绕转轴旋转。
本实施例中以水平面为X轴,面板垂直状态为Y轴。显示器面板在绕支撑架旋转前仰5°到后仰12°之间,显示面板被挂钩锁住无法向下滑动。要使显示器面板可以滑动,必须将面板后仰大于15°,将面板斜向上提到顶点,此时挂钩会在其重力作用下自然下摆,从而挂钩与凸销脱离,此状态下面板即可上下滑动。当要将面板锁住时,要将面板扳到前仰5°到后仰12°之间,再上提面板,挂钩会在重心力作用下下摆,放开面板,此时面板即会被挂钩锁住,无法下滑。同时本发明中面板绕支撑架旋转,前仰5°到后仰25°间面板无法下滑,当面板后仰55°时,面板可以下滑方便当成触摸电脑使用。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,根据本发明的教导,设计出不同形式的显示器调节定位装置并不需要创造性的劳动,在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下凡依本发明申请专利范围所做的均等变化、修改、替换和变型,皆应属本发明的涵盖范围。
Claims (8)
1. 一种显示器调节定位装置,包括一支撑架,其特征在于,所述支撑架上斜置有显示器主体,所述显示器主体的后侧板座与支撑架上端相铰接,显示器的面板与后侧板座滑动连接,所述面板后侧设有伸入板座内腔的凸部,所述凸部的旁侧面上设有凸销,所述板座内腔设置有可勾住凸销使面板处于下行定位工作状态的挂钩,当凸销随面板上行时,挂钩在其重心力作用下可向后偏摆对凸销解除约束。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的显示器调节定位装置,所述支撑架下端部嵌设于座板中,所述支撑架上端部设有两平行支架,所述支架上设有以让芯轴穿过的纵向通孔。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的显示器调节定位装置,所述显示器面板后侧连接有槽板,所述槽板的两旁侧板各连接有滑轨,所述滑轨内嵌设有可沿滑轨长度方向滑动的滑块,所述槽板后侧还设有伸入板座内腔的凸部。
4. 根据权利要求3所述的显示器调节定位装置,所述板座由两弯折夹板以及与弯折夹板的弯折部内侧相连接的槽型支架组成,所述位于弯折夹板后侧与其连成一体的连接板上设有与芯轴配合以让芯轴穿过的通孔,所述芯轴穿过支架的纵向通孔、弯折夹板及两弯折夹板间的限位套筒使弯折夹板与套筒铰接于两支架间。
5. 根据权利要求4述的显示器调节定位装置,所述两弯折夹板间位于限位套筒前侧还铰接有定力弹簧,所述定力弹簧的引出端端部与面板下端部相连接。
6. 根据权利要求5所述的显示器调节定位装置,所述定力弹簧套设在两弯折夹板间位于限位套筒前侧的转轴上。
7. 根据权利要求4所述的显示器调节定位装置,所述弯折夹板旁侧面与滑轨内的滑块相连接以实现面板与后侧板座滑动连接,所述位于两槽型支架间还铰接有可勾住凸销使面板处于下行定位工作状态的挂钩。
8. 根据权利要求4所述的显示器调节定位装置,所述芯轴位于支架两旁侧的端部上套设有支撑套筒,所述支撑套筒上套设有扭簧,所述扭簧一端与支架相配作,扭簧另一端与套设在芯轴端头上的扭簧固定片相配作。
