Abstract

一种卡环式双向密封自锁球阀,它包括阀体、接头,阀体一端开设一阀腔,另一端设一接口与阀腔相通,钢球、阀座装在阀腔内,阀座端面采用保证双向可密封的平面密封形式,阀体上还开有一转轴安装孔,转轴安装孔垂直于阀腔,转轴安装在转轴安装孔中,转轴端部铣成一对边与钢球槽契合,转轴上设有固定卡槽,半环卡入固定卡槽,转轴上套手柄、弹簧和弹簧座,手柄、弹簧座由轴用卡簧固定在转轴槽上,阀体上还开设一小孔安放定位轴,定位轴与手柄上的槽口配合。它主要用于高端液压支架。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种球阀,具体地说是一种卡环式双向密封自锁球阀。
背景技术
液压支架用自锁球阀主要用于高端液压支架各类管路的通断控制,如支架的喷雾系统、立柱的进液、支架的主进液等。因此阀带自锁功能,可以防止自动开启和自动关闭。在高端液压支架上广泛使用,但其阀上固定转轴的铜螺套在高压、高流速引起胶管脉动情况下很容易松脱,导致漏液,有的甚至脱落飞出引起安全事故,影响正常采煤作业。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种卡环式双向密封自锁球阀,它用于煤矿液压支架用,无固定螺套松动、脱落,能双向密封,防自动开启、关闭。
为达到上述目的,本发明采取的解决方案是:一种卡环式双向密封自锁球阀,它包括阀体、接头,阀体一端开设一阀腔,另一端设一接口与阀腔相通,钢球、阀座装在阀腔内,阀座端面采用保证双向可密封的平面密封形式,阀体上还开有一转轴安装孔,转轴安装孔垂直于阀腔,转轴安装在转轴安装孔中,转轴端部铣成一对边与钢球槽契合,转轴上设有固定卡槽,半环卡入固定卡槽,转轴上套手柄、弹簧和弹簧座,手柄、弹簧座由轴用卡簧固定在转轴槽上,阀体上还开设一小孔安放定位轴,定位轴与手柄上的槽口配合。
转轴上设有固定卡槽,半环卡入其槽内,防止转轴被拉出;不用铜螺套,根本就不存在固定螺套松动、脱落情况发生。阀座端面采用平面密封形式,保证双向可密封。阀体上开设一小孔安放定位轴,定位轴与手柄上槽口配合,防止作业中自动开启或关闭。转轴端部铣成一对边与钢球槽契合,手柄旋转带动转轴控制钢球转动,实现开启、关闭控制。它主要用于高端液压支架。

下面结合实施例及其附图对本发明再作描述。
参见图1和图3,一种卡环式双向密封自锁球阀,它包括阀体1、接头2,阀体1一端开设一阀腔,另一端设一接口与阀腔相通,钢球4、阀座3装在阀腔内,阀座3端面采用保证双向可密封的平面密封形式,阀体1上还开有一转轴安装孔,转轴安装孔垂直于阀腔,转轴5安装在转轴安装孔中,转轴5端部铣成一对边与钢球4槽契合,转轴5上设有固定卡槽,半环9卡入固定卡槽,转轴5上套手柄11、弹簧8和弹簧座6,手柄11、弹簧座6由轴用卡簧13固定在转轴5槽上,阀体1上还开设一小孔安放定位轴14,定位轴14与手柄11上的槽口配合。
参见图1,所述的阀体1是两通、四通或六通结构形式。
参见图1和图3,所述的转轴5上卡有密封圈一10,密封圈一10与阀体1接触。提高球阀的密封性。
参见图1,所述的阀腔左端装接头2,接头2的端面与阀座3接触,接头2上卡有密封圈四17,密封圈四17与阀体1接触,接头2端部卡有密封圈三15。
参见图1,所述的弹簧座6上卡有密封圈二12,密封圈二12与手柄11接触。提高球阀的密封性。
参见图1,所述的转轴5的顶部套装护套7。
本实施例与现有技术的主要对比:图2是现有固定转轴的结构示意图,其缺点是铜螺套19在高压、高流速液体引起胶管脉动情况下,很容易松脱,O型圈二21无支撑,导致高压液体喷出;有的铜螺套19因螺纹退出来较多,与现有阀体22螺纹连接强度不够直接飞出伤人,引起事故。图3是本实施例固定转轴的结构示意图,其方案是用俩半环9将转轴5直接固定在阀体1上,避免了螺套飞出现象,且半环5键卡连接方式机械强度高。阀体1中的转轴安装孔更易于加工,提高了效率,减少了配件,降低了成本。

Claims (6)

1.一种卡环式双向密封自锁球阀,它包括阀体(1)、接头(2),其特征是:阀体(1)一端开设一阀腔,另一端设一接口与阀腔相通,钢球(4)、阀座(3)装在阀腔内,阀座(3)端面采用保证双向可密封的平面密封形式,阀体(1)上还开有一转轴安装孔,转轴安装孔垂直于阀腔,转轴(5)安装在转轴安装孔中,转轴(5)端部铣成一对边与钢球(4)槽契合,转轴(5)上设有固定卡槽,半环(9)卡入固定卡槽,转轴(5)上套手柄(11)、弹簧(8)和弹簧座(6),手柄(11)、弹簧座(6)由轴用卡簧(13)固定在转轴(5)槽上,阀体(1)上还开设一小孔安放定位轴(14),定位轴(14)与手柄(11)上的槽口配合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的卡环式双向密封自锁球阀,其特征是:所述的阀体(1)是两通、四通或六通结构形式。
3.根据权利要求1所述的卡环式双向密封自锁球阀,其特征是:所述的转轴(5)上卡有密封圈一(10),密封圈一(10)与阀体(1)接触。
4.根据权利要求1所述的卡环式双向密封自锁球阀,其特征是:所述的阀腔左端装接头(2),接头(2)的端面与阀座(3)接触,接头(2)上卡有密封圈四(17),密封圈四(17)与阀体(1)接触,接头(2)端部卡有密封圈三(15)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的卡环式双向密封自锁球阀,其特征是:所述的弹簧座(6)上卡有密封圈二(12),密封圈二(12)与手柄(11)接触。
6.根据权利要求1所述的卡环式双向密封自锁球阀,其特征是:所述的转轴(5)的顶部套装护套(7)。
