If the remote controller, the correct password and the special mechanical key are not available, the controller cannot transmit a driving signal to the electromechanical conversion device in the lock body, the lock plate cannot be in an open state, and the unlocking action cannot be completed. Unlocking must be provided with 3 conditions:a remote controller;a door opening password;a mechanical key.
The working process of the mechanical lock is to control the position of the motion control blocking piece of the electromechanical conversion device through the remote control system, so as to control whether the driving part in the mechanical lock can normally move, namely, the unlocking action is carried out. Therefore, the anti-theft lock can carry out normal and safe unlocking action only under the condition that the remote control signal and the mechanical lock key are simultaneously satisfied. In addition, the anti-theft lock is in double-system remote control, under the condition that the main remote controller is lost or the main remote control system breaks down, the auxiliary remote control system can be used for remote control, and the unlocking action can be completed by matching with a mechanical lock key.

Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1, a block diagram of a dual-system remote control alarm anti-theft lock is shown, the anti-theft lock mainly includes two parts, namely a remote control system 1 and a mechanical lock device 2, the remote control system controls some components in the mechanical lock device, and normal unlocking of the mechanical lock can be performed only on the premise that a remote control signal is correct.
Referring to fig. 2, a remote control system including a main remote control system and a sub remote control system independent from each other; the main remote control system comprises a remote controller 111, a remote control signal receiving unit 113, a central processing unit 114, a main drive output unit 115 and a power circuit unit 116 for providing power, wherein the remote control signal receiving unit 113 is used for inputting a password, receiving a remote control signal of the remote controller 111, the remote control signal receiving unit 113 is connected with the central processing unit 114, the central processing unit 114 judges the received password, and outputs a main drive signal and an energy-saving drive signal if the result is correct; if the result is wrong, an alarm signal is output, and then the state returns to the state of waiting to receive the password; the instruction output end of the central processing unit 114 is connected with the main drive output unit 115; a sub remote control system including a sub remote controller 121, a sub remote control signal receiving unit 123, a sub system drive output unit 124, and a sub power supply circuit unit 125 that supplies power; the auxiliary remote control signal receiving unit 123 receives a remote control signal of the auxiliary remote controller 121, and the auxiliary remote control signal receiving unit 123 is connected with the auxiliary system drive output unit 124;
referring to fig. 3, the mechanical lock device includes a lock case 21, a locking tongue 22 disposed in the lock case 21 and capable of moving between a latched position and an unlatched position, a driving part 23 for driving the locking tongue 22 to move, a locking plate 24, and an electromechanical conversion device 25; the driving part 23 is provided with a stopper 231, the locking plate 24 is fixedly connected to a power output shaft of the electromechanical conversion device 25, and the locking plate 24 is normally abutted against the upper side of the stopper 231 to limit the action of the driving part 23, the electromechanical conversion device 25 is controlled to act by output signals in the main driving output unit and the auxiliary system driving output unit, and the main driving output unit and the auxiliary driving output unit both adopt a relay to output the control signals to the electromechanical conversion device in the lock body.
As shown in fig. 2, as an improvement of the technical solution, the central processing unit 114 includes a password digit query unit, a password content query unit, a display unit, and an alarm unit, wherein the alarm unit employs a siren alarm sound chip; the display unit adopts a seven-segment nixie tube and displays the password digits and the password; the password number inquiry unit and the password setting unit are carried out in a keyboard mode.
The central processing unit also comprises a password content setting unit which is used for resetting the password and can set a new password at any time.
The working process of the anti-theft lock is as follows:
1. a door locking mode: 1) naturally closing the door to drive the small sliding lock door, and 2) driving the main spring bolt to lock the door by utilizing the inner drive plate and the key.
2. The unlocking mode is as follows: 1) the main bolt assembly can retract by rotating the inner drive plate in the door, so that the door is opened; 2) the correct password is input outside the door through a remote controller, the remote control signal receiving unit transmits the password content to the central processing unit, the central processing unit transmits unlocking information to the main drive output unit after password digit number inquiry and password content inquiry, the locking plate is shifted through the electromechanical conversion device, and the key is rotated within 1-10 minutes to drive the outer driving plate to retract the main locking bolt assembly, so that the door can be opened.
3. An anti-theft mode: 1) selecting an anti-theft mechanical lock cylinder, 2) enabling the main drive output unit and the auxiliary drive output unit to have no output, and enabling the electromechanical conversion device to be in a locking state; the locking piece is abutted against the upper part of the blocking piece to limit the action of the driving part. The door can be opened when three conditions of remote controller, correct password input and mechanical key are met, so that the anti-theft purpose is realized.
The anti-theft lock is controlled by the password of the double remote control systems, the two control systems are mutually independent, when a main power supply and a battery power supply system in the controller fail, a configured auxiliary power supply device can provide power for an auxiliary system of the anti-theft lock, and an unlocking signal can be transmitted to an auxiliary system circuit in the anti-theft lock controller by using auxiliary remote controllers with different frequencies or passwords, so that an electric conversion device in the lock body obtains a driving signal, a locking plate is opened, the door lock is opened by using a mechanical key, the probability of generating faults is reduced, and the anti-theft lock is convenient to use.
In order to prevent password forgetting, as an improvement of the technical solution, the central processing unit 114 further includes a password reset unit, where the reset unit is a hardware reset key of the central processing unit and can restore the password in the factory state.
In order to prevent the occurrence of a phenomenon that the remote control system cannot perform remote control due to sudden power failure of the home power supply, as shown in fig. 4, the power circuit unit 116 is designed to include a home power supply module 1161 and a battery power supply module 1162, and a power switching module 1163 for automatically switching to the battery power supply module when the home power supply module cannot be used.
As a modification of the technical solution, the driving part 23 is designed to include an elastic means 232 and an outer dial assembly 233 and an inner dial assembly located at both sides of the elastic means; the dial-out assembly 233 and the dial-in assembly are driven by the key cylinder and the inner knob to rotate, respectively, so as to drive the driving part 23 to move, and the stopper 231 is disposed on the dial-out assembly 233.
In order to further improve the anti-theft effect of the anti-theft lock, the mechanical lock device is preferably a mountain-shaped lock head with an anti-theft function. The invention mainly aims at the situation that the family, the office of the enterprise and public institution, the financial office and the like are frequently unlocked and stolen by the technology.
The anti-theft lock of the invention is a novel all-weather unattended intelligent remote control movable code alarm anti-theft lock with the functions of double systems, remote control, dynamic password, intelligent alarm and the like, adopts the high-frequency wireless, microcomputer and software password setting technology, and can be unlocked after inputting the correct N-bit password by pressing the number keys on the remote controller. When the wrong password is input once, the control system can send out an x second alarm whistle to alarm; when the wrong password is input twice continuously, the control system can shield unlocking for y seconds and send out a siren for alarming, so that the safety coefficient is very high.

the remote control system comprises a main remote control system and an auxiliary remote control system which are independent from each other;
the main remote control system comprises a remote controller, a remote control signal receiving unit, a central processing unit, a main drive output unit and a power circuit unit for providing power; the remote control signal receiving unit receives a remote control signal of the remote controller, the remote control signal receiving unit is connected with the central processing unit, and the instruction output end of the central processing unit is connected with the main drive output unit;
the auxiliary remote control system comprises an auxiliary remote controller, an auxiliary remote control signal receiving unit, an auxiliary system driving output unit and an auxiliary power supply circuit unit for providing power; the auxiliary remote control signal receiving unit receives a remote control signal of the auxiliary remote controller, and is connected with the auxiliary system driving output unit;
the mechanical lock device comprises a lock shell (21), a lock tongue (22) which is arranged in the lock shell (21) and can move between a latching position and an unlatching position, a driving part (23) for driving the lock tongue (22) to move, a lock plate (24) and an electromechanical conversion device (25);
the driving part (23) is provided with a stopper (231), the locking plate (24) is fixedly connected to a power output shaft of the electromechanical conversion device (25), the locking plate (24) is normally abutted against the stopper (231) to limit the action of the driving part (23), and the electromechanical conversion device (25) is controlled to act by output signals in the main driving output unit and the auxiliary system driving output unit; the driving part (23) comprises an elastic device (232), an outer dial assembly (233) and an inner dial assembly which are positioned at two sides of the elastic device; the outer dial component (233) and the inner dial component are driven by the lock cylinder and the inner knob to rotate respectively, so as to drive the driving part (23) to move; the outer dial assembly (233) is provided with a stopper (231).
2. The dual-system remote control password anti-theft lock according to claim 1, wherein: the central processing unit comprises a password digit inquiry unit, a password content inquiry unit, a display unit and an alarm unit.
3. The dual-system remote control password anti-theft lock according to claim 2, wherein: the central processing unit also comprises a password resetting unit.

The dual-system remote control password anti-theft lock according to claim 1, wherein: the power supply circuit unit comprises a household power supply module, a battery power supply module and a power supply switching module, wherein the power supply switching module is used for automatically switching to the battery power supply module when the household power supply module cannot be used.
