Abstract
本发明涉及一种仿生复合材料板块，它由仿生材料板块、非金属材料板块、龙骨、涂层构成；仿生材料板块的一个侧设置了非金属材料板块，使两者构成一个板块，在该板块当中设置了若干个龙骨，龙骨呈长条状，仿生材料板块的另一个侧面设置了涂层，它不易生锈、不含重金属成分、质量轻、不变形等优点，可广泛用于多个领域。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种复合材料板块，尤其是一种利用生物皮肤或仿造生物皮肤制作的材料，与其他非金属材料共同构成的仿生复合材料板块，属于新材料领域。
技术背景
随着现代化的发展及新技术的广泛用应，各种各样的材料也愈来愈多地展现在人们的面前，如各种金属材料、各种非金属材料，各种金属与非金属复合而成的材料等等，通常，不同的材料有不同的用处，现代社会的发展需求更多的产品，也就需要更多的材料来满足新产品的使用，为此，人们希望一种新的材料或技术方案能尽快产生，以解决所存在的问题或缺陷，本发明的目的就是为了解决目前所存在的问题，而提出的具有实质性进步和特点的新的技术方案。
发明内容
为了达到解决上述所存在的问题的目的，本发明提出的技术方案是一种仿生复合材料板块，其特征是：它是由仿生材料板块、非金属材料板块、龙骨、涂层构成；仿生材料板块由生物皮肤或仿造生物皮肤制作而成，仿生材料板块的一侧设置了非金属材料板块；仿生材料板块与非金属材料板块中设置了龙骨，仿生材料板块的另一侧设置了涂层。
本发明方案还具有的技术特征是：龙骨呈长条状，并相互间隔地设置在仿生材料板块及非金属材料板块当中。
发明内容
本发明与现有技术相比所具有的优点和显著的进步：
1，不易生锈，不含重金属成分。
2，质量轻，不变形。

图1是本发明一种仿生复合材料板块的实施例结构示意图。
图中，1涂层，2仿生材料板块，3非金属材料板块、4龙骨。
具体实施方式
参见图1，实施例中，涂层1附着于仿生材料板块2的侧面，仿生材料板块2与非金属材料板块3结合后形成一个板块，在该板块当中设置了若干个龙骨3形成仿生复合材料板块，龙骨呈长条状，是能够加强板块横向强度的装置，仿生材料板块与非金属材料板块的结合可以使用粘合物质，仿生材料板块通常采用生物皮肤或仿造生物皮肤脂肪制作。
本技术方案所提出的一种仿生复合材料板块，其所具有的优点，使它可广泛用应于多个领域。
显然，通过上述举例和说明公开了本发明一种仿生复合材料板块的一些技术特征和方案，它还具有其他优点和特征，本技术方案不限于上述举例和说明，本发明所涉及的普通技术人员，在本技术方案的实质范围内对其所做的某些变化如添加、取舍或替换，也应当落入本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (2)
1.一种仿生复合材料板块，其特征是：它是由仿生材料板块、非金属材料板块、龙骨、涂层构成；仿生材料板块由生物皮肤或仿造生物皮肤制作而成，仿生材料板块的一侧设置了非金属材料板块；仿生材料板块与非金属材料板块中设置了龙骨，仿生材料板块的另一侧设置了涂层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种仿生复合材料板块，其特征是：龙骨呈长条状，并相互间隔地设置在仿生材料板块及非金属材料板块当中。
