Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种复合材料板块,尤其是一种利用生物皮肤或仿造生物皮肤制作的材料,与其他非金属材料共同构成的仿生复合材料板块,属于新材料领域。
技术背景
随着现代化的发展及新技术的广泛用应,各种各样的材料也愈来愈多地展现在人们的面前,如各种金属材料、各种非金属材料,各种金属与非金属复合而成的材料等等,通常,不同的材料有不同的用处,现代社会的发展需求更多的产品,也就需要更多的材料来满足新产品的使用,为此,人们希望一种新的材料或技术方案能尽快产生,以解决所存在的问题或缺陷,本发明的目的就是为了解决目前所存在的问题,而提出的具有实质性进步和特点的新的技术方案。
发明内容
为了达到解决上述所存在的问题的目的,本发明提出的技术方案是一种仿生复合材料板块,其特征是:它是由仿生材料板块、非金属材料板块、龙骨、涂层构成;仿生材料板块由生物皮肤或仿造生物皮肤制作而成,仿生材料板块的一侧设置了非金属材料板块;仿生材料板块与非金属材料板块中设置了龙骨,仿生材料板块的另一侧设置了涂层。
本发明方案还具有的技术特征是:龙骨呈长条状,并相互间隔地设置在仿生材料板块及非金属材料板块当中。
发明内容
本发明与现有技术相比所具有的优点和显著的进步:
1,不易生锈,不含重金属成分。
2,质量轻,不变形。

具体实施方式
参见图1,实施例中,涂层1附着于仿生材料板块2的侧面,仿生材料板块2与非金属材料板块3结合后形成一个板块,在该板块当中设置了若干个龙骨3形成仿生复合材料板块,龙骨呈长条状,是能够加强板块横向强度的装置,仿生材料板块与非金属材料板块的结合可以使用粘合物质,仿生材料板块通常采用生物皮肤或仿造生物皮肤脂肪制作。
本技术方案所提出的一种仿生复合材料板块,其所具有的优点,使它可广泛用应于多个领域。

1.一种仿生复合材料板块,其特征是:它是由仿生材料板块、非金属材料板块、龙骨、涂层构成;仿生材料板块由生物皮肤或仿造生物皮肤制作而成,仿生材料板块的一侧设置了非金属材料板块;仿生材料板块与非金属材料板块中设置了龙骨,仿生材料板块的另一侧设置了涂层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种仿生复合材料板块,其特征是:龙骨呈长条状,并相互间隔地设置在仿生材料板块及非金属材料板块当中。
