技术领域
 本发明涉及一种拉丝设备,更确切地说,是一种钢帘线拉丝收线装置。
背景技术
钢帘线是随子午线轮胎的发展而发展出来的一种钢丝产品,传统的斜交胎是用纤维(如聚酯帘线、尼龙帘线)作为骨架材料,而新型的子午线轮胎则选用钢帘线作为骨架材料。采用钢帘线作为增强材料所制作的子午线轮胎具有使用寿命长、行驶速度快、耐穿刺、弹性好、安全舒适、节约燃料等优点。由于钢帘线的弹性极大,在收线的过程中需要对钢帘线进行引导,现有的方法是采用钢制的引导圈,位置无法调节,无法对钢帘线的张力无法调节。
发明内容
 本发明主要是解决现有技术所存在的技术问题,从而提供一种钢帘线拉丝收线装置。
本发明的上述技术问题主要是通过下述技术方案得以解决的:
一种钢帘线拉丝收线装置,所述的钢帘线拉丝收线装置包含一主调节凸块和一副调节凸块,所述的主调节凸块的中部设有一对主连接通孔,所述的主调节凸块的底部设有一接驳槽口,所述的副调节凸块的中部设有一对副连接通孔,所述的副调节凸块的底部设有一接驳突出,所述的接驳突出与所述的接驳槽口相配合,所述的主调节凸块的顶部设有一调节通孔,所述的调节通孔内设有一收线部,一对连接螺钉分别贯穿所述的副连接通孔和主连接通孔。
作为本发明较佳的实施例,所述的主调节凸块的顶部设有一“V”形的收线凹槽,所述的收线部包含一调节螺钉和一环形的收线胶圈。
本发明的钢帘线拉丝收线装置利用相互配合的接驳突出和接驳槽口,使用者可以轻松调节整个收线装置的位置。同时,利用主调节凸块顶部的调节螺钉和收线胶圈,使用者可以轻松调节收线的张力。另外,由于主调节凸块的顶部设有V”形的收线凹槽,能精确引导钢帘线的运动方向。该钢帘线拉丝收线装置结构简单,操作方便,实用性强。

如图1至图2所示,本发明的钢帘线拉丝收线装置1包含一主调节凸块2和一副调节凸块3,该主调节凸块2的中部设有一对主连接通孔21,该主调节凸块2的底部设有一接驳槽口22,该副调节凸块3的中部设有一对副连接通孔31,该副调节凸块3的底部设有一接驳突出32,该接驳突出32与该接驳槽口22相配合,该主调节凸块2的顶部设有一调节通孔23,该调节通孔23内设有一收线部5,一对连接螺钉4分别贯穿副连接通孔31和主连接通孔21。
该主调节凸块2的顶部设有一“V”形的收线凹槽24,该收线部5包含一调节螺钉51和一环形的收线胶圈52。

1. 一种钢帘线拉丝收线装置,其特征在于,所述的钢帘线拉丝收线装置(1)包含一主调节凸块(2)和一副调节凸块(3),所述的主调节凸块(2)的中部设有一对主连接通孔(21),所述的主调节凸块(2)的底部设有一接驳槽口(22),所述的副调节凸块(3)的中部设有一对副连接通孔(31),所述的副调节凸块(3)的底部设有一接驳突出(32),所述的接驳突出(32)与所述的接驳槽口(22)相配合,所述的主调节凸块(2)的顶部设有一调节通孔(23),所述的调节通孔(23)内设有一收线部(5),一对连接螺钉(4)分别贯穿所述的副连接通孔(31)和主连接通孔(21)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的钢帘线拉丝收线装置,其特征在于,所述的主调节凸块(2)的顶部设有一“V”形的收线凹槽(24),所述的收线部(5)包含一调节螺钉(51)和一环形的收线胶圈(52)。
