量筒洗刷器,属于医疗用具技术领域。本发明的技术方案是:包括底座、托槽、固定夹和伸缩臂,其特征是在伸缩臂上端设有横臂,横臂前端设有硬质管,硬质管下段外侧设有泡沫套,泡沫套外侧设有软毛刷,硬质管上端设有软管,软管末端设有弹力水囊,弹力水囊上方设有进水阀,进水阀上设有水管接座,弹力水囊下方设有排水阀。本发明结构简单,在检验配置试剂前后洗刷量筒时操作简便、省时省力,且清洗彻底干净,减轻了医务人员的工作难度。

技术领域:本发明属于医疗用具技术领域,具体地讲是一种量筒洗刷器。
背景技术:在检验配置试剂前后均需要对量筒进行洗刷,现有技术主要是在水管下加入清洗液,用毛刷清洗后再用蒸馏水冲洗,这样操作起来十分麻烦、费时费力,且由于量筒较深,底部很难清洗干净,给医务人员增加了极大的工作难度。
发明内容:本发明的目的是提供一种在检验配置试剂前后洗刷量筒时操作简便、省时省力,且清洗彻底干净的量筒洗刷器。
本发明的技术方案是:包括底座、托槽、固定夹和伸缩臂,其特征是在伸缩臂上端设有横臂,横臂前端设有硬质管,硬质管下段外侧设有泡沫套,泡沫套外侧设有软毛刷,硬质管上端设有软管,软管末端设有弹力水囊,弹力水囊上方设有进水阀,进水阀上设有水管接座,弹力水囊下方设有排水阀。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明结构简单,在检验配置试剂前后洗刷量筒时操作简便、省时省力,且清洗彻底干净,减轻了医务人员的工作难度。

具体实施方式:包括底座1、托槽2、固定夹3和伸缩臂4,其特征是在伸缩臂4上端设有横臂5,横臂5前端设有硬质管6,硬质管6下段外侧设有泡沫套7,泡沫套7外侧设有软毛刷8,硬质管6上端设有软管9,软管9末端设有弹力水囊10,弹力水囊10上方设有进水阀11,进水阀11上设有水管接座12,弹力水囊10下方设有排水阀13。在检验配置试剂前后洗刷量筒时,量筒座插入托槽2并用固定夹3固定,泡沫套7插入量筒内,水管接座12连接水管,供水后关闭进水阀11,量筒内加入少量清洗液,手捏弹力水囊10,水进入量筒同时带动泡沫套7上浮,软毛刷8清洗量筒壁,完毕后打开排水阀13排出污液,往复更换水即可。

1.量筒洗刷器,包括底座(1)、托槽(2)、固定夹(3)和伸缩臂(4),其特征是:在伸缩臂(4)上端设有横臂(5),横臂(5)前端设有硬质管(6),硬质管(6)下段外侧设有泡沫套(7),泡沫套(7)外侧设有软毛刷(8),硬质管(6)上端设有软管(9),软管(9)末端设有弹力水囊(10),弹力水囊(10)上方设有进水阀(11),进水阀(11)上设有水管接座(12),弹力水囊(10)下方设有排水阀(13)。
