Abstract
本发明公开了一种髓内钉指形导向器,包括与手指形状相匹配的手指套筒和用于引导髓内钉的髓内钉导向筒,该髓内钉导向筒固定连接在手指套筒的表面上,且两者中心轴相平行;手指套筒表面上有一与轴线相平行的开口。本发明提供一种结构简单、定位准确的髓内钉指形导向器。

技术领域
本发明属于医疗器械技术领域,具体涉及一种髓内钉指形导向器。
背景技术
在骨科髓内钉治疗骨折的微创手术中,常需要术者用手指探及进钉部位确定进钉点,但由于存在进钉点深、周围软组织阻挡等因素,髓内钉不能准确的把持,往往造成定位不准、进钉点偏移或进钉方向偏离的情况,导致手术操作困难、反复,从而延长了手术时间甚至增加了手术的创伤。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于针对上述现有技术的不足,提供一种结构简单、定位准确的髓内钉指形导向器。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是,一种髓内钉指形导向器,包括与手指形状相匹配的手指套筒和用于引导髓内钉的导向筒,该髓内钉导向筒固定连接在手指套筒的表面上,且两者中心轴相平行;手指套筒表面上有一与轴线相平行的开口。
进一步地,该手指套筒的长度为从食指远端到近节指间关节的距离,露出手指末端和近节指间关节。这样既便于手指触摸进针点,又便于手指活动指导进针方向。
进一步地,该髓内钉导向筒的直径为2.0mm~2.5mm。
进一步地,该髓内钉指形导向器为铝合金或不锈钢材质,便于消毒。
本发明髓内钉指形导向器结构简单,取戴方便;手指套筒严格按照手指的形状设计,能很好地与手指贴合;在手指套筒的表面设有与轴线相平行的开口,这样就能根据手指的粗细调整其直径的大小,满足不同使用者的要求;手术过程中,手指末端触及进针点定位,髓内钉由髓内钉导向筒穿过,利用手指来定位,避免了把持不当而造成定位不准或定位后又偏移的缺陷;另外,在利用髓内钉导向筒进行操作时,可把握进针方向,这样也避免了进钉过程中髓内钉方向偏离的缺陷。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明一种髓内钉指形导向器,由铝合金或不锈钢材质制成,包括与手指形状相匹配的手指套筒1和用于引导导针的髓内钉导向筒2,该髓内钉导向筒2固定连接在手指套筒1的表面上,且两者中心轴相平行,手指套筒1表面上有一与轴线相平行的开口3,利用该开口3可以调节手指套筒1的粗细;该手指套筒1的长度为从食指远端指间关节到近端指间关节的距离;使用时,根据使用者的情况,调整手指套筒1的大小,然后将髓内钉穿过髓内钉导向筒2,另一只手操作髓内钉,这样就避免了进针时进针点偏移或方向偏离的缺陷。该髓内钉导向筒2的直径为2.0mm~2.5mm。

1.一种髓内钉指形导向器,其特征在于,包括与手指形状相匹配的手指套筒(1)和用于引导髓内钉的髓内钉导向筒(2),所述髓内钉导向筒(2)固定连接在手指套筒(1)的表面上,且两者中心轴相平行,所述手指套筒(1)表面上有一与轴线相平行的开口(3);
所述手指套筒(1)的长度为从食指远端指间关节到近端指间关节的距离;
所述髓内钉导向筒(2)的直径为2.0mm~2.5mm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的髓内钉指形导向器,其特征在于,所述髓内钉指形导向器为铝合金或不锈钢材质。
