Abstract

这种卫生卷纸架，是一只手即可撕取一定数量卫生卷纸的新型纸架，即制造出能容纳卫生卷纸的箕形座，用一个与卷纸中心孔同大的轴，架卫生卷纸于箕形座两壁之间，在箕形座的底部前缘，有一条与压纸板组合成并可被压纸板闭合的缝隙。此架可以用竹、木、塑料和金属薄板制造。

一种卫生卷纸架
技术背景  由现今使用的卫生纸卷架上撕取一定量的卫生纸，须用双手操作，单手不易完成，有改进的余地。
发明内容  用竹、木、塑料或金属制成一个能容纳卫生纸卷的箕形座，在箕形座两壁中上处各开一个轴孔，卫生纸卷中央的轴将纸卷架于其上，箕形座底前沿处两壁上各有一个压纸板轴的轴孔，压纸板轴穿入后，其宽边微垂形成的缝隙，即是卫生纸卷游离端的引出口，引纸向前，纸从出口，达到一定数量后向上猛拉，在杠杆作用下，卫生纸被出口压纸版压紧，纸从出口外断纸排孔处断裂。，箕形座加盖即为箕形盒。若在卫生纸卷中心轴固定一个斜向齿的轮盘，压纸板改为挡齿板，当平向拉出一定数量卫生纸以后，再向下用力猛拉，纸即在断纸排孔处断开。结合附图说明之。

图1、2的箕形座11由轴8连结于板盖10，盒1的后壁9可定置于墙壁，卫生纸卷2中心轴3嵌于两侧壁14的中上方，4是纸卷游离端分离橡胶杆，5和6是阻压条，卫生纸游离端13向前上方拉起，压纸板7橡胶条5所、6即压紧卫生纸。图3斜向齿轮盘15固定在中心轴3，挡齿板16用轴17定置于箕形座底前沿，卫生纸可水平拉出，达到需量再向下用力猛拉，挡纸板另一端扬起，塞阻齿轮15运转，卫生纸在原断裂排孔处断开。图4箕形座11前缘与该处压纸板7形成的缝隙为卫生纸游离端13的出口。
具体实施方案  外加工零件自己组装。
