Abstract

Description

标准轴承单元
本发明涉及一种根据权利要求1的标准轴承单元。
平衡由轴承壳体以及安装在该轴承壳体中的所有零件形成的芯组件具体地由于要将该平衡系统的这些装置与排气涡轮增压器的这些轴承壳体口和油口的大量变体相适配而因此是劳动密集的且昂贵的,并且因为每一个芯组件在平衡之后以这些物理上相同的部件进入该排气涡轮增压器的最后组装过程而构成了在该排气涡轮增压器的组装过程中的一种费时的工作步骤。
因此本发明的一个目的是要提供一种标准轴承单元,该标准轴承单元使之有可能以少的费用来平衡转子以便由此简化排气涡轮增压器的组装过程。
所述目的是通过权利要求1的这些特征来实现的。
根据本发明,形成了一种独立于对应应用(轴承壳体的几何尺寸)的标准轴承单元,这是因为由轴、轴螺母、多个轴承衬套、多个密封和隔离件、压缩机叶轮以及涡轮机叶轮构成的有待平衡的转子可以被安装在一个具有预定的固定外部尺寸(直径和长度)的标准化的轴承套筒中并且在该平衡机器的一个组成部分的轴承壳体中被平衡。以这种方式,首先可能使一个以固定尺寸预定的标准轴承单元在最后的组装阶段与不同客户指定的轴承壳体结合,确切地讲独立于这些轴承壳体的油口位置和水冷却安排出口位置并且独立于压缩机壳体连接件和涡轮机壳体连接件。为了允许所有可能的应用,其次还有可能使该标准轴承单元虽然具有相同的外直径但却配备有不同的转子部件。
权利要求2至4指明了本发明的多个有利改进。
权利要求5限定了一种用于将根据本发明的标准轴承单元安装到一个排气涡轮增压器中的方法。

图1展示了一个排气涡轮增压器8,该排气涡轮增压器可以配备有一个根据本发明的标准轴承单元,该标准轴承单元将在以下进行说明。排气涡轮增压器8具有一个涡轮机9,该涡轮机带有在涡轮机壳体10中的一个涡轮机叶轮5。涡轮机叶轮5被连接到一个轴2上,该轴在其相反的末端处支承一个压缩机11的一个压缩机叶轮3,该压缩机叶轮被安排在一个压缩机壳体13中。
轴2被安装在一个轴承壳体12中,该轴承壳体在图1中仅仅是以非常示意性高度简化的形式展示的。
一起观察图2和图3,有可能看到根据本发明的可以在根据图1的排气涡轮增压器8中使用的一个标准轴承单元1的一个实施例的设计。标准轴承单元1具有轴2,该轴在一个第一末端4处配备有压缩机叶轮3并且在其第二末端6处被连接到涡轮机叶轮5上。
轴2被安排在一个标准化的轴承套筒7中,根据图2和图3的图示在该轴承套筒中安排了用于引导该轴2的至少一个轴承衬套9。此外,图3的剖面图示示出了用于封闭轴承套筒7的两个密封装置14和15。
作为所述设计的结果,提供了一种统一的标准轴承单元1,该标准轴承单元可以被安装到一种平衡机器(未展示)的一个分开式轴承壳体中并且被平衡。因此,提供了一种可平衡的标准轴承单元,该标准轴承单元具有对应的叶轮对3和5,该叶轮对可以独立于最后的组装工艺和对应的应用而被平衡。
图4和图5展示了根据本发明的轴承壳体12的两个轴承壳体半部16和17。在此,图4示出了这些轴承壳体半部16和17的未加工状态,而图5示出了这些轴承壳体半部16和17的精机加工后的状态。
除了如图4和图5中展示的轴承壳体12的竖直分割外,水平分割也是可能的。
如果相对于图2和图3详细描述的标准轴承单元1有待被安装在轴承壳体12中,则首先生产这两个轴承壳体半部16和17。
在所述生产过程之前或之后,轴2、压缩机叶轮3、涡轮机叶轮5以及轴承套筒7(如果适当的话连同安排在其中的轴承衬套9)被预组装以便形成一个可平衡的标准轴承单元。
所述标准轴承单元可以被平衡并且随后被安装在这两个壳体半部16和17中,然后这些壳体半部16和17被相继地封闭。

Claims (5)

1.一种用于不同排气涡轮增压器设计(8)的标准轴承单元(1),
-具有一个轴(2);
-具有一个轴螺母(18);
-具有多个密封装置(14,15);
-具有安排在该轴(2)的一个第一末端(4)上的一个压缩机叶轮(3);并且
-具有安排在该轴(2)的一个第二末端(6)上的一个涡轮机轮(5),其中
-该轴(2)是被安装在一个标准化的轴承套筒(7)中,该轴承套筒具有独立于该排气涡轮增压器实施例的多个预定的不可改变的外部尺寸(19,23)。
2.如权利要求1所述的标准轴承单元(1),其中至少一个轴承衬套(9)被安排在该轴承套筒(7)中。
3.如权利要求1所述的标准轴承单元(1),其中该轴承套筒(7)虽然具有相同的外直径(19)但却具有不同的孔直径(20),这些孔直径与对应的排气涡轮增压器实施例相适配。
4.如权利要求1所述的标准轴承单元(1),其中该轴承套筒(7)虽然具有相同的外直径(19)但却用于安装具有不同压缩机叶轮直径和/或涡轮机叶轮直径(21,22)的压缩机叶轮和/或涡轮机叶轮。
5.一种用于将如权利要求1至4之一所述的标准轴承单元(1)安装到排气涡轮增压器轴承壳体(12)中的方法,该方法具有以下方法步骤:
-生产两个轴承壳体半部(16,17);
-预组装该轴(2)、该压缩机叶轮(3)、该轴螺母(18)、这些密封装置(14,15)、该涡轮机叶轮(5)以及该标准化轴承套筒(7)以形成一个可平衡的标准轴承单元(1);
-将该标准轴承单元(1)安装到一台平衡机器的一个分开式轴承壳体中;

-在该标准轴承单元上安装并密封这些轴承壳体半部(16,17)。
