本发明涉及一种碳纤维布的张拉设备,具体涉及一种碳纤维布张拉用夹紧机构。
背景技术
碳纤维是一种强度极高的新型材料,近年来,使用碳纤维带粘贴的方法进行结构补强,已经广泛应用于结构加固之中,然而对碳纤维带施加预应力,还是一项新兴的技术。目前国内外对碳纤维带施加预应力的方法主要是采用夹具锚张拉碳纤维布法,但是在进行施加预应力时,铁质夹具与柔软的碳纤维布相接触,收紧夹具时,碳纤维布容易受损。
发明内容
本发明解决的技术问题是提供了一种碳纤维布张拉用夹紧机构,使用该夹紧机构既能保证夹紧力又能有效避免在施加预应力时不损坏碳纤维布。
本发明的技术方案为:一种碳纤维布张拉用夹紧机构,其特征在于主要由压紧机构、连接件和夹紧机构构成,所述的压紧机构包括手柄、转轴和偏心轮,其中偏心轮固定于转轴上,该转轴铰接于连接件上部的圆孔内,并且在转轴的一侧固定有手柄;所述的夹紧机构包括上压板和下压板,其中下压板固定于连接件的下侧,并且在下压板的上部设有轴向贯通的弧形凹槽,所述的上压板的两侧分别设有凸块,该凸块固定于连接件的中心槽内,并且凸块与中心槽滑动配合,在凸块下方的中心槽内分别设有弹簧,所述的上压板的下部设有与下压板上部弧形凹槽相配的弧形凸起。
本发明所述的压紧机构中的偏心块为两个,对称地固定于转轴上。
本发明设计简单,操作方便,易于安装,在工程施工过程中,施工速度快,提高了工作效率。

结合附图详细描述实施例。一种碳纤维布张拉用夹紧机构,主要由压紧机构1、连接件2和夹紧机构3构成,所述的压紧机构1包括手柄4、转轴5和偏心轮6,其中偏心轮6固定于转轴5上,该转轴5铰接于连接件2上部的圆孔内,并且在转轴5的一侧固定有手柄4;所述的夹紧机构3包括上压板7和下压板8,其中下压板8固定于连接件2的下侧,并且在下压板8的上部设有轴向贯通的弧形凹槽,所述的上压板7的两侧分别设有凸块9,该凸块9固定于连接件2的中心槽10内,并且凸块9与中心槽10滑动配合,在凸块9下方的中心槽10内分别设有弹簧11,所述的上压板7的下部设有与下压板8上部弧形凹槽相配的弧形凸起。
本发明所述的压紧机构1中的偏心块6为两个,对称地固定于转轴5上,采用双轮压紧机构,促使夹紧力更加均匀,采用偏心轮压紧机构具有自锁功能,不需要增加额外设备,使用方便,省时省力,结构简单,造价低廉且夹紧力较大。
本发明的工作原理为:压紧时,转动手柄,带动转轴和偏心轮转动,随着转动角度的增加,偏心轮外缘直径逐渐加大,从而压紧上压板,上压板沿连接件上的中心槽向下滑动,随着夹紧力的增大,实现夹紧碳纤维布,到达一定位置后,该夹紧机构可实现自锁,保持夹紧力。

1.一种碳纤维布张拉用夹紧机构,其特征在于主要由压紧机构、连接件和夹紧机构构成,所述的压紧机构包括手柄、转轴和偏心轮,其中偏心轮固定于转轴上,该转轴铰接于连接件上部的圆孔内,并且在转轴的一侧固定有手柄;所述的夹紧机构包括上压板和下压板,其中下压板固定于连接件的下侧,并且在下压板的上部设有轴向贯通的弧形凹槽,所述的上压板的两侧分别设有凸块,该凸块固定于连接件的中心槽内,并且凸块与中心槽滑动配合,在凸块下方的中心槽内分别设有弹簧,所述的上压板的下部设有与下压板上部弧形凹槽相配的弧形凸起。
2.根据权利要求1所述的碳纤维布张拉用夹紧机构,其特征在于:所述的压紧机构中的偏心块为两个,对称地固定于转轴上。
