本发明涉及耐热老化聚氨酯弹性体。
背景技术
现有的耐热老化聚氨酯弹性体,力学强度和耐热老化性能不理想。 
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种耐热老化聚氨酯弹性体,其力学强度好,耐热老化性能好。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种耐热老化聚氨酯弹性体,由如下原料制成:
1-2质量份乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷,20质量份聚四氢呋喃醚二醇,5质量份4,4’-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯,1质量份甲基硅油,3质量份3,3’-二氯-4,4’-二氨基二苯基甲烷,1质量份三乙烯二胺,15质量份1,6-亚己基二异氰酸酯,2质量份二乙醇胺,2质量份邻苯二甲酸二辛酯,1质量份十二烷基三甲基硫酸铵,10质量份甲苯-2,4-二异氰酸酯,2质量份二丁基二月桂酸锡,4质量份3,5-二甲硫基甲苯二胺,3质量份2,4,4-三氯-2-羟基二苯基醚,1质量份辛酸亚锡,2质量份1,4-丁二醇,1质量份乙二醇,15质量份聚丙二醇和聚己内酯二醇,5质量份异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯。 
本发明的优点和有益效果在于:提供一种耐热老化聚氨酯弹性体,其力学强度好,耐热老化性能好。

1质量份乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷,20质量份聚四氢呋喃醚二醇,5质量份4,4’-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯,1质量份甲基硅油,3质量份3,3’-二氯-4,4’-二氨基二苯基甲烷,1质量份三乙烯二胺,15质量份1,6-亚己基二异氰酸酯,2质量份二乙醇胺,2质量份邻苯二甲酸二辛酯,1质量份十二烷基三甲基硫酸铵,10质量份甲苯-2,4-二异氰酸酯,2质量份二丁基二月桂酸锡,4质量份3,5-二甲硫基甲苯二胺,3质量份2,4,4-三氯-2-羟基二苯基醚,1质量份辛酸亚锡,2质量份1,4-丁二醇,1质量份乙二醇,15质量份聚丙二醇和聚己内酯二醇,5质量份异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯。

2质量份乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷,20质量份聚四氢呋喃醚二醇,5质量份4,4’-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯,1质量份甲基硅油,3质量份3,3’-二氯-4,4’-二氨基二苯基甲烷,1质量份三乙烯二胺,15质量份1,6-亚己基二异氰酸酯,2质量份二乙醇胺,2质量份邻苯二甲酸二辛酯,1质量份十二烷基三甲基硫酸铵,10质量份甲苯-2,4-二异氰酸酯,2质量份二丁基二月桂酸锡,4质量份3,5-二甲硫基甲苯二胺,3质量份2,4,4-三氯-2-羟基二苯基醚,1质量份辛酸亚锡,2质量份1,4-丁二醇,1质量份乙二醇,15质量份聚丙二醇和聚己内酯二醇,5质量份异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯。

1.2质量份乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷,20质量份聚四氢呋喃醚二醇,5质量份4,4’-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯,1质量份甲基硅油,3质量份3,3’-二氯-4,4’-二氨基二苯基甲烷,1质量份三乙烯二胺,15质量份1,6-亚己基二异氰酸酯,2质量份二乙醇胺,2质量份邻苯二甲酸二辛酯,1质量份十二烷基三甲基硫酸铵,10质量份甲苯-2,4-二异氰酸酯,2质量份二丁基二月桂酸锡,4质量份3,5-二甲硫基甲苯二胺,3质量份2,4,4-三氯-2-羟基二苯基醚,1质量份辛酸亚锡,2质量份1,4-丁二醇,1质量份乙二醇,15质量份聚丙二醇和聚己内酯二醇,5质量份异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯。
