For example, the monitoring platform may be a site in the network or set in a network site, and the monitoring platform may monitor the traffic flow transmitted in the network in real time, so that the number of users browsing each service may be counted in a specified time to account for the total number of users, and then the information of the service with the top N% may be determined. Or, if the monitoring platform is a Content Delivery Network (CDN) server, the number of users browsing each service in a specified time may be counted according to the service application of the user in the area to determine the information of the service with the top N% of the total users. The service with the proportion of the first N% is the service which needs to be sent to the terminal in advance, and for convenience of description, the service with the proportion of the first N% is referred to as a hotspot service in the following. The information of the hotspot service may include a link address of the hotspot service, but is not limited thereto.
602. And the monitoring platform provides the information of the hot spot service to the service processing equipment.
603. The service processing equipment applies for the service content of the hot spot service to the service providing equipment according to the information of the hot spot service provided by the monitoring platform, distributes a service index number for the hot spot service and simultaneously establishes a hot spot service database.
The hot spot service database stores the mapping relation between the link address of the hot spot service and the service index number. One implementation structure of the hotspot service database is shown in table 1.
As shown in fig. 7, an implementation flow of step 603 includes:
701. the service processing device applies a Hypertext Transfer Protocol (HTTP) transmission flow, and the proxy terminal sends an HTTP GET (HTTP GET) message to the service providing device related to the hot service, where the HTTP GET message carries a link address of the hot service.
702. The service processing device receives an HTTP response (HTTP response) message returned by the service providing device, and obtains the service content of the hotspot service from the HTTP response message, where the HTTP response message carries the service content of the hotspot service.
703. The service processing device allocates a service index number to the hotspot service, establishes a mapping relation between a link address of the hotspot service and the service index number, and stores the mapping relation into, for example, a hotspot service database.
704. The service processing device sends a pre-push mode establishment request message to the service providing device, and the pre-push mode establishment request message is used for indicating a service flow executed by the service providing device after receiving a service request sent by the terminal.
Optionally, in this embodiment, a process executed by the Service providing device after receiving the Service request sent by the terminal may be referred to as an enhanced on Demand (SOD) Service process, but is not limited to this name. In this embodiment, the enhanced SOD service flow includes two modes, one is pull mode and the other is push mode. Based on this, the pre-push mode establishment request message carries an SOD mode parameter, where the SOD mode parameter is equivalent to the processing flow indication information in the above embodiment, and is used to indicate whether the enhanced SOD service flow is pull or push. For the service providing device, the pull mode and the push mode correspond to different execution flows, which will be described later in detail. Optionally, for the pull mode, the pre-push mode establishment request message further needs to carry a service index number of the hotspot service, and is used to instruct the service providing device to establish a mapping relationship between the link address of the hotspot service and the service index number of the hotspot service.
705. And the service providing equipment returns a pre-push mode establishment response message to the service processing equipment after determining the flow executed after receiving the service request sent by the terminal according to the indication of the pre-push mode establishment request message.
Optionally, if the enhanced SOD service flow indicated by the service processing device is in pull mode, the service providing device may establish a mapping relationship between the link address of the hotspot service and the service index number of the hotspot service locally according to the indication of the pre-push mode establishment request message.
After acquiring the service content of the hotspot service, the service processing equipment continues to execute the following steps.
604. And the service processing equipment sends scheduling information to the terminal through the LTE network or the CMMB network.
The terminal of the embodiment supports both the CMMB system and the LTE system, and belongs to a dual-mode terminal. The information trend of the service processing device sending the scheduling information to the terminal through the LTE network or the CMMB network may be shown as a dotted line in fig. 5. The service processing equipment sends scheduling information to the terminal through an LTE network, which is equivalent to sending the scheduling information to the terminal in a unicast mode; and the service processing equipment sends the scheduling information to the terminal through the CMMB network, which is equivalent to sending the scheduling information to the terminal in a broadcasting mode. The scheduling information mainly carries time information of service content of the hot spot service sent by the service processing device received by the terminal, and may be, for example, a specific time point or a periodic value of periodic reception.
605. The service processing device pushes the service content of the hot spot service and the service index number of the hot spot service to the terminal under the service processing device through the CMMB network according to the scheduling information, and the information flow is shown by a dotted line with an arrow in fig. 5.
Specifically, the service processing device sends the service content and the service index number of the hot service to the CMMB network according to the scheduling information, and then the CMMB network forwards the service content and the service index number of the hot service to the terminal covered by the CMMB network according to the scheduling information.
606. And the terminal receives and stores the service content and the service index number of the hot service according to the scheduling information issued by the service processing equipment.
Optionally, the terminal may store the service content of the hotspot service and the service index number of the hotspot service in the form of a database.
607. And the terminal feeds back a receiving state to the service processing equipment through the LTE network, wherein the receiving state carries the error block information, is used for indicating the data block needing to be retransmitted, carries the service index number of the hot spot service, is used for identifying the hot spot service and also carries the IP address of the terminal.
In this description, the LTE network and the CMMB network are taken as examples in the present embodiment and the following embodiments of the present invention, but the present invention is not limited to these two networks, and for example, other 3GPP networks may be used in addition to the LTE network.
608. And the service processing equipment starts a corresponding retransmission mechanism according to the receiving state fed back by the terminal.
The retransmission mechanism initiated here includes: and carrying out concurrent retransmission in the pre-pushing process or carrying out retransmission in the service request process. The retransmission method in the service request process is related to the mode of the enhanced SOD service flow, and will be described in detail later.
Optionally, if the retransmission mechanism is concurrent retransmission in the pre-push process, step 608 specifically includes: and the service processing equipment acquires the error block information according to the receiving state fed back by the terminal, determines the data block to be retransmitted according to the error block information, and sends the data block to be retransmitted to the terminal through the LTE network. Correspondingly, the terminal receives and stores the data block to be retransmitted sent by the service processing equipment. Fig. 5 shows, by a solid line with an arrow, a flow of information in which the terminal feeds back a reception state to the service processing device through the LTE network, and the service processing device sends a data block to be retransmitted to the terminal through the LTE network.
Optionally, if the retransmission mechanism is retransmission in the service request process, step 608 specifically includes: and the service processing equipment establishes a mapping relation among a link address, a service index number, a terminal identifier and the error block information corresponding to the hot spot service according to the receiving state fed back by the terminal so as to provide the terminal with the related data block to be retransmitted based on the mapping relation in the service request process. Optionally, the mapping relationship may also be stored in a hotspot service database, and an implementation manner of the hotspot service database is shown in table 2.
TABLE 2
The terminal identifier in the mapping relationship is an International Mobile Subscriber Identity (IMSI) of the terminal, and may be specifically obtained by querying a gateway in the LTE network according to an IP address of the terminal.
609. And the terminal requests the service from the service providing equipment based on the pushed hotspot service.
In this embodiment, in order to improve Quality of Experience (QoE for short) of a user and improve the spectrum utilization rate of a wireless network, a CMMB broadcast manner is adopted to send service content of a hot service acquired by a service processing device and a corresponding service index number to a terminal under the coverage of the service processing device, so that the service content and the corresponding service index number are stored by the terminal. When the user clicks the URL link corresponding to the service, the service providing equipment providing the service receives the service request of the terminal and feeds back the service index number of the service to be requested to the terminal, and the terminal can directly call the locally stored content according to the service index number of the service to be requested, so as to ensure the QoE of the user and be beneficial to improving the capacity of a wireless network.
Next, a flow of the terminal requesting a service from the service providing device based on the pushed hotspot service will be described separately for the pull mode and the push mode, that is, step 609.
Fig. 8 shows a flow of a terminal requesting a service in a push mode, including:
801. the terminal receives the URL link of the user through voice, action input or click request service, and initiates the request of the related mobile internet service.
802. The terminal initiates a user plane bearer establishment procedure such as Packet Data Protocol (PDP) activation.
803. The terminal sends an HTTP GET message to the service providing device through the user plane bearer established in step 802, where the HTTP GET message carries a URL link of the service to be requested.
804. Because the mode for enhancing the SOD service process is the push mode, the service providing equipment sends an inquiry request to the service processing equipment to inquire the service index number of the current service to be requested.
The query request carries a URL link of a service to be requested, which is used to indicate a service currently requested by the terminal, and also carries an IP address of the terminal, so that the service processing device can confirm the terminal.
805. And the service processing equipment inquires the mapping relation between the locally stored hot spot service link address and the service index number according to the URL link of the service to be requested, and acquires the service index number of the service to be requested.
806. And the service processing equipment returns the service index number of the service to be requested, which is obtained by query, to the service providing equipment.
807. And the service providing equipment feeds back the service index number of the service to be requested to the terminal through the HTTP RESPONSE message.
808. After receiving the HTTP RESPONSE message, the terminal reads the service index number therein, inquires the service index number of the hot spot service stored locally according to the read service index number, and if the service index number of the hot spot service stored locally has the service index number read from the HTTP RESPONSE message, the terminal acquires the service content of the hot spot service corresponding to the read service index number from the service content of the hot spot service stored locally as the service content of the service to be requested.
It should be noted that, if the service processing device performs retransmission in the service request process according to the retransmission mechanism started in the receiving state fed back by the terminal in the pre-push process, there may be some error blocks in the service content of the locally stored hot spot service that are not completed for transmission. Based on this, in step 805, the service processing device may further query the IMSI of the terminal to the gateway of the wireless network according to the IP address of the terminal, query the mapping relationship between the link address, the service index number, the terminal identifier and the blocking error information corresponding to the hot service according to the IMSI of the terminal and the service index number of the service to be requested, obtain the blocking error information corresponding to the service to be requested, and further determine the data block to be retransmitted in the service content of the service to be requested according to the obtained blocking error information. In step 806, the service processing device further provides the data block to be retransmitted in the service content of the service to be requested to the service providing device. In step 807, the HTTP RESPONSE message fed back by the service providing device may further carry the data block to be retransmitted provided by the service processing device and issue the data block to the terminal.
In an extreme case, if the service processing device does not query the service index number of the service to be requested in step 805, the service processing device will instruct the service providing device to directly return the service content of the service to be requested, such as an original WEB page, to the terminal through the httpreseponse message in step 807. One situation that the service processing device does not query the service index number of the service to be requested may be: when the service processing device pushes the hotspot service to the terminal in a broadcasting manner, the terminal is in a blind area, so that the service processing device cannot successfully push the hotspot service to the terminal.
Fig. 9 shows a flow of a terminal requesting a service in pull mode, including:
901. the terminal receives the URL link of the user through voice, action input or click request service, and initiates the request of the related mobile internet service.
902. The terminal initiates the user plane bearer establishment procedures such as PDP activation.
903. The terminal sends an HTTP GET message to the service providing device through the user plane bearer established in step 902, where the HTTP GET message carries a URL link of the service to be requested.
904. Because the mode for enhancing the SOD service flow is pull mode, the service providing device directly queries the mapping relationship between the link address corresponding to the local hot service and the service index number according to the URL link of the service to be requested, and obtains the service index number of the service to be requested.
905. And the service providing equipment feeds back the service index number of the service to be requested to the terminal through the HTTP RESPONSE message.
Based on this, in step 905, the service providing device may also return the IP address of the service processing device to the terminal through the HTTP RESPONSE message, so that the terminal requests the service processing device for the data block to be retransmitted.
907. The terminal sends a retransmission request to the service processing equipment to request the service processing equipment to retransmit the error block in the service content of the service to be requested, wherein the retransmission request carries the IP address of the terminal and the service index number of the service to be requested.
908. The service processing equipment inquires a gateway in a wireless network according to the IP address of the terminal in the retransmission request, acquires the IMSI of the terminal, inquires the mapping relation among the link address, the service index number, the terminal identification and the error block information corresponding to the hot spot service according to the IMSI of the terminal and the service index number of the service to be requested, determines the error block information corresponding to the service to be requested, further determines the data block to be retransmitted in the service content of the service to be requested based on the determined error block information, starts the breakpoint continuous transmission function of the error block, and sends the data block to be retransmitted in the service content of the service to be requested to the terminal. And the terminal receives the data block to be retransmitted in the service content of the service to be requested, which is sent by the service processing equipment.
In an extreme case, if the terminal does not receive the hot service broadcasted by the service processing device before, for example, the terminal is in a blind area when the service processing device pushes the hot service, in step 905, the service providing device may directly return the service content of the service to be requested, for example, an original WEB page, to the terminal in the HTTP RESPONSE message.
As can be seen from the above description, the embodiments of the present invention pre-push some services, for example, services with high correlation, in a broadcast manner, so as to improve the utilization rate of resources in the entire network, and facilitate the improvement of the capacity of the wireless network, and belong to a scheme for improving the network capacity in a non-linear manner.
