Abstract

The invention discloses a control method and device for automatic calling of a mobile terminal and the mobile terminal. When the mobile terminal receives a calling indication, a three-axis gyroscope built in the mobile terminal can determine angle information used for representing the current direction of the mobile terminal; the mobile terminal can determine whether a type of call corresponding to the angle information of the direction of the mobile terminal is an effective call or not according to the corresponding relation of the angle information and the type of call. When the type of call is the effective call, the mobile terminal issues a call request. Otherwise, when the type of call is an ineffective call, the mobile terminal limits the call request, therefore, the automatic calling which is not voluntarily conducted by a user is effectively prevented, and terminal processing resources are greatly saved.

Description

Control method and device for automatic calling of mobile terminal and mobile terminal
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of mobile terminal equipment, in particular to a control method and device for automatic calling of a mobile terminal and the mobile terminal.
Background
At present, mobile terminals such as mobile phones and the like become necessary communication tools in daily life and work of people. Meanwhile, the touch screen is used as a more intuitive, simple and easy-to-operate input device, the application of the touch screen on the mobile terminal is more and more extensive, and when a user uses the mobile terminal with the touch screen to make a call, the user only needs to lightly touch an answering key or a dialing key of the touch screen with a finger to realize the function of making a call. However, when the user places the mobile terminal in a pocket or a handbag, the user is easy to touch a dialing key accidentally to initiate an active call, and after the called party gets through the call, the called party often feels inexplicable because the called party cannot answer, and the call is also charged. This results in waste of processing resources of the user terminals of the calling party and the called party.
In order to solve the problem, various intelligent screen locking methods exist in the prior art, such as screen locking by using an acceleration sensor, setting a call state parameter, according to external light intensity change, and the like. Although there are currently a wide variety of manual, intelligent screen locking schemes, they have a common disadvantage:
(1) when the mobile terminal with the locked screen is in a pocket or a handbag, the touch of a certain part of the body of a user on the mobile terminal can easily unlock the mobile terminal and enable the mobile terminal to make a call;
(2) when mobile terminals such as mobile phones and the like are in a black screen standby state, if a short message is received at the moment, the mobile terminals are triggered to display an unlocking interface, and the situation in the step (1) can also occur at the moment;
(3) when the screen of the mobile terminal loaded in a pocket or a handbag is not locked, the mobile terminal can make a call due to the fact that the body of a user touches the mobile terminal.
In summary, the behavior of automatic calling of the mobile terminal is still likely to occur under the full application of various current intelligent automatic screen locking technologies, which will certainly waste the processing resources of the user terminals of the calling party and the called party, and therefore a scheme capable of effectively limiting the automatic calling of the mobile terminal is urgently needed.

Detailed Description
In order to effectively control the automatic call of the non-user on the mobile terminal and save the processing resource of the user terminal of the calling party and the called party, the embodiment of the invention provides a control scheme for the automatic call of the mobile terminal. The corresponding relation between the angle information and the calling type is preset in the mobile terminal, so that after a calling instruction is received, a corresponding calling request is not directly initiated, the calling type corresponding to the angle information monitored by a three-axis gyroscope in the mobile terminal is determined according to the corresponding relation, and whether the calling request is limited or not is judged according to the determined calling type. By adopting the scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention, the automatic calling can be limited even if the mobile terminal is not locked, so that the automatic calling initiated by the mobile terminal and not voluntarily by the user can be effectively controlled to a great extent, and the processing resources of the user terminals of the calling party and the called party are saved.
The embodiments of the present invention will be described in conjunction with the drawings of the specification, and it should be understood that the embodiments described herein are merely for purposes of illustrating and explaining the present invention and are not intended to limit the present invention. And features in the embodiments and implementation columns in the present description may be combined with each other without conflict.
The mobile terminal in the embodiment of the present invention is a mobile terminal with a built-in three-axis gyroscope, and one characteristic of the three-axis gyroscope is that at any time (for example, the time when the mobile terminal receives a call instruction), when the position of the mobile terminal changes, it calculates the angular displacement by detecting the angular velocity, thereby determining the angle information for representing the degree of change of the current position of the mobile terminal relative to the original position (on the premise that the original position is fixed, the angle information can be regarded as representing the current position of the mobile terminal). Furthermore, according to statistics on the usage habits of users for mobile terminals, calls initiated by mobile terminals in inverted, horizontal and straight orientations are often automatic calls that are not user-voluntary, while calls initiated by mobile terminals in upright orientations (including upright, i.e., the vertical central axis of the mobile terminal is perpendicular to the horizontal plane, and the bottom end of the mobile terminal is downward, and the upper end of the mobile terminal is upward) are generally regarded as user-voluntary calls.
According to the characteristics of the three-axis gyroscope and the use habit of the user for the mobile terminal, the embodiment of the invention considers that whether the orientation of the user terminal is a call valid orientation (corresponding to a valid call voluntarily by the user) or a call invalid orientation (corresponding to an invalid automatic call voluntarily by the non-user) can be determined according to the angle information representing the orientation of the mobile terminal, and the invalid automatic call voluntarily by the non-user is limited.
Example 1
Based on the above basic ideas, a specific flowchart of a method for controlling an automatic call of a mobile terminal according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown in fig. 1, and includes the following steps:
and step 11, when the mobile terminal receives the call instruction, obtaining angle information which is detected by a triaxial gyroscope arranged in the mobile terminal and used for representing the position of the mobile terminal.
The call instruction received by the mobile terminal comprises number information input into the mobile terminal through a number key of the mobile terminal or the like, or a call request sending instruction input into the mobile terminal through a dialing key of the mobile terminal or the like.
And step 12, determining the call type corresponding to the angle information determined by the three-axis gyroscope from the preset corresponding relation between the angle information and the call type.
When a three-axis gyroscope built in a mobile terminal determines angle information according to the current position of the mobile terminal, in order to judge the call type of the mobile terminal, the embodiment of the present invention may preset a decision table containing a corresponding relationship between angle information and call type according to the angle information representing the position of the mobile terminal, and the specific setting mode is as follows:
according to the working principle of the three-axis gyroscope, a three-dimensional space formed by coordinate axes X, Y, Z is established by taking the gravity center of the mobile terminal as the origin of the coordinate axes, as shown in fig. 2 (a). The upper end, the bottom end, the front side, the left side and the right side of the mobile terminal are marked in the drawing, and the back of the mobile terminal is a corresponding surface of the front side of the mobile terminal. The embodiment of the invention sets the positive direction of the coordinate axis X, Y, Z to meet the condition: the positive direction of the coordinate axis X is the direction in which the back of the mobile terminal in the orientation shown in fig. 2 (i) points to the front of the mobile terminal and is perpendicular to the vertical central axis of the mobile terminal; the positive direction of the coordinate axis Y is a direction in which the right side of the mobile terminal in the orientation shown in fig. 2 (i) points to the left side thereof and is perpendicular to the vertical central axis of the mobile terminal; the positive direction of the coordinate axis Z is a direction in which the bottom end of the mobile terminal in the orientation shown in fig. 2 (i) points to the upper end thereof and coincides with the vertical central axis of the mobile terminal.
When the orientation of the mobile terminal changes from the original orientation to another orientation shown by the dotted line in fig. 2 (ii), a three-dimensional space formed by the coordinate axes X ', Y', and Z 'can be created with the center of gravity of the mobile terminal as the origin of the coordinate axes on the premise that the conditions satisfied by the positive directions of the coordinate axes X', Y ', and Z' respectively correspond to the conditions satisfied by the positive directions of the coordinate axis X, Y, Z.
Assuming that the original orientation a of the mobile terminal is as shown in fig. 2 (one), and assuming that the orientation of the mobile terminal is upright at this time, based on the orientation a, the orientation shown in fig. 2 (two) corresponds to the orientation of the mobile terminal in the orientation a after being rotated clockwise by an angle α around the X axis. In fig. 2 (two), the angle information of the mobile terminal at the orientation may include: the included angle alpha between the Z ' coordinate axis and the Z coordinate axis in the first negative direction, the included angle alpha between the Y ' coordinate axis and the Y coordinate axis in the first negative direction, and the included angle between the X coordinate axis and the X ' coordinate axis are 0 degree. Wherein the first negative direction is clockwise.
In the embodiment of the present invention, when α is 90 °, the mobile terminal is located in the right horizontal direction as shown in fig. 2 (three), and the orientation is defined as B.
When α is 180 °, the mobile terminal is located in an inverted orientation as shown in fig. 2 (four), and the orientation is defined as C.
When α is 270 °, the mobile terminal is oriented horizontally to the left as shown in fig. 2 (five), and the orientation is defined as D.
Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of an orientation in which the mobile terminal in the original orientation a is rotated clockwise by an angle θ about the Y-axis. The angle information of the mobile terminal at this time may include: the included angle theta between the Z ' coordinate axis and the Z coordinate axis in the second negative direction, the included angle theta between the X ' coordinate axis and the X coordinate axis in the second negative direction, and the included angle 0 between the Y coordinate axis and the Y ' coordinate axis. The second negative direction is defined as the positive direction of the Z coordinate axis pointing to the negative direction of the X coordinate axis.
In the embodiment of the present invention, when θ is 90 °, the mobile terminal is located in an orientation in which the horizontally placed face is upward, as shown in fig. 2 (six), and is specified as the orientation E.
When θ is 270 °, the mobile terminal is located in an orientation in which the horizontally placed face is downward, as shown in fig. 2 (seven), and specified as the orientation F.
Based on the above setting, and according to the general usage habit of the user for the mobile terminal, in the embodiment of the present invention, the orientation of the mobile terminal corresponding to θ in the range of [0 °, 90 °) is defined as the first orientation. Meanwhile, the first direction is set as a call effective direction, the corresponding call type is an effective call, other directions different from the first direction are set as non-effective directions, and the corresponding call type is an ineffective call.
Through the above arrangement, a determination table containing the correspondence between the angle message representing the position of the mobile terminal and the call type is shown in table 1.
Table 1:
Figure BDA00002084522700081
Figure BDA00002084522700091
setting the original orientation of the mobile terminal as orientation a, wherein orientations A, B, C, D, E, F in table 1 respectively correspond to upright fig. 2 (a), right transverse fig. 2 (three), inverted fig. 2 (four), left transverse fig. 2 (five), horizontal right-side-up fig. 2 (six) and horizontal right-side-down fig. 2 (seven) of the mobile terminal, and orientations a ', B', C ', and D' respectively correspond to the mobile terminal being inclined by an angle θ in a second negative direction at the orientation A, B, C, D, wherein the variation range of θ is greater than or equal to 0 degree and less than 90 degrees. When θ equals 0 degrees, the orientations A ', B', C ', D' coincide with the orientation A, B, C, D. According to table 1, the call type corresponding to the mobile terminal is an active call only if the mobile terminal is in the a-position and the a' position, i.e. the mobile terminal is in the first position.
It should be noted that, in practical applications, the three-axis gyroscope may also detect angle information related to a third negative direction (i.e., a positive direction of the Y axis is directed to a positive direction of the X axis) for a case where the mobile terminal rotates around the Z coordinate axis. According to the angle information in the three directions (including the first negative direction, the second negative direction and the third negative direction), the direction in which the mobile terminal is located and the call type corresponding to the direction can be determined, and the corresponding relationship among the angle information, the direction and the call type is recorded in table 1 above. Since this process is similar to the setting process of other corresponding relationships in table 1 above, it is not described again.
In this step 12, according to the obtained angle information, it can be determined from the corresponding relationship shown in table 1 whether the mobile terminal is in the call valid direction, and whether the corresponding call type is a valid call; if not, go to step 13, if yes, go to step 16.
Step 13, limiting a call request corresponding to the call instruction received by the mobile terminal according to a preset limiting strategy;
embodiments of the present invention may, but are not limited to, perform one or more of the following three operations to limit call requests:
1. directly canceling the call; 2. sending out warning ring or vibration; 3. no call is initiated and an inquiry message is popped up to await user confirmation.
In the embodiment of the present invention, if the 3 rd restriction call request operation is used, after the step 13 is completed, the step is shifted to the step 14.
Step 14, if the mobile terminal receives the instruction of confirming the call validity input by the user according to the inquiry message, step 16 is executed, and if the mobile terminal receives the instruction of confirming the call invalidity input by the user according to the inquiry message, step 15 is executed.
And step 15, the mobile terminal cancels the call request and the process is ended.
Step 16, the mobile terminal sends the call request corresponding to the received call instruction, and the process is ended.
Optionally, the embodiment of the present invention further supports that the user can set the corresponding relationship between the angle information and the call type according to the use habit of the user on the mobile terminal. Specifically, the setting process may include: the mobile terminal respectively obtains angle information input by a user aiming at an invalid call and angle information input by the user aiming at an effective call; and correspondingly storing the obtained angle information and the corresponding call type. For example, the user may set the call type corresponding to the position where the mobile terminal is located after rotating by any angle in a range greater than 0 degrees and less than 45 degrees in the first negative direction as an active call, and set the call type corresponding to the position where the mobile terminal is located after rotating by other angles as an inactive call.
The embodiment of the invention sets the corresponding relation between the angle information and the calling type in advance in the mobile terminal, so that after receiving the calling indication, the corresponding calling request is not directly sent, but the calling type corresponding to the angle information monitored by a three-axis gyroscope in the mobile terminal is determined according to the corresponding relation, and the calling request is limited when the determined calling type is an invalid calling, so that the automatic calling can be limited even if the mobile terminal is not locked, the automatic calling which is not voluntarily initiated by a user and is initiated by the mobile terminal is effectively controlled to a great extent, and the processing resource of the user terminal of the calling party and the called party is saved.
Example 2
In embodiment 2, it is assumed that the call instruction received by the mobile terminal is a call request transmission instruction input to the mobile terminal, such as an instruction input by a user through a dial key of the mobile terminal, or an instruction input through a call shortcut key, and the like. Wherein, the latter is used for triggering the mobile terminal to initiate a call request to the receiving mobile terminal represented by the number bound with the call shortcut key.
Specifically, the implementation flowchart of embodiment 2 is shown in fig. 4, and includes the following steps:
step 41, after the mobile terminal receives the call request sending instruction, the first angle information obtaining unit of the mobile terminal obtains angle information which is determined by the three-axis gyroscope and used for representing the direction of the mobile terminal;
step 42, the call type determination unit of the mobile terminal determines whether the call sent by the mobile terminal in the direction is an effective call according to the corresponding relationship between the angle message of the direction in which the mobile terminal is located and the call type shown in table 1. If the mobile terminal is at position a or a', the call type determination unit sends a boolean value "TRUE" to the call sending unit, indicating that the call type is an active call, and executes step 44; otherwise, a boolean value "FALSE" is sent to the call restriction unit indicating that the call type is an invalid call and step 43 is performed.
Step 43, after receiving the boolean value "FALSE" sent by the call type determination unit, the call restriction unit of the mobile terminal cancels the sending of the call request, or cancels the sending of the call request and plays an alarm signal, or presents inquiry information for inquiring whether to cancel the call request.
Step 44, after receiving the boolean value "TRUE" sent by the call type determination unit, the call sending unit of the mobile terminal sends a call request corresponding to the call request sending instruction.
Example 3
The implementation scenario of example 3 is: it is assumed that the call instruction received by the mobile terminal is number information input to the mobile terminal, such as number information input by a user through any number keys of the mobile terminal. Fig. 5 shows a flow diagram for limiting an automatic call of a mobile terminal in this scenario, which includes:
51, the mobile terminal obtains angle information which is detected by a triaxial gyroscope in a first angle information obtaining unit and used for representing the direction of the current mobile terminal;
step 52, the call type determination unit of the mobile terminal determines whether the call sent out in the direction represented by the obtained angle information by the mobile terminal is an effective call according to the corresponding relationship between the angle information of the direction in which the mobile terminal is located and the call type shown in table 1. If the mobile terminal is at the position A or A ', the unit returns a Boolean value ' TRUE ' indicating that the call type is valid, otherwise returns a Boolean value ' FALSE ' indicating that the call type is invalid.
Step 53, the call request sending instruction receiving unit of the mobile terminal waits for the call request sending instruction, and after receiving the call request sending instruction, the boolean value returned by the call type determination unit is "FALSE", and step 54 is executed; step 55 is executed according to the boolean value "TRUE" returned by the call type decision unit.
If the call request transmission instruction receiving unit of the mobile terminal has not received the call request transmission instruction, the mobile terminal may be in a waiting state all the time. For example, if the user touches the mobile terminal unconsciously, so that the mobile terminal only obtains the number information and does not obtain the call request transmission instruction, the mobile terminal may be in a waiting state all the time, and the subsequent steps 54 and 55 will not be executed.
Step 54, the call restriction unit of the mobile terminal cancels the sending of the call request, cancels the sending of the call request and plays an alarm signal, or presents inquiry information for inquiring whether to cancel the call request according to a preset restriction policy.
Step 55, the call sending unit of the mobile terminal sends the call request corresponding to the call instruction.
In summary, when the mobile terminal receives a call instruction, if the number information of the mobile terminal is input or a call request of the mobile terminal is input to send an instruction, the three-axis gyroscope built in the mobile terminal determines angle information used for representing the current position of the mobile terminal; the mobile terminal can determine whether the direction represented by the obtained angle information is a call effective direction or not according to the corresponding relation between the angle information and the call type, and determine whether the corresponding call type is an effective call or not. When the mobile terminal is in the call effective position, namely the call type is an effective call, the mobile terminal initiates a call request on the premise of receiving a call request sending instruction. On the contrary, when the mobile terminal is in the call invalid location, that is, the call type is an invalid call, the mobile terminal will make a response limitation on the premise of receiving the instruction sent by the call request. Therefore, the invention effectively prevents the involuntary automatic calling of the mobile terminal to a great extent, and greatly saves the terminal processing resources for the calling and called users.
Corresponding to the mobile terminal automatic call control method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the embodiment of the invention also provides a mobile terminal automatic call control device, which is used for preventing the automatic call of the mobile terminal which is not voluntarily called by the user. As shown in fig. 6, the automatic call control device of the mobile terminal includes:
a first angle information obtaining unit 61, configured to obtain angle information determined by a three-axis gyroscope disposed in the mobile terminal when the mobile terminal receives a call instruction. Wherein the call indication is number information input into the mobile terminal or a call request sending instruction input into the mobile terminal.
A call type decision unit 62 for determining a call type corresponding to the angle information obtained by the first angle information obtaining unit from a correspondence relationship between angle information and call types set in advance.
The preset corresponding relationship between the angle information and the call type can be set and stored by the user through the second angle information obtaining unit 66 and the storage unit 67 according to the habit of using the mobile terminal by the user. Wherein,
a second angle information obtaining unit 66 for obtaining invalid angle information input by the user for an invalid call and valid angle information input for a valid call;
a storage unit 67 for correspondingly storing the angle information obtained by the second angle information obtaining unit 66 and the corresponding call type.
The call type determination unit 62 at this time is specifically configured to determine the call type corresponding to the angle information obtained by the first angle information obtaining unit 61 from the correspondence between the angle information and the call type stored in correspondence with the storage unit 67.
The call types comprise active calls and inactive calls; and the preset corresponding relation between the angle information and the call type comprises the following steps: representing the corresponding relation between the angle information of the first direction and the effective call; representing the corresponding relation between angle information of other directions different from the first direction and invalid calls;
the first direction is a direction in which the upright mobile terminal rotates by a specified angle around a horizontal central axis of the mobile terminal along a specified direction; the designated direction is a direction from the front face of the mobile terminal to the back face of the mobile terminal, and the designated angle is any angle greater than or equal to 0 degree and smaller than 90 degrees.
A call restriction unit 63, configured to restrict, according to a preset restriction policy, a call request corresponding to the call instruction when the call type determined by the call type determination unit is an invalid call; the call restriction unit specifically includes:
a call request cancellation subunit 631 configured to cancel transmission of the call request;
an alarm signal playing subunit 632, configured to cancel sending of the call request and play an alarm signal or perform a vibration operation;
an inquiry information presenting subunit 633 for presenting inquiry information for inquiring whether to cancel the call request.
A call sending unit 64, configured to send a call request corresponding to the call indication when the call type determined by the call type determining unit is an active call.
When the calling indication is the number information, the automatic calling control device of the mobile terminal further comprises: a call request sending instruction receiving unit 65, configured to receive a call request sending instruction before the call limiting unit limits the call request according to a preset limiting policy. Specifically, the call restriction unit 63 is configured to restrict the call request corresponding to the call indication according to a preset restriction policy when the call type determined by the call type determination unit 62 is an invalid call and the call request sending instruction receiving unit 65 receives the call request sending instruction.
Corresponding to the mobile terminal automatic call control method and the mobile terminal automatic call control device provided by the embodiment of the invention, the embodiment of the invention also provides the mobile terminal comprising the mobile terminal automatic call control device. When the mobile terminal receives a calling instruction, if number information of the mobile terminal is input or a calling request of the mobile terminal is input to send an instruction, a three-axis gyroscope built in the mobile terminal determines angle information used for representing the current position of the mobile terminal; the mobile terminal can determine whether the direction represented by the obtained angle information is a call effective direction or not according to the corresponding relation between the angle information and the call type, and determine whether the corresponding call type is an effective call or not.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications may be made in the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.
