Embodiment
According to specific embodiments of the invention, provide a kind of switch trigger gear that is applied to electronic installation, please refer to Fig. 2, Fig. 2 shows the first decomposing schematic representation of the switch trigger gear that is applied to electronic installation of a preferred embodiment of the present invention.
First the element of the switch trigger gear 2 of electronic installation is described.
As shown in Figure 2, electronic installation 21 comprises upper cover 211, circuit board 212, push switch 213, base 214 and housing 215.22 of switch trigger gears comprise the first link driving element 221, the second link driving element 222, the 3rd link driving element 223, flexible member 224 and button 23.
Moreover upper cover 211 comprises that projection 211a is positioned at the inside surface 211b of upper cover 211, circuit board 212 has holes 212a, and 23, button is arranged at base 214 and protrudes from the lower surface 214a of base 214.
It should be added that, Fig. 2 is only for illustrating, the shape of the first link driving element 221 of the present invention, the second link driving element 222 and the 3rd link driving element 223 and material are also unrestricted, in this preferred embodiment, the first link driving element 221, the second link driving element 222 and the 3rd link driving element 223 can be the columns of any shape, and can be that plastic material is made.
Next the assembling sequence of the switch trigger gear 2 of electronic installation is described.
First, upper cover 211 and base 214 are engaged in respectively the both sides up and down of housing 215, to form an accommodation space.
Then, circuit board 212 is arranged in this accommodation space, and push switch 213 is positioned at the upper surface 212b of circuit board 212.
Next, the first link driving element 221 penetrates base 214 through the holes 212a of circuit board 212 and the first end 221a of the first link driving element 221.In this preferred embodiment, first end 221a is positioned at button 23 tops and contacts with button 23.
Moreover the second link driving element 222 has connecting portion 222c between its two ends, and connecting portion 222c is articulated in the projection 211a of upper cover 211.The 3rd end 222a of the second link driving element 222 is articulated in the second end 221b of the first link driving element 221.
In addition, the 3rd link driving element 223 is positioned at push switch 213 tops and is articulated in the 4th end 222b of the second link driving element 222.
Finally, one end of flexible member 224 is connected in the inside surface 211b of upper cover 211, and the other end is connected in the 4th end 222b of the second link driving element 222.
The operation workflow of the switch trigger gear 2 of electronic installation is below described.
First, when pressing button 23, button 23 pushes against the direction towards upper cover 211 the first end 221a of the first link driving element 221, and the first link driving element 221 is moved towards the direction of upper cover 211.
Because the connecting portion 222c of the second link driving element 222 is articulated in the projection 211a of upper cover 211 and the second end 221b that its 3rd end 222a is articulated in the first link driving element 221, therefore the second link driving element 222 will be promoted and rotate centered by connecting portion 222c by the first link driving element 221.
So the 4th end 222b of the second link driving element 222 moves towards the direction of base 214, and towards push switch 213, move and compress push switch 213 with the 3rd link driving element 223, make push switch 213 become conducting state from not on-state, to produce corresponding signal.
When user no longer presses button 23, the first link driving element 221 is no longer subject to thrust, so flexible member 224 pulls the 4th end 222b of the second link driving element 222, the 4th end 222b of the second link driving element 222 is moved, so the second interlock 222 again rotates and makes the first link driving element 221, the second interlock 222 and the 3rd link driving element 223 reply initial positions centered by connecting portion 222c towards the direction of upper cover 211.
Next please refer to Fig. 3, Fig. 3 shows the second decomposing schematic representation of the switch trigger gear that is applied to electronic installation of a preferred embodiment of the present invention.Different from Fig. 2, in Fig. 3, make to use up blocking switch 213a.
When the 3rd link driving element 223 is when light blocking switch 213a moves between optical transmitting set 213aa and optical receiver 213ab, the light beam that optical transmitting set 213aa launches cannot be received by optical receiver 213ab, so light blocking switch 213a becomes not on-state from conducting state, and produces corresponding signal.
The switch trigger gear 22 of a preferred embodiment of the present invention can be applicable to a wireless mouse, now button 23 is for connecting button (Connect Button), for compressing the push switch 213 of the upper surface 212b that is positioned at circuit board 212, to start the pairing operation of wireless mouse and wireless transmitter device (Dongle).
As known to persons of ordinary skill in the art, wireless mouse arranges the object that connects button (Connect Button), in order to set up a common identification code of using between wireless mouse and wireless transceiver (Dongle), wireless mouse must receive user with wireless transceiver (Dongle) and press after the signal that is connected button (Connect Button), can carry out the dependent instruction of setting up the common identification code of using.
Identical, the switch trigger gear 22 of a preferred embodiment of the present invention also can be applicable to a keyboard, and its application principle is identical with foregoing, in this, repeats no more.
From above preferred embodiment, when the present invention presses user to be positioned at the button of base by switch trigger gear, can control the switch of the upper surface that is positioned at circuit board.
Therefore needn't for single switch is set the lower surface in circuit board, increase board production processing step again, reduce board production process complexity.
So electronic installation can be arranged at base by the button seldom using, and has reduced the risk of false touch and has increased overall appearance degree.
Above-described embodiment is only explanation technological thought of the present invention and feature, its object makes those of ordinary skills can understand content of the present invention and implement according to this, when can not with restriction the scope of the claims of the present invention, the equalization of generally doing according to disclosed spirit changes or modifies, and must be encompassed in the scope of the claims of the present invention.
