本发明提供一种立体内窥镜消间隙装置,所述立体内窥镜包括镜体和所述镜体内的两条光路,每条光路上依次固定有物镜、转镜、复合转镜、目镜、适配器和CCD,所述转镜与复合转镜之间设有一个消间隙弹簧,所述镜体上固定有一个顶紧螺钉,所述复合转镜与所述顶紧螺钉之间隔着一个弹性卡子和顶紧弹簧,所述顶紧弹簧套在所述顶紧螺钉上,与所述弹性卡子相接触。本发明的有益效果是:由于采用上述技术方案,本发明保证了内窥镜光路系统能稳定在调整后的最佳状态并能适应一定范围内环境温度的变化,同时起到缓冲镜片,保护镜片的作用,更加的抗冲击,玻璃镜片不宜破损,使其更稳定。

一种立体内窥镜消间隙装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种内窥镜内光路消间隙装置,尤其是涉及一种立体内窥镜消间隙装置。
背景技术
立体内窥镜光路是由光学的镜片(即目镜,转镜,物镜)及间隔管组成的。其中在转镜的最后一段立体内窥镜添加了新的复合转镜。光学上对每个镜片之间的位置尺寸要求是很严格的,通常内窥镜在一系列转镜后部都有消间隙的弹簧,为消除因震动,气温,及各种应力的变化而出现的间隙。对于立体内窥镜而言,由于空间的限制后部又有向两侧分光的要求,故需要对常规结构重新修改设计。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种结构简单、安全可靠的立体内窥镜消间隙装置。
本发明的技术方案是:一种立体内窥镜消间隙装置,所述立体内窥镜包括镜体和所述镜体内的两条光路,每条光路上依次固定有物镜、转镜、复合转镜、目镜、适配器和CCD,所述转镜与复合转镜之间设有一个消间隙弹簧,所述镜体上固定有一个顶紧螺钉,所述复合转镜与所述顶紧螺钉之间隔着一个弹性卡子和顶紧弹簧,所述顶紧弹簧套在所述顶紧螺钉上,与所述弹性卡子相接触,所述弹性卡子夹紧所述两条光路上的复合转镜。
优选地,所述弹性卡子的横截面为一个工字型,工字的下端带有两个与所述复合转镜相匹配的缺口,可以同时夹紧所述两条光路上的复合转镜。
本发明具有的优点和积极效果是:
由于采用上述技术方案,本发明保证了内窥镜光路系统能稳定在调整后的最佳状态并能适应一定范围内环境温度的变化,同时起到缓冲镜片,保护镜片的作用,更加的抗冲击,玻璃镜片不宜破损,使其更稳定。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及具体实施方式对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1至图3所示,立体内窥镜包括镜体和所述镜体内的两条光路,每条光路上依次固定有物镜1、转镜2、复合转镜3、目镜4、适配器5和CCD6,所述转镜2与复合转镜3之间设有一个消间隙弹簧7,所述镜体上固定有一个顶紧螺钉9,所述复合转镜3与所述顶紧螺钉9之间隔着一个弹性卡子8和顶紧弹簧,所述顶紧弹簧套在所述顶紧螺钉9上,与所述弹性卡子8相接触。所述弹性卡子8的横截面为一个工字型,工字的下端带有两个与所述复合转镜3相匹配的缺口,可以同时夹紧所述两条光路上的复合转镜3。
使用时,在转镜组内,利用了一个消间隙弹簧7顶住复合转镜3,在转镜后端,顶紧螺钉9顶起顶紧弹簧,作用于弹性卡子8上,弹性卡子8又可自适应地消除间隙,保证了内窥镜光路系统能稳定在调整后的最佳状态并能适应一定范围内环境温度的变化,同时起到缓冲镜片,保护镜片的作用,更加的抗冲击,玻璃镜片不宜破损,使其更稳定。

1.一种立体内窥镜消间隙装置,其特征在于:所述立体内窥镜包括镜体和所述镜体内的两条光路,每条光路上依次固定有物镜(1)、转镜(2)、复合转镜(3)、目镜(4)、适配器(5)和CCD(6),所述转镜(2)与复合转镜(3)之间设有一个消间隙弹簧(7),所述镜体上固定有一个顶紧螺钉(9),所述复合转镜(3)与所述顶紧螺钉(9)之间隔着一个弹性卡子(8)和顶紧弹簧,所述顶紧弹簧套在所述顶紧螺钉(9)上,与所述弹性卡子(8)相接触,所述弹性卡子(8)夹紧所述两条光路上的复合转镜(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的立体内窥镜消间隙装置,其特征在于:所述弹性卡子(8)的横截面为一个工字型,工字的下端带有两个与所述复合转镜(3)相匹配的缺口,可以同时夹紧所述两条光路上的复合转镜(3)。
