本发明公开了一种带限位板的法兰式蝶阀,所述的蝶阀包括一管路连接筒、一操作手柄、一蝶板和一转轴,所述的转轴与所述的蝶板通过螺栓连接,所述的操作手柄与所述的转轴相互垂直连接,所述的管路连接筒的两端分别设置有一连接法兰圈,所述的管路连接筒上设置有一轴套,所述的转轴与所述的轴套转动连接。本发明所公开的带限位板的法兰式蝶阀的优点是,带有限位柱和扇形限位板,能够快速打开和关闭蝶阀,结构简单,能够较方便的改装现有技术中的蝶阀。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种蝶阀,更确切的说是一种带限位板的法兰式蝶阀。
背景技术
现有技术中的蝶阀上没有限位板,在调节蝶板时用户无法判断当前蝶板所处的位置,无法快速的打开和关闭蝶阀,使用极不方便,且容易出现闭合不严密的情况,容易导致流体泄露。
发明内容
本发明主要是解决现有技术所存在的技术问题,从而提供一种带有限位柱和扇形限位板,能够快速打开和关闭蝶阀,结构简单,能够较方便的改装现有技术中的蝶阀的带限位板的法兰式蝶阀。
本发明的上述技术问题主要是通过下述技术方案得以解决的:
一种带限位板的法兰式蝶阀,所述的蝶阀包括一管路连接筒、一操作手柄、一蝶板和一转轴,所述的转轴与所述的蝶板通过螺栓连接,所述的操作手柄与所述的转轴相互垂直连接,所述的管路连接筒的两端分别设置有一连接法兰圈,所述的管路连接筒上设置有一轴套,所述的转轴与所述的轴套转动连接。
作为本发明较佳的实施例,所述的管路连接筒包括一扇形限位板,所述的扇形限位板与所述的轴套的端部固定连接,所述的扇形限位板上设置有一弧形限位孔。
作为本发明较佳的实施例,所述的蝶阀还包括一限位柱,所述的限位柱与所述的操作手柄相互垂直固定连接,所述的限位柱的另一端穿过所述的弧形限位孔布置。
因此本发明的带限位板的法兰式蝶阀的优点是,带有限位柱和扇形限位板,能够快速打开和关闭蝶阀,结构简单,能够较方便的改装现有技术中的蝶阀。

下面结合附图对本发明的优选实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
本发明提供了一种带有限位柱和扇形限位板,能够快速打开和关闭蝶阀,结构简单,能够较方便的改装现有技术中的蝶阀的带限位板的法兰式蝶阀。
如图1、图2所示,一种带限位板的法兰式蝶阀,该蝶阀包括一管路连接筒1、一操作手柄2、一蝶板3和一转轴4,该转轴4与该蝶板3通过螺栓连接,该操作手柄2与该转轴4相互垂直连接,该管路连接筒1的两端分别设置有一连接法兰圈11,该管路连接筒1上设置有一轴套12,该转轴4与该轴套12转动连接。
如图3所示,该管路连接筒1包括一扇形限位板13,该扇形限位板13与该轴套12的端部固定连接,该扇形限位板13上设置有一弧形限位孔。
如图1、图2所示,该蝶阀还包括一限位柱5,该限位柱5与该操作手柄2相互垂直固定连接,该限位柱5的另一端穿过该弧形限位孔布置。
以上仅仅以一个实施方式来说明本发明的设计思路,在系统允许的情况下,本发明可以扩展为同时外接更多的功能模块,从而最大限度扩展其功能。

1.一种带限位板的法兰式蝶阀,所述的蝶阀包括一管路连接筒(1)、一操作手柄(2)、一蝶板(3)和一转轴(4),所述的转轴(4)与所述的蝶板(3)通过螺栓连接,所述的操作手柄(2)与所述的转轴(4)相互垂直连接,其特征在于,所述的管路连接筒(1)的两端分别设置有一连接法兰圈(11),所述的管路连接筒(1)上设置有一轴套(12),所述的转轴(4)与所述的轴套(12)转动连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的带限位板的法兰式蝶阀,其特征在于,所述的管路连接筒(1)包括一扇形限位板(13),所述的扇形限位板(13)与所述的轴套(12)的端部固定连接,所述的扇形限位板(13)上设置有一弧形限位孔。
3.根据权利要求2所述的带限位板的法兰式蝶阀,其特征在于,所述的蝶阀还包括一限位柱(5),所述的限位柱(5)与所述的操作手柄(2)相互垂直固定连接,所述的限位柱(5)的另一端穿过所述的弧形限位孔布置。
