本发明涉及废水处理技术领域,更具体的讲是一种用于屠宰废水的絮凝剂,其由下述按重量份计的组分组成:聚合铝-聚丙烯酰胺8-15份、聚合磷酸盐12-25份、聚合氯化硫酸铝铁5-10份、聚合硅酸硫酸铝8-12份、木质磺酸盐10-20份,本发明的有益效果是:本发明所述絮凝剂具有高效和广谱的特性,其适应水质的pH范围广,pH值在3~11范围内均有良好的效果,对油脂和SS的去除率高于93.69%,最高达96.82%,COD去除率高于91.28%,最高可达94.38%,BOD去除率高于91.65%,最高可达95.29%,由此可见本发明的絮凝剂对于屠宰废水的絮凝效果显著,而且本发明絮凝剂制备简单。

一种用于屠宰废水的絮凝剂
技术领域
本发明涉及废水处理技术领域,更具体的讲是一种用于屠宰废水的絮凝剂。
背景技术
屠宰废水来自于圈栏冲洗、淋洗、屠宰及其它厂房地坪冲洗、烫毛、剖解、副食加工、洗油等。通过其水质来源,我们可以知道废水中主要含有血液、油脂、碎肉、骨渣、毛及粪便等,废水呈褐红色,具有较强的腥臭味。有机悬浮物含量高,易腐败,排入水体会消耗水中的溶解氧,破坏生态系统,污染环境。
在屠宰和肉类加工的过程中,要耗用大量的水,同时又要排除含有血污、油脂、毛、肉屑、畜禽内脏杂物、未消化的食料和粪便等污染物质的废水,而且此类废水中还含有大量对人类健康有害的微生物。肉类加工废水如不经处理直接排放,会对水环境造成严重污染,第人畜健康造成危害。
肉类加工废水所含污染物质大多属于易于生物降解的有机物,在它们排入水体后,会迅速地耗掉水中的溶解氧,造成鱼类和水生生物因缺氧而死亡;由于缺氧还会使水体转变为厌氧状态,这样会使水质恶化、产生臭味、影响卫生。同时,废水中的致病微生物会大量繁殖,危害人民健康。对屠宰肉类加工废水进行处理,去除其污染对保护生态环境和人类健康是十分必要的。
屠宰废水中固体悬浮物SS高达1000mg/L,其属于易腐化的有机物,其会影响废水的COD以及BOD造成水质变差。
而屠宰废水在预处理后进入生化阶段,期间需要加入絮凝剂使废水中的悬浮微粒絮凝沉降达到与水分离的目的,提高水质,而目前用于屠宰废水的絮凝剂絮凝效果达不到预期效果。
发明内容
本发明的发明目的在于针对以上不足,提供一种絮凝效果好的专门用于屠宰废水的絮凝剂。本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种用于屠宰废水的絮凝剂,由下述按重量份计的组分组成:

本发明的有益效果是:本发明所述絮凝剂具有高效和广谱的特性,其适应水质的pH范围广,pH值在3~11范围内均有良好的效果,对油脂和SS的去除率高于93.69%,最高达96.82%,COD去除率高于91.28%,最高可达94.38%,BOD去除率高于91.65%,最高可达95.29%,由此可见本发明的絮凝剂对于屠宰废水的絮凝效果显著,特别针对油脂和SS以及BOD的去除率效果显著,而且本发明絮凝剂制备简单。

实施例1
一种用于屠宰废水的絮凝剂,由下述按重量份计的组分组成:

本絮凝剂对油脂和SS的去除率为93.69%,COD去除率为91.28%,BOD去除率为91.65%。
