背景技术:
    皮带机一道清扫器设置在滚筒的头部,略低于落料物料,原有的清扫器刀片因其接触面积和清扫角度的问题,造成刀片易磨损,清洁效果差,寿命短,且容易损伤皮带。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是提供一种CARP优化清扫装置,它通过计算刀片与皮带之间的摩擦系数和磨损原理,使清扫器刀片在使用过程中保持恒定的接触面积及清扫角度,从而达到高效的清洁效果,提高了刀片的使用寿命。
为了解决背景技术所存在的问题,本发明是采用以下技术方案:它包括聚氨酯刀片1、铝合金嵌件2,聚氨酯刀片1嵌入铝合金嵌件2内。
所述的聚氨酯刀片1的上端内侧面设置有倾斜的接触面1-1,接触面1-1与垂直线之间的夹角a为20°-30°。
本发明根据刀片和皮带之间摩擦系数和自身的材料性质以及输送物料的特性,通过差数来设计刀片的形状和尺寸大小,保证清洁器的接触面积和清扫角度,能更全面地清除掉皮带上的物料;选择的聚氨酯材料的刀片,确保刀片的耐磨损性,保证刀片的使用寿命。
